He listened to our needs and desires and provided useful information and suggestions. We decided to go with a Mannington ADURAMax luxury vinyl tile and brought home a number of samples. As soon as the tile was delivered to his warehouse, Joe called us and the installation was scheduled in less than two weeks. The installation was not an easy job as there were 2 layers of previous flooring to remove and the floor was not level. The installers were amazing! Last year, I stopped in Savona Sales - we looked at a few options but did not buy. After shopping around for the best price and product, we chose to give them another shot. I got to work with Sabri, one of the managers. He made the entire experience so stress free and easy. He immediately took my appointment, created a layout, showed me options based on price and quality and did not play any games with the specs. We ended up coming to a great price and product agreement for J&K Cabinetry. Three weeks later everything was delivered and my contractor installed it. Upon install, we saw that the trash pull out was missing. I called Sabri and he immediately ordered it and provided me a credit of $150.00 for the labor to install. This was generous and appreciated, but here is where the magic happened. We wanted to use the credit to purchase a few extra panels, but due to shipping and other costs it did not work out. I suggested that Sabri perhaps take that credit and make a donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital as a way to do good in the world. Not only did Sabri do this that day, he sent me a copy of the receipt with my name on it validating the donation. This was an amazing act of generosity. So many people just want to make a sale and move on. The care that Sabri and Savona took is amazing and inspiring. They provided us with multiple ideas, design improvements, and money-saving tips, whenever possible. They provided me a very clear picture of the process from start to finish. After the initial sale, they followed up on the delivery of the cabinets and made sure everything was installed correctly. I can honestly say that they helped us 110% to complete this project. I went ahead and purchased all our bathroom cabinets, tiles, and countertops from them. If you are in the market for any type of home improvement, I suggest you should stop by Savona and meet with Sabri before you make any decisions. I highly recommend them.

We had a leak behind our shower (master bedroom) that damaged the floor below and the ceiling in…read morethe dining room on the ground floor. This needed the entire shower taken out to have the leak repaired and built back up. Paramount came recommended by Gold Medal (plumbing company) who assessed the damage and recommended the repairs. Paramount initially sounded positive based on reviews however our experience was far from positive. Horribly rebuilt shower with (see images) 1. poor wall finish, causing the door to never be closed fully due to the curved wall 2. Damaged window siding and never repaired correctly (had to call them back twice to refinish it and even then it still looks terrible) 3. Poorly finished corners that are terrible to look at 4. Sharp jagged corners at the bottom of the shower stall near the door 5. Worst part is the shower floor that is beyond incorrectly graded causing pools of water to never fully drain. 6. Another part we can't verify but are certain is the case, is a p-trap was definitely not installed under the drain, which means we have foul sewer odors coming in quite often, and other than ripping out the bottom and repairing/rebuilding it again, we don't have a solution. When pushed about all this terrible work done, their excuse "we were rushed". They disappeared for days on end in between the renovation without clear indication of when they'd be back to complete the work. Hence us pushing to get this finished. Even years after this work was done (Sept 2023) we are constantly reminded of this abysmal work (in case you were wondering why I'm leaving this review now), and would never recommend these folks.
