But they kept telling me they'd call me with options tomorrow and never followed through. I always had to call them after they didn't do what they said they would. We eventually got to the part where they're fixing my car, where, again the plan was for them to communicate with me when it was done. After not hearing from them for a week, and not having a car for 2 1/2 weeks I called yet again to see how things were going. Was told my car had been sitting there finished for 5 days. They said they called me. I showed them my phone log with no calls from them. They smugly didn't give a F. Got a text from "Dave" about a month later to see how the vehicle was running. I gave him feedback about the poor communication. No reply. He kept messaging me asking how the vehicle was running at monthly intervals or so. I finally asked if I was talking to a bot or a human due to the absolute lack of recognition of my comments. He then started mocking me acting like he was a bot. See photo. These guys don't care how you feel. I was told we have plenty of work. If you don't like how we work we don't need your business. Their pricing is not competitive. They do not know how to communicate professionally. Not goin back.

Before getting to him, I spent 6 hours of online research and had spoken to 5…read moredifferent stores, trying to find an electrical pump for my Stand Up Paddle Board which had alligator clips, as the one I had was only for cigarette lighters and had already blown my fuse. Due to the time of the year, there was nothing good left online and I was facing the prospect of having to spend an additional $80 on a new pump and having to wait at least a week, or else drive 2 hours out of my way to get a dubious replacement. Matt simply suggested I buy a $10 Adapter (available at any car parts store) to convert the cigarette lighter to one that works off alligator clips - problem solved !! Super grateful to have someone knowledgable and caring solve my problem - who clearly cared more about the solution then making a sale. I highly recommend Matt and Oregon Outdoor Sports !

I reached out to Mark as my older outboard engine had some shifting and idling problems…read more   He quoted me a very fair price for the repair.  After I dropped it off he said he needed  about a week to complete  the work.  I thought that was a very reasonable repair time for any marine or power-sports facility right now.   After I picked it up, my engine was running and shifting like new.  I have been running outboards most of my life and Mark at Mark's Mercs has my very highest recommendation.
