She cancels frequently or is late with limited hours. She has a million excuses with her family and sickness why she can't be reliable. She is fast, but ultimately pleases the blame on her clients. Here are a few examples I received: Brianne "Hey there can I can you on Saturday about 1:00 instead of Sunday I have a conflict" Brianne " Hey there, I have to move your appointment. I'm so sorry. I went out of town for a couple of days to visit my brother and because of the storm at home they've canceled our flight tonight. Can I reschedule you for later in the week?" Brianne "OK, I am having to cancel really all of my clients on Saturday. I don't wanna work multiple evenings next week so let me see if I can get everyone to do a Thursday evening and then I will let you know. I hope this makes sense." Brianne "OK, I will cancel my doctors appointment and I will come in tomorrow. You win" Me "No, it's the last minute appointments. If this was the first time I'd be ok, but it's not.You didn't even give me 24 hours notice" Brianne "My doctor called me 45 mins ago I'm trying to get in because my foot is literally purple I'm Not going to do this with you I'm sorry I'm such a shitty hairstylist. That's rescheduled you multiple times. Best luck elsewhere." Placing the blame on your clients is not a good look. Accommodating occasionally is understandable, but we are all running businesses and we can't do this! read more

So...yesterday I went elsewhere to become my usual blonde color. I ended up with a metallic gray color! First off let me preface this by saying that I'm a licensed cosmetologist and I still have a station elsewhere. I also have super thick and curly hair that can be hard to handle sometimes, so I'm super picky about who touches it. I met Breanne at Epic salon where my regular guy was out for the day so they put me on her schedule. I was very cautious but still went with the flow. She made some recommendations and I went with them and was greatly pleased. I booked a very dramatic color change with her for the next time and I absolutely loved the results!! I've since gone back to my original dark color but either way I get so many compliments daily that it can sometimes be annoying.
