Brinks/Montronics has long term contracts. Our initial contract was 60 months (we were told 36 months- READ the fine print). When we moved (prior to the 60 months) they started by offering a lower rate and an extended contract of 27 months. The next time we called they gave us the option to pay $199 plus labor for the move, no contractual extension. Then, the last call they stated we could not pay for our move (and the second call was not recorded), instead they extended our contract 24 months. Calculating it out the extension added $1056, the equipment and labor only equaled $663.75 (per receipt from the technician). They also give you a "fixed" rate and tell you that if it goes up you can call, dispute it, and they will drop it down again. However, if you fail to call and dispute it within a limited time you now have a new "fixed" rate. read more

They texted to make sure that I knew who was coming and the technician called before coming. Okay... and I'm off on my Brinks Home Security rant as this company is absolutely unbelievable. I had signed up with a company about a decade ago that became Monitronics. I went through the 3 years or however long I had a contract with this company for initially. For the most part when I was with Monitronics which later changed their name to MONI it was a reasonable business contract. I paid and they did their job and I took advantage of the 10% discount on my homeowner's insurance policy. So about 18 months or more ago I had been out of town for a few months and flew back into my home airport getting in in the early morning hours like 1 a.m. or so. My alarm system was making an annoying beeping sound that would not stop. I tried shutting it down about 2 dozen times before aggravated I called the Monitronics Tech Support phone number. I was on the phone with the lady for at least 45 minutes, exhausted and just not comprehending whatever the hell she was trying to tell me on how to just shut the damn system down. Finally in utter frustration I punched the alarm control panel about a half dozen times until I smashed it and it stopped beeping. I have a great next door neighbor who promised to keep an eye on my house whenever I went out of town. Next thing I know about 15 months ago or so BRINKS took over MONI. I continued to pay the $28+ monthly for the non functional alarm system. So about 2 weeks ago I just got fed up with paying $345 per year for a non functioning alarm system and getting about a $200 per year discount on my homeowner's insurance. I called BRINKS and spoke with a guy in Customer Service who had a good line of bullshit. I was trying to get credit for the approx. $345 per year I spent for no alarm system but getting a 10% credit from my homeowner's insurance company. I thought it was fair if they weren't giving me that discount that I continue to pay the $28 and change per month and have them replace the alarm panel. NO. "You have to sign a 39 month contract and we'll wend a technician out to replace your alarm panel. You'll pay BRINKS $29.99/monthly plus tax for 39 months. But no charge for us to send a tech out to replace your panel and any non functioning sensors at $29 per sensor. Plus you contract with us for that amount for 39 months but in about 6 months we will reduce your monthly monitoring fee to what it is presently." I kept trying to get him to agree to replacing the panel without that 39 month LOCKED IN RATE. I asked why they couldn't make the contract for 24 months as I've already paid them for NO ALARM SERVICE for 15 months. Can't be done. I almost "ate the worm" and went with them. I searched the BRINKS reviews online and when I got to YELP and saw that BRINKS has a rating of 1.5 of 5 stars with over 300 reviews. The majority of recent reviews were 1 of 5 stars and talking about what "nightmarish experiences customers had with BRINKS." I'll pay my homeowner's insurance folks the additional $200 annually or find a new security system monitoring company. I'LL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BRINKS AGAIN. I'll get one of the other Security System monitoring companies to give me genuine peace of mind for a more reasonable price and no 3 year plus contract. Tomorrow is Monday and I'll be cancelling my BRINKS service and take the $345 and put it aside for March when my homeowner's insurance gets renewed. BRINKS STINKS!! read more

Just note they will offer you a better deal if you say you will cancel - but it's funny because depending who you talk to - it's even cheaper than the last person to talk to. I want to cancel when my 3 years are up. Good thing I checked today 2/15. It's a 30 day cancellation policy. they make it difficult to cancel. Also, they charge you for the annual county tax a month in advance so that even if you cancel, they get an additional $30 out of you. You call to cancel and they have to get you to the correct department. But it takes multiple tries to get to the correct department. read more

