I received inconsistent responses until September 4, 2024, when I had to repeatedly call and text. Eventually, their Denver office dismissed me, claiming they no longer service my camera system, despite having replaced the cameras just three months prior. They even texted me that my camera system would be available soon. Now, they say they have no cameras because my system is "too old," even though it's a brand new Lorex system installed in 2023. After a month of inquiries, I received a sarcastic comment from the person responsible for ordering cameras, stating that they no longer service such old models. Why provide me with misleading information for an entire month? How can you claim not to service them when you just did three months ago? I strongly advise against doing business with them; you will only encounter frustration. I have text message evidence of our communication and wish I could have recorded our phone call, as it was both disrespectful and unprofessional.

They did a beautiful job! Johann answered all my questions from start to finish, explained things in a way that made sense to a non-tech person, and never made me feel stupid for all my questions. My only wish is that I had found him sooner. I had purchased the wrong equipment, wired my house wrong, and installed a versa box which left a hole in my fireplace (all because Tollbrothers had rushed me through the process or frankly gave me the wrong info to start). Johann never acted frustrated that he was dealing with a less than ideal situation. He never showed frustration with the situation, but simply offered me astute work-arounds and solutions. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work and his craft. You can tell he truly enjoys finding solutions and making customers happy. Moreover, it was obvious that Johann takes great pride in the incredible team he has built. Communication between him and all his team members was seamless. Each of the four members that showed up for the install were not only knowledgeable, but they were also kind and respectful. They worked in coordination with our painting and drywall company, coming multiple times to make their job easier and to minimize the time we had to live with paint and mess from the popcorn removal. The smart use of technology meant that there where no new wires or holes in our walls. Not only did we get some great new technology, but also saved money over a more traditional installation. Premier Lighting Solutions performed multiple smaller jobs to add all the existing lights in our living areas to our Lutron network, and now we have numerous options to control different zones and create moods throughout our house. As expected, I was pleased with all aspects of the process. What I did not expect, however, was that I would receive products and service that exceeded my lofty expectations at an extremely competitive price. Nelson was transparent throughout the process and helped me select high-quality equipment that met my specific needs while staying within my budget. I was also surprised by the level of operational support provided. Nelson showed me how to use all of the features, but he also set up a number of parameters in advance based on our original discussion without requiring further input. And that support did not stop once the products were installed and the final invoice issued. I am still receiving support on a regular basis.
