Called these guys but never got a call back from them. Ended up talking to the manufacturer who basically told me to see if I could patch it myself. I sealed off the entire roof seam and it's held, but I shouldn't have had to do that at all. Makes you wonder how the entire trailer will hold up over time. I'd shop elsewhere, so you can actually get a response from the dealer.

They tell me they can't send one because they don't know what size it is. I asked if they could just call the manufacturer and find out. They said no and instructed me to drive it an hour and a half to them for a $2.00 grease zerk. All they said was "you should probably just go buy one". Where is the customer service? How hard is it to pick up a phone and call the manufacturer and ask? How much would it of cost to send a grease zerk in the mail? I would recommend finding another place to buy a trailer with decent customer service. Update: After hanging up with Central Trailer Sales, I did their job and called the trailer manufacturer and had them send me a $2.00 grease zerk in the mail.
