While speaking with her on the phone, I decided to retain her as an attorney on my case as she sounded professional and knowledgeable. I brought everything that she asked, looked them over and she told me everything up front---the costs and what to expect of the outcome. She is prompt and courteous and she did everything that she said that she would do. She always replied to my phone calls and text---depending on which we had agreed to and set up. She would let me know ahead of time if there were changes or anything else that would be involved. With Chi, everything was up front. She got my ticket dismissed and also refunded me like 90% of the fees that were refundable ( I think that it had something to do with administrative cost. I feel that Chi is an excellent attorney and with her you will know what to expect and what to expect of her. She is honest and did me a great service. I expected I'd have to negotiate a reduced fee for having such a simple case, but Mrs. Watson beat me to the punch and offered a lower fee right out of the gate - lower than I was willing to settle for - for the exact same reason. She walked me through the steps over the course of a couple appointments, gathered together the documents she needed, and after a ten-minute courtroom hearing a couple months later, it was all done.