This company, and the re-sellers they use are scam artists! I was initially told this was free to me if I put one of their signs out in my yard. After two hours, when they are about ready to start the install, they dropped the $60 a month bill that comes along with this. I should have taken heed to what was going on at that point, but sadly I didn't. I was also told by the seller that this was for a 2 year contract. I should have paid more attention to the contract, because it was actually for 5 years. All of this was 2 years ago. After 6 months or so I realized that this service was just a huge waste of money for me. At that point I was willing to wait until the 2 year mark so that I could cancel my service. Upon calling them I was informed that there was 3 years left on my contract, and that I had to pay the remainder of the bill (around $2,500) to get out of the contract. I personally feel like this company intentionally prays on people, and feeds them false information to get them to sign up for their service. They know full well that most people do not read the full contract, which is why they can get their sellers to lie about what actually is involved, since there is no way to actually prove that years down the road. Even the guy I spoke with on the phone mentioned that he had heard from several other people that they were scammed. It should tell you a lot that their own employees know how shady this company (and their re-sellers) is. If I were you, NEVER EVER use this company! You will regret it, trust me on that! read more

I have only written two review so I am really not big on doing this. We put this system in our house when we first moved to Florida and was concerned about when we traveled our home was safe. We expected many years of living in Florida but fate had a different plan for us. Within 13 months my husband had a widow maker heart attack which he survived but only to have another one within a year of the first one. His heart only function at 25% and has to wear a life vest because his heart is to weak to have defibrillator implanted at this time.Our children wanted us home so we moved but when I called Moni to see about cancelling service I was told I would have to sell the system to the new owners ,take it with me or pay several thousand to buy out my contract. Now I wish we were rich but the truth is my husband is a disabled veteran with asbestosis and now with the two heart attack money is not in abundance. So my message to seniors and veterans is to be careful because they only take take take with this company. Do not sign a contract with this company if you do not think you will live the 5 years because it is all about the money. So we will be paying 3 more years and I ask my husband to please try to make it three more years or they might dig you up and try to get his wedding band. Had MONI at our residence and then our house went under major renovation (now 10 months) and I suspended the account since we are not living in the residence. We have yet to move back in and I have been receiving collection calls (up to 3 a day) because they haven't been able to access our account the last two months to withdraw funds for a service we are not receiving. The house doesn't even have power. They reinstated our "service" without any notification and have been withdrawing from our account since October. No one at customer service will answer a phone and the call wait time is over 10 minutes despite their "newer and faster customer service." I can't cancel without a 30 day mailed notice that they have yet to provide me despite my requests. It's a sham.... don't do it. They expect and take money to monitor a house under construction with no power and no way to monitor it. Pick ANY other company but this one. read more

Beware! Brinks is now sending out door to door salesman (Con Artists) to have you install updated equipment in your home or apartment. I have been in contact with the home office for 8 months trying to resolve a issue between Brinks Home Security and ADT. I am a caregiver for a individual with Alzheimer's/dementia she had Protection One, Micronics, Brinks and ADT all in the last 21/2 years in her home. I found out in November 2019 she was paying for monitoring services to Brinks and ADT which was (installed12/12/18) found out from cancellation of auto pay with her bank and credit card holders. She is unable to coherently talk, open a locked door, or dial 911 in the event of an emergency. Of course, she is under contract with Brink's and ADT. These predatory practices of selling to seniors or anyone with mental or dementia has to stop. As well, as deceptive business practices for contracts who sell them. I had an agreement in place to reduce my payment by a minimum of 10$ a month starting January 2019 with the original company. Terrible company, stay away. Technician installed equipment on the wrong door, then a year later that door and another door had the sensors fall off them. Of course, all this company wants to do is send another technician out to repair the sensors instead of just let me cancel the crappy service. For the cost, the service and protection you get is pitiful compared to what else is out there and their contract is as shady as it gets. They reserve the right to increase the monthly bill by 5% each year even if your term lasts 3 years. If a term lasts 3 years and you can't cancel the contract without paying out the full 3 year price, then they shouldn't be able to raise it. Period. But this is a shady company so of course they are going to do it. The contract states you can't cancel prior to the contract's term without paying out the remainder of the contract because the company says "they would suffer a huge loss if the full payment isn't met." Complete BS. It's shady as hell and they know it. The monthly cost of ~$40/month for JUST 4 door sensors and 1 glass break sensor is borderline criminal; especially considering what other alarm companies are now offering for less money a month (or no monthly fee in some cases). I was with Monitronics for several years, then they became Brinks. No complaints about the actual security service--never had to use it. But when I moved and cancelled my service I was forced into paying for an extra month as they "needed 30 days to contact the city, etc." Then as I had an automatic payment system, I got a statement with a credit on it plus a "please come back" letter. So I called to ask when they would refund my money. After going through about 4 people I got someone who could help me--and they kindly said I would receive a request for a refund in 7 to 14 days! So they get to keep my money an extra two months and I have to file a form to ask for it. Ridiculous. Lousy customer service. I will respectfully decline their request to consider using them again! read more

