I often drove to Waterways in Creve Couer just to find a decent car wash. Even then, I often had to ask for certain things to be addressed and wasn't totally satisfied. Because I was going out of town, I wanted a detailed car wash that addressed my habit of eating on the run. Do it yourself car vacuums never seem to have enough power to thoroughly vacuum a messy car. So, just this once I decided to take the recommendation and give Auto Spa a try...mainly because I was running out of time. The attendant was going over the different car wash prices when I asked, "Am I going to be pleased with your service? I am a very picky person!" His response was, "I guarantee you will be." While waiting for my vehicle I asked the person next to me if they were please with the service. His response was, "Oh yes, they do a great job" When finished and attendant waved me over, I was prepared to inspect vehicle and offer suggestions that would make me happy with the job done. I couldn't believe it! My three year old car looked brand new. Not a crumb on the floor, cup holders and compartments looked brand new and the attention to the inside as well as outside, impeccable! I couldn't find anything that needed attention! So thank you Auto Spa! Your team of both guys and gals provided supreme service to this very satisfied customer. I returned as soon as I stopped and looked at my hood to see if I needed another run thru the wash. Terrible customer service and insulting associate managers that did nothing but argue that my new Cadillac Lyriq was "like that". Terrance didn't even know how many times I sat at their gates, awful place to deal with, plus they're equipment like mat cleaners etc are always broken.

Mark and his wife are quick to call people names, scammers or liars. Read how upset they get in their replies then ask yourself what I should have "Is there a place I want to do business with?". Had to open an out of pocket insurance claim this is company who I'd suggest stick to just washing cars but they can't even do that right. Not just my sentiment but other nearby businesses who are familiar with this dump. Did not make any personal gains over the claim as I was in multiple shops many months to repair Mark's damage. No scams to be had unless you count taking my car here.
