Considering the previous day we had a handy man here who wanted to charge us $100/hr, and take his sweet time, we were delighted to hear this! When the technician arrived, he was very friendly, personable and helpful. We actually had additional work we needed done---hanging three pieces of art-- and upon arrival the tech worked with us to schedule it for the same day!