We have gone back and forth trying to cancel our service since October. We were originally with another company and Brink bought them out. When we call in there is always a long wait and unsually at least one transfer to another person after we go through all information they need. Even though you can get ahold of people in the evening after our work hours they say they can not help you to cancel. You have to call back another day during our same work hours and are on the phone for at least 30 mins to get nowhere. We have been out of contract for a long time well before October 2020. My husband disconnected the system completely in November and removed it from the wall. He called in telling them this verbally canceling back in October and multiple times since then. He told them we were done (can not afford it right now). They are telling us we cannot cancel over the phone even after finally talking to the correct department and a couple transfers. They want to send something in the mail for us to sign and have been told multiple times already we were going to get it in the mail. Guess what never comes. But what we are receiving in the mail is a paper bill (just got another today) but never papers to cancel. They went to paper bills because we already told them not to withdraw money from our account we are not in contract with them and they still did for 3 other payments. We had to go through the bank to get them to stop issuing payments. We had a security system for 8 years and could have went back in the future, but never would I ever go back to them now. read more

I did not choose this company. Brinks bought Monitronics. At least 2 weeks Prior to closing on the sale of my home in late October 2020, I called to cancel Brinks. In order to cancel service, I was told I had to complete an electronic cancellation form and complete a survey 30 days later. I never received the cancellation form to my email. AFTER I sold and moved from my former house, I got a bill for double the payment that covered my final bill and the month of November. I paid October's portion and called about November. They said I hadn't done the cancellation but could tell me the exact date I had called in to cancel. When I told them I didn't get the email, they said they would not cancel my service until I did the electronic form. I submitted it that day. Thirty days later they called to do the exit survey. It's just to find out where I was going and to get me to transfer service. Since I said I wasn't interested, they would not clear the November bill balance and are now charging 1/2 of December. For what when the exit interview was done months ago?! I've talked to several people in customer service there who think it's OK to bill a former customer for months they didn't even own the home or use their service. They won't remove the bill and are charging me late fees. I have had some derivative of this company's service for over 25 years. I will NEVER use or recommend them to anyone. My credit rating will just have to suffer because I'm not paying a bill on a home service I proactively canceled and on a home I don't even own just because they have some fake billing racket. I will contact my attorney, the Better Business Bureau and each State Attorney General's Office where they're licensed to get this cleared up. read more

Like another reviewer said, it is so difficult to cancel services from this company. The so called "Customer retention" people behaves like used-car salesperson, trying to sweet talk u and then finally offering you some deals that they should have put up sooner anyways. Insincere customer service not interested to retain long time customer. I had a 3-year contract paying for equipment installed plus monitoring. After the 3 years, I was not given a break and when I called in to ask, I was only given a token so-called promotional discount for only 6 months. I view this as a rip-off and insincere policy for old customers. At that time, I was told that I can get the install code only when I terminate the service even when I had paid big bucks for the upgrade GSM card. I asked for the install code because when I upgraded earlier, I was informed that the equipment will be mine and I can use the install code to engage any service provider later. Now when I ask for the code, a completely different story was told - that I can never get the install code. There is no business ethics in this company. Stay clear! I am now considering filing claims in Small Claims Courts, FCC and Fair Trade Commission, etc against this company who now blocks anyone from programming my alarm unit with a code they have on hand but refused to cough out. This company requires an ach account pull from your bank. That means they control the withdrawal. Then they raise the rates and do not allow you to cancel your account. After four phone calls requesting service cancellation they did not do it, citing various reasons. I had to stop payment via my bank, and by filing a BBB complaint. Avoid Moni, or Monitronics as they used to be called. They have poor and manipulative business practices. There are other honest security companies out there- side step these crooks and go with someone you can trust. read more

