Global warming, and the larger volumes of rain coming down all at once create standing water or water that can seep into cracks near properties..... going to make a lot more work for C3. I had called a bunch of other companies and they were a total nightmare to deal with and their estimates were 6x what Nathan charged. Not only were they horrible companies but they lied to my tenant when they gave the estimate which sent her into a tailspin. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and fair, and got the job done within a week or two of my initial phone call. Also I read the fine print t in the contract so I knew that they don't repair damages caused by tape on walls floor etc. my apartment has painted floors so I sort of expected tape would pull up paint. This company definitely made a bad situation better.

Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. Shoutout to Mario! They really respected our home and were very considerate of us during construction. We've used Yohance at Trojan Carpet Care for all of our carpet cleaning needs for years and years. We tried some other services when we first moved to town, and were not satisfied with the results. Then we met Yohance, and we knew we'd found our guy. His work cleaning our carpets has always been first rate, and when we had a situation come up with really a strong urine smell coming from the concrete in our new back yard, Yohance was the first person we called. He worked his magic, and fixed a problem that frankly, I didn't think was going to be fixable. Now we're not ashamed to have people over. Not only is Yohance great at what he does, but he's also one of those rare people that you actually want to have around. Likeable is not a strong enough word. I decided to surprise my daughter and grand-daughter with clean carpets and sofa while they were away one weekend on vacation. Called Trojan and set up an appointment and I could not be happier with the results !! Solid company. Moved into a new place and mgmt told me I could hire whomever I wanted to give the carpets a once over. So I went with Trojan carpet care (yes, I am trojan biased :-) but they definitely delivered. They were on time, easy to schedule with and gave great results. There were a couple of stains from the previous tenant that I was positive weren't going to come out, but sure enough they did. This was my first time calling in for a carpet cleaning service…read more With more than a decade's worth of grime baked into the floor and stairs, I had my doubts anything could be done to salvage the carpet and figured I'd need to just replace it outright. My experience with Quality Carpet Care was top notch from the moment I submitted a quote inquiry via Yelp app. The owner, Johnny responded within the hour to my first message. Multiple appointment slots were also included in his response to facilitate planning. After electing for the next day appointment, I received messages via the app up until Johnny's arrival. I was delighted to have the real time status updates. The operation is entirely self sufficient and run out of a cargo van. Massive generator on the vehicle powered all the machines. Just needed an outside water spout. There was a 4 stage (most vendors do not offer all 4) process involved: spraying a citrus scented degreaser agent to the flooring, agitating the stains with a broom like brush, the actual steam cleaning with a vacuum-like device connected to a continuous steamer, a finishing "sweep" of all flooring. Incredibly, 10+ years of hard stains vanished and once the carpets dried two days later, the flooring in my house had a new carpet "feel". Not just the smell but actual bouncy feel. Suffice it to say, the service that Johnny offered was 200% value added. He's also the most personable guy I have ever met and is from the LA area. I am glad I had called Johnny and wish I had done so sooner. Note that there may be some confusion due to Steve being mentioned in some Yelp reviews. Johnny just recently acquired the business from Steve. According to Johnny, he does both residential and commercial office cleaning. It was the perfect experience!

The whole process was effortless and organized, from the initial phone call to the day of service. I was able to get an evening appointment on a Monday, a few days after contacting them. Their two-man crew came in and were very respectful and polite, always asking first if they needed to move things, etc. They even asked if I'd like to observe what they were doing, which I thought was pretty cool. One of them smelled cat pee on one of the rugs and so he let me know that he'd be using an enzyme spray to get the odor right out. After a couple hours and a good steam clean with professional equipment, everything smelled fresh and clean. Thank you Final Touch!
