I stopped by this brioche by guy savoy here in the Paris hotel. This is a very convenient location right by the lobby. Was on the way out and decided to stop for a white mocha. It was a very quick and easy process a lot of the Patriots amazing which I'll definitely have to try next time. I'm working here is very quick and efficient and drink was done shortly after. She made sure if I wanted to cold or hot. And then she shortly crafted it really quickly and a few minutes later my drink was done. Convenient place here in the Paris for a quick pastry and coffee

BREAKFAST THREE TIMES I stayed at Paris Las Vegas for 5 days on the last week of August. I found this by mistake. This small coffee and pastry shop is right outside the hotel registration and close to one of the roulette wheels. I came here to eat three times for breakfast as the pastry from another cafe in Paris Las Vegas wasn't good. The first time I came here was the last Wednesday of August. I ordered pain au chocolate (chocolate croissant) and white mocha. The chocolate croissant was ok as I expected the pastry to be crispy on the outside with a lot of chocolate inside. Then I noticed the different variety of brioches. The next morning I came back here to order a blueberry brioche and brewed coffee. The glaze on the blueberry brioche reminds me of a glazed donut. The brioche was airy yet filling for breakfast. The last time I came here was Friday on the day of my checkout from Paris Las Vegas. This time I ordered a cinnamon brioche, which looked similar to a cinnamon roll. Both brioches tasted better than the pain au chocolate. Even though I came here three times I didn't try other items such as the sandwiches and quiches. Due to the name of this eatery the specialty is the brioche. The brioches were tasty and filling but not extraordinary.

Ordered 2 Lattes and we enjoyed them. The coffee and steam milk ratio was good. The barista though needs to smile and be more happy. All in all not bad.

Nutella brioche inside view...tastes really good when slightly warmed up.

You can get a good cup of coffee and pastry at Brioche, but with no chairs or tables, it's mostly take it to the room or on the way out. Coffee is rich, Nutella brioche and buttery croissants are good quality, even better when warmed up. There are a number of bakeries off-Strip just as good, so locals probably won't go out of their way. Prices are what you'd expect for a convenient to-go counter in a resort lobby, but they are odd. You can buy coffee and a brioche individually for $12.98 but if you get the 'coffee and brioche combo', it costs $12.99. How magnanimous, Mr. Savoy. And their overhead menu looks like it was created by a used car salesman (check photo). I've never been a fan of ending every single menu item with a .99...just call it a $7 croissant instead of $6.99. "It's only there just to fool the public," Smokey Robinson once said. Luckily the Michelin award winning talents are on display at the namesake restaurant because this one's okay, but not amazing.

I've heard of Guy Savoy and his famous Brioche but have not tried it yet. Today was the day and luckily the line was very short so I was able to order lattes, croissant, and cinnamon sugar croissant very quickly. Up in my room we began sampling our goods. The latte was expertly made and tasted fantastic. The croissant was just ok, not buttery or crisp enough. For the price I expected something not quite as good as you would find in the actual Paris but at least better than I could find back home. The brioche was pretty disappointing. Though the cinnamon and sugar was nice, the brioche resembled more a fancy cinnamon roll lacking the sophistication which could label it as fancy in the first place. I didn't know what to expect but to be honest I expected something fabulous when hype is taken into account and the ridiculous lines you usually see here.

This little pastries shops sits in the corner of the hotel when you check in. A place to stop and grab a coffee and sweets. I bought Croissant and brioche cinnamon, it was super good. Only one person behind the counter. Since this is a grab and go, we have to find a table around the casino to sit. Highly recommended.

Love Guy Savoy, strong coffee and delicious pastries what else do you need for a quick breakfast bite. Fast service was a plus.

The location initially was a bit hard for us to find since there aren't a lot of signs for Via Via Foodhall. However, it's easy to find once you know what you're looking for. The food hall is at the casino level, and it's just by the escalator if you're traveling down by Tao restaurant when you walk in from the strip. The line was short, and you get a view of all the ingredients and the chef as they prep your sandwich. I got the paradiso and it was named perfectly! Would come back 10/10

The line here was short -- only 3 or 4 in front of me. But I waited in it for 15 minutes. I wasn't in a rush but if you are, this might not be it. While I waited I noticed folks weren't smiling, but I had heard about great service so I was confused. Still, after 10 minutes in line, one man did say someone would be with me in a few minutes. I appreciate acknowledgment. When it was my turn, I ordered La Toscana. The guy made it and I paid. The female cashier (middle aged) was truly very friendly and smiling. Again, appreciated her. The sandwich: I'm tying to give this place a shot again. I wasn't impressed the first time and I'm still not sure what all the hype is about. I know...unpopular opinion. In both cases, I eventually removed the bread from the second half and added the sandwich fillings to the first half. It's not a thick sandwich but it is a lot of doughy bread. The ingredients are indeed fresh af and they taste good. But the bread is hard and cold and just difficult to chew through. I could gnaw on the bread for a long time before it actually breaks down. It looks like a focaccia but chews like sourdough, if that makes any sense. The Salame, pecorino and honey all worked well together but maybe it needs one of their creams to help soften the bread. I don't know. My experience just isn't what others rave about but I'm trying to find something to help justify what all yall are getting out of it. Maybe next time I'll try the Paradiso. That's the #1 here. I'm wasn't feeling pistachio today so I opted for something else but maybe that's why I'm not thrilled. It's good--it's just not great.

I had seen several negative breakfast reviews, so we decided to stop in for lunch instead--and lunch did not disappoint. My husband and I came on a Tuesday to catch the first half of a World Cup match, and the first thing we noticed was the incredible teamwork. Managers were helping clear tables, deliver food, and support the staff. It was also the first restaurant we've visited in Vegas where a manager stopped by our table to check on us, which was a nice touch. Our server, Christina, was fantastic. My husband has a dairy allergy, and she made sure everything was handled correctly. We started with the fresh guacamole, which was delicious. My husband wished it had a little more jalapeño, but there was plenty left over to enjoy with his perfectly cooked salmon. I love buffalo chicken fingers, so I ordered the chicken fingers with buffalo sauce and blue cheese. Christina asked if I wanted the chicken tossed in the buffalo sauce instead of dipping it, and I'm so glad I said yes--it was exactly what I was hoping for. I also ordered a margarita from Sandy, who was so friendly. Although she was taking drink orders, she was also bussing and resetting tables. Everyone jumped in wherever they were needed, and it really showed. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of TVs, making it a great spot to catch a game. The only hiccup was that the salmon rang up at the wrong price. They couldn't fix it in their system, so they immediately took 10% off our bill. Mistakes happen, but excellent customer service is what people remember. Great food, outstanding service, and a team that truly works together. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Vegas!

For something more savory, the everything bagel croissant was flakey and coated to the max with everything bagel topping. The quiche was a little disappointing. It was well set and creamy, but the crust was a bit dense. Spinach quiche is a little boring anyway; I would reorder it in a different flavor for sure. Sadly the chocolate almond croissant was simply not good. Something about combining the almond filling with the chocolate made the interior dense and unappetizing. They even put this inside a relatively big carton container, the same kind I've seen the staff put their D.U.I. Fries in... holy crap those are some huge portions! For $18 before tax though, this hot dog was already slightly massive for its size, at just about a foot long. Very nice start to a great time in Vegas!