By far and away the most frustrating experience I have had with a large company. I am under a current Brinks contract through July. I moved homes before listing/selling the house that Brinks currently secures. I called to activate service for my new home with the expectation I would pay for both homes simultaneously and then be able to cancel service on my old home when it sells (expectation would be in March 2021). I was told the only options I have are to move my service immediately (leaving my old home unsecure while unoccupied) or create a new account for my new home and also pay out my old contract. I have never had a company turn away extra revenue but that is exactly what's happening here and to boot they will lose a steady stream of future revenue as I will secure the new home with a different company. I would highly recommend now using Brinks. On top of that their "moving" team was hostile and combative. read more

If I could give 0 stars or less I would. Absolutely incompetent service. Brainless morons who read from scripts. I started this service in 2011 and cancelled it on 9 December this year after trying to switch to monthly payments for over 3 months. I see a credit amount on my account but continue to get letters saying my payment is late and always for different amounts. When I logged in today they are trying to bill me for another full year in January of 2021. Don't sign up. Brinks can't be trusted. Monitronics and Devcon always provided great service but after becoming Brinks everything went down hill fast. Had a smoke alarm that would not go off and they said it would take 2 weeks to come out. Can you imagine listening to that for 2 weeks. Went to Youtube and managed to get it off myself. Even putting a new alarm on did not help to begin with. This is the all time worst company I have ever dealt with. Go elsewhere. I am going to have to seek legal action as well as nothing else seems to work. read more

We owned a property as part of an estate sale for which no family member ever lived in. We required a security system because of the swimming pool. Even though the previous owners had a monthly contract with Brinks, they would only sell us a 3 yr contract knowing that the property was for sale. It was a condition of sale for the new owners to take over our contract. For reasons unknown, they did not. I have cancelled my credit card associated with the account but continue to receive phone calls from Brinks on a daily basis which I am unable to entirely block. Customer service refuses to cancel the account. As well, it was incredibly time consuming and insanely frustrating setting up an account. Remarkable how customer service is almost impossible to get a hold of when you want something, and then often inept, but when they want your money, they are very efficient. I would advise others to avoid doing business with such an unreasonable, incompetent company. read more

We sold our house 2.5 years into a 3 year contract with Moni. We abided by our end of the deal and paid for non-service for the remaining 6 months. At the time we sold our house, we indicated to the customer service rep we wanted to cancel our service at the end of the contract. No problem, he said, just call in then. We were overseas when the contract ended, and after a couple of phone calls we were able to get a digisign letter to cancel our service. When we got home, we had a bill for an additional 30 days. When we called, we were told that Moni has in the contract a 30 day waiting period to cancel service. No one told us about this, and Moni insists on charging us for yet another month of (non) service. This is simply not a good faith company. No one in customer service alerted us to the waiting period, and at any rate Moni has been collecting from us for a service we don't use. The extent to which the company is willing to go for a few extra dollars is unconscionable. Safe to say we will not be contracting with Moni for our security in our new house. Any company so incapable of acting in good faith on something this small cannot be trusted on issues of greater importance. Stay away. **08/31/2017 update: I have updated to 3 stars. Subsequent to my post Moni did review our account and issued a credit for the cancellation period. I have been with Moni/Monitronics since 2012. You would think a customer of 5/6 years would mean something to a company, absolutely not! Each time I call in I get more and more frustrated with the customer service. Now that I am online and reading their reviews I am mortified ,they are terrible! The new name change, the price increases, the added contract time, the customer service, I can not even understand. My system was down for awhile and did not receive a call to inform me that it needed to be reset, my bill was raised (why I still do not know), my contract time was extended again and again as I still sit with 32 months left...over 2 years and they want to add another year as we are moving to a rental until we build again! I am puzzled at how the system works and how they treat a customer of 5/6 years...Sad thing is I have referred people to them (didn't know a thing about the referral program) and I feel bad that I even referred my friends and family now. I will defiantly be switching service providers if things do not get better in the near future. If anyone is aware of a better provider please let me know. I tried to cancel my service in November. They never made it clear that they "had" to send a docusign via email to officially cancel. Add to that I never received one. Thinking my phone call terminated my service, I was years past the 2 years in the original contract, I didn't think about it any further until I looked at my January credit card statement, which they billed automatically, and realized they had been charging me since I thought I cancelled. I call them again in early February of '18 and they send the docusign which I return immediately to cancel. This was on the 8th of February. For the past (nearly) week Moni collection has been aggressively calling me trying to get me to pay a bill for the period between 2/8/18 and 3/8/18 AFTER I had cancelled my service. And they weren't providing service. Because "it takes 30 days to cancel". No it doesn't. I was not charged in Feb. because I had cancelled. If my cancellation wasn't completed WHY did you not auto bill my credit card for the period you are now trying to collect on? That was YOUR decision Moni, not mine. The funny thing too is I wasn't looking to cancel until I had another alarm company show up with a free camera system, so I took them up on it. If Moni had made any effort to contact me and let me know of new services they offer I wouldn't have ever changed. So you lost me because you didn't keep up with me as a customer. If you put half the effort into educating me about your new services and features before I cancelled as you are now, trying to extract $50 from me for nothing, I'd still be a customer. This is the only negative review I have ever written. Our system malfunctioned. We have tried repeatedly to cancel. Brinks customer service is incredibly painful when trying to cancel service. I was on hold for over 45 minutes only to be told I'd be sent an email link to cancel. Guess what--no email, no link. This company is a trap. Avoid it at all costs. When I told them I was canceling auto-debit, they sent me a bill with a new "paper statement fee". No joke. Read all the reviews. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Called to cancel and spent 10 min on hold and 10+ minute with a guy trying to talk me out of it. I continually told him I did not need to be talked out of it. I had already made my decision. He continued "telling me my options" until I asked to speak with a supervisor. Miraculously, his phone "lost connection" with me and he could not hear me even though I could hear him. I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Dealing with this company to try and transfer service from our old home to our new home has been a NIGHTMARE! To make a very long story short, we arranged to have service transferred, the tech no showed us while we continued to get alarm alerts about a home we no longer even own, after a ton of calls we finally get another install date. The tech comes, sets up the new house and 24 hours later, we get emails from brinks that our cameras and doorbell have been disconnected and our account email has been changed to an internal brinks email leaving us unable to access our account. WTH? More calls and transfers to people who have no clue and don't give a crap, we are told a tech will come Dec 1. Seriously? After threatening to terminate our contract we get a new tech date. Not hopeful they will show. Getting routine service transferred should not be this hard. And Brinks is clearly not providing service we're contracted for but sure taking my money. If this is the level of service we get from a security company, I have zero faith that they will be able to protect my home. read more

