They have a vegetarian menu which mostly just all their vegetarian items on a separate menu for easy access. The pasta (what I ordered) is not on the regular menu. It was great. Pasta cooked well with fresh vegetables and olive oil. The table biscuits are very good too. Asparagus cooked perfectly. I've never had crème brûlée but I loved it. The service was great. The food at Bristol's is always delicious. It's one of the few places in STL that you can trust that the seafood is FRESH and top quality. Our service is always exemplary, from the gentlemen who walk around with biscuits and honey butter (it's difficult to say no, but you must or you won't eat your meal!), the attentive servers, and even the manager visited our table several times. It's always a laid back atmosphere, but you don't feel awkward dressing up or down. We love it! Bristol's is one of our favorites. read more

Kayleen was our server; she was terrific for several reasons: she paid just the right amount of attention to us, allowing us to enjoy our time while making sure we were well-cared for. She was engaging and knowledgeable while answering our questions about the fresh daily seafood specials (!). We never had to ask for anything; Kayleen was absolutely on point. And the food! Oh, my! My husband's King crab legs were delicious and Kaylee's recommended the fresh catch Chilean seabass with honey roasted carrots was so good, I would order it again tomorrow. What is going on with this place? It was one of our favorite dining places. The bartenders give you plenty of attitude and know nothing about customer service. They act like the customers are annoyance to them. I chose not to remember their names, but there was a team of two guys and they both had horrible attitudes! We've been going there for more than 10 years and suddenly the staff is different. Nobody really cares about customer service. I thought when Richard came back to this location Things would get better, but they've only gotten worse. I suggest you take those bartenders and retrain them because we won't be back and I've heard other people say the same thing. It's a shame! I have been in customer service, my whole life, and I will not accept being treated by a restaurant staff like this. I will go to Oceano when I want seafood from now on. The ambiance was very nice. I had the Atlantic salmon with asparagus and twice baked potatoes. Someone came around offering fresh baked rolls that were a bit on the dry side. We were served honey butter to go along with it. My salmon was good but the asparagus was on the just warm side. The twice baked potatoes were ok. Overall I did feel like it was a bit overpriced. My husband and I attended The Tastes of France Dinner on Thursday, June 26th and it was so wonderful. We have been to several of the themed dinners at Bristol and this one was in the top five faves!! The service was awesome and the wine was perfectly paired with the four courses. We loved talking to the regional rep for the wine, Lori. We learned a lot about the wine selected for the evening. The ambiance in the restaurant was very special for the evening. The food was scrumptious...so many different tastes with each course. Absolutely loved this date night with my hubby . Visited Bristol's in O'Fallon on a recent trip to the St. Louis, MO area. Nice restaurant, good service, food generally above par, prices way above market for comparable restaurant fare. The cocktails were good, and we shared a nice rose wine from France. The lobster bisque was delicious, nice chunks of lobster included. The strawberry-pistachio salad was good, but overly covered with dressing. The crab cakes were good, mostly crab, little filler. The Alaskan Halibut was over-cooked and dry, only saved by the sauces on the table. A very disappointing dish, especially for the price. Bristol's has a long history in the St. Louis seafood restaurant scene, but for the money, there are many other places with better food at better prices. read more

Easy five stars for big selection of great seafood, one very good IPA, comfortable booth and attentive waitress. I got the trout because it is rare to see on menus and I love it ... two filets and sides were broccolini and other steamed veggies. Fantastic. My cilleague got the lobster mac n cheese appetizer, barrumundi (spelling), unknown sides, ice cream for dessert, IPAs, and will likely die young if he keeps eating like that ... but this is about me. Oddly, both of us were positive they served us much better and different tasting IPAs for the second round. Even the color was different. These are 10oz glasses, so we were not intoxicated. The bartender himself told us the keg did not change, they only have one IPA and we drank the same stuff. Whatever, it was very good. Waitress fantastic. I had other plans the second night, but my colleague went back. This place is that good ... I'd say being able to expense it helps making repeat trips. I will definitely be back. read more

I like this location as it's just a little bit less "stuffy" than Creve Coeur and parking is easier. A great date spot, special occasion dinner or when you just want a really good seafood dinner. I don't know what they do different but the Firecracker Cauliflower is so good! Spicy but not overly so and the perfect amount of crisp. The Sea Scallops are another favorite. Always cooked perfectly, plus the lobster risotto pairing really makes the dish. The swordfish was really good too. read more

Food was just ok nothing out of the ordinary. Prices were high but we expected that. Sea bass was skinny and not flaky like other places. Risotto and cauliflower sides were really good as was the lobster bisque. The twice baked potato dish and yukon gold potatoes were just ok, not a fan. Service was good and refills kept coming. The freshest seafood in St. Charles county by far. Their oysters taste of the ocean and are so fresh and briny, I just love them. The lobster claws are a great deal and during happy hour are only $3.50 each. The happy hour 3 course pre fixe menu is also a fantastic deal. Tonight I had the shrimp scampi with garlic whipped potatoes and asparagus, lobster bisque and crème brûlée. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious! Arriving at 4 PM to sit on the patio during happy hour to avoid the crowds was a great idea. The tables are spaced out for social distancing and the staff took care to sanitize tables and chairs and the servers all wear masks. To be courteous to the server, I put on my face shield to protect him as well each time he visited our table. Wearing is caring! The rest of my party ordered the calamari, the crispy rice sushi roll, and the salmon dinner with Caesar salad and ice cream for their pre fixe choices. No sharing, but they said it was delicious and it sure looked it! I'm definitely going to order the calamari next time, especially since they were served on a bed of crispy fried carrot sticks and jalapeños. It looked amazing! read more

Love this place. Second visit and did not disappoint. We all had the mix grill (shrimp, scallops, salmon, crab cake plus mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts). My wife substituted the salmon for 2 scallops. The scallops were not huge but we were satisfied. The salmon was cooked excellent and the crab cakes were stuffed with crab and very good. The Brussels sprouts were hard and need a little more cooking. We sat in bar for happy hour, had excellent service but it was very loud. read more

I agree with another reviewer the biscuits are dry and hard. Not moist and inviting, but crumbly and can't spread the butter. Appetizers leave a little to be desired as the calamari seems dry and plain. The lobster Mac was popular but lacked lobster or lobster flavor, kind of bland and a bit salty. Cauliflower au gratin was actually a hit. Had the sea bass and it was under cooked and portion size not worth the premium for me. Good place for corporate dinners but I'd find another place for date night or good eats for the premium. read more

We visited Bristol to enjoy the Sunday brunch buffet. The food was great. Lots of breakfast and lunch options that were high quality. Our made to order omelet was very tasty, the waffles were as well, and the prime rib was delicious. I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy because they used their amazing biscuits from their lunch/dinner menu. Our waiter usually worked dinner so he was not completely up to speed on how brunch worked.
