They said they called me. I showed them my phone log with no calls from them. They smugly didn't give a F. Got a text from "Dave" about a month later to see how the vehicle was running. I gave him feedback about the poor communication. No reply. He kept messaging me asking how the vehicle was running at monthly intervals or so. Due to the time of the year, there was nothing good left online and I was facing the prospect of having to spend an additional $80 on a new pump and having to wait at least a week, or else drive 2 hours out of my way to get a dubious replacement. Matt simply suggested I buy a $10 Adapter (available at any car parts store) to convert the cigarette lighter to one that works off alligator clips - problem solved !! I just bought a supposed fully rebuilt motor from Marks merks after he told me it was done. I took…read moreit on the water and my trim system stopped working properly it had water in the Tilt And trim oil so I checked the gear lube in the lower unit and it had water in it as well. And the key would stick so it was really hard to start half the time he did fix the key ignition but he told me that tilt and trim system had no leaks and the lower unit. He said he prop shaft seal.. I get at home. both the lower unit and the tilt and trim system. still have milky fluid in them he didn't fix anything and my one year warranty is no longer valid. I wish I never would have. bought a motor From there, huge mistake never I will never go back there again.