Way too many problems with their customer service department, they will not allow you to address concerns with their Supervisor. Communication and accountability does not exist with this business. Steer clear! Criminals. All was going fine until we needed to move. The customer service with Moni is absolute garbage. I spoke to FIVE different people (yep, over four different calls - waste of time) and not one person gave me accurate or complete information. First, I was told a certain amount + extension in contract for the move. Fine. Then I forgot I needed to add an extra panel and window sensors, you guessed it, cha-ching and another year added. Turned out that we didn't get an extra panel and didn't need the sensors because of an internal wireless system. The guy only had to add an "app" on the main panel. Awesome! Was anyone going to contact me to tell me I didn't need to pay for the extra stuff that I didn't even get? Nope! So I call and the lady refuses to remove the extra year on the contract (that was only extended because of extra added items that I did not get), but does offer me a "discount". She could not do more because the installer did add that "app". Whatever. Come bill time, I am charged for the FULL amount of the original install. I call in and the agent says I am due a refund of X amount - great! Two weeks later, no refund. I call in AGAIN and the agent says I was given a CREDIT not a refund and asked if I wanted a refund. YES! Why would I want to allow you to hold my money when it wasn't rightfully yours in the first place?! I'm now told it will be REFUNDED. I ask to be transferred to a supervisor to discuss Moni's inability to properly train agents on the difference between credits and refunds, not to mention the agents before who clearly did not process my ask when the guy didn't install everything. I was basically told that the agents would be talked to (doubt it) and my refund would be available in 3-5 days. That the billing issue wasn't their fault because billing isn't available for 30 days YET I find that hard to believe given I was BILLED for the full amount within 30 days of my install. No one offered to remove the extra year in the contract that I'm now inadvertently stuck with despite never receiving the items that caused me to have to extend the contract. UGH. Thank goodness the days are long but the years are short. Can NOT wait to write my letter and be done with these guys. What.A.Joke. read more

If you want to be lied to and tricked into extra months in your contract this is the place for you. This company adds additional months on your contract if you change anything with your service. No one in customer service knows what they are talking about. You can call and ask a question and get one answer, call back and talk to two other people and get two different answers. I WISH there was an option for NO stars! Brinks is the absolute worst customer service I have EVER received. Whenever I call, the hold time is ungodly! I get hung up on several times and then get a representative who needs to transfer me at which time I get hung up on *shocker*. I was just told that I am under contract for 53 months and it would cost over $2000 to cancel. Who in the world would sign up for that? THEN I was informed that I extended the contract when I "accepted" a $5 monthly discount. Really Brinks? REALLY?? This all began when I called to find out about an outdoor camera that I was told I could install myself LOL picture that! Oh how I WISH I had done my due diligence before I got tangled up with this company! My advice, RUN as fast as you possibly can to ANY other security monitoring company. Was a client for 12 years before going with SMITH THOMPSON for same service quicker responses when alarm testing and HALF THE RATE CHARGE. Brinks will ignore your proper cancelation notice via in writing AFTER they've accepted when calling in. They have not been monitoring my home for 4 months but continue to send invoices with statement fees late fees and then fees on top of those and recovering fees. Their equipment was removed when I signed up with SMITH THOMPSON. I did so with recommendations from lots of neighbors who also use ST. When I posted on BRINKS site 4 months ago a JASON responded saying he'll check into this and get back.. NOTHING WAS DONE but continually sending invoices. I blocked them from my auto pay 4 months ago when I gave proper notice before the end of my billing period. I was not under a contract... Month to month. It appears they've changed it now so be aware of the fine print to ensure they don't have option of rate increasing and you as the consumer have the right to cancel for SLOW RESPONSE.. worst customer service ever since Brinks took over. I am a 14 year customer with Monotronics and now wanting to cancel and they will not cancel my auto billing thru my credit card, Brinks says I'm in a contract after 14 years, lol. a lot of this is due to horrible customer service and all calls being routed to China and India who know nothing. total scam to waste your time and just auto dip your credit card, I am getting a new card number so they can no longer bill me. smart huh? My contract was fulfilled 11 years ago and I have been month to month at $11 per month since then. starting Jan 2019 my bill doubled to $23 per month with no notice. Time to cancel. hope this review helps others and please do yourself a huge favour and stay clear of BRINKS home security. at this pace they will be out of business within a year. read more

I will never use this service EVER! I was told my inital fee would be $11. Unfortunately, I $413 was drafted from my account. I immediately canceled everything that same day and was told a refund would be issued with in 3 days. 6 days later...still no refund. I have been bounced around all of brinks, told I never spoke with brinks, told I should be talking to nest and hung up on multiple times. Brinks has by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER EVER DEAL WITH BRINKS AGAIN and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SHOULD NOT EITHER! read more

It has been exhausting trying to cancel my Brinks account. I have been on the phone for over 3 hours total over the course of 3 days waiting to speak to a person (Th, F, M), and each time I've repeated my email bac to the person and had them repeat back to me to verify they had it right. The first time, come to find out, she didn't listen and had it all messed up. And the email on my account is correct. 2nd and third time they had it right. Still, no cancellation email in my inbox or spam. Unfortunately, you have to call to cancel. I got on their FB messenger to see if I could bypass the torture of waiting for 40+ min and try to get a manager to call me or a direct number to call. All I got was "you have to call to cancel". I reached out to someone and they told me it's illegal in my state for them to withhold my contract from me. When I told her that, she quickly changed her tone. I still have to wait on an email (hopefully comes) but there is a 30-day cancellation window. I wouldn've had my account cancelled prior to my billing cycle ending 5 days ago, but now I will get charged an extra month. This was news to me as they acquired our previous company. This has been the WORST experience with any business I have EVER dealt with. I cannot believe their customer service and the delay tactics to squeeze extra out of their customers. read more

WORST alarm company. We previously had securepro for 1 year and had no problems. As soon as securepro was taken over by monitronics it has been non stop problems. There are so many reasons why you should never use this company that it would take me too long to list them all. read more

I will keep this brief but in summary 'Stay away'. Substandard service offering with no follow-up coupled with a constantly increasing price structure. Buyer beware as the cancellation process itself is a drawn out burden but if you do call to cancel they will miraculously find a way to 'reduce' your rate. Just another example in today's world where 'loyalty' only favors the Provider not the Consumer. Do your homework before you agree to the service. read more
