I'm not giving this review based on the business, I'm giving this review based on the consultant that I worked with. I came in to Bri'Zan to shop for a wedding dress and this was about the 6th or 7th store I looked at. When the appointment first started I sat down with my consultant, Jennifer, and she asked if I knew what type of wedding dress I was interested in and I told her that I had mostly been looking at ballgowns and she immediately went "Hmm....why?" as if I had the worst taste in the world. I explained that I am a very comfortable person and that ballgowns are much more comfortable to me than say, a fit-and-flare. She then asked if I had pictures of other dresses that I had seen and liked so far and proceeded to look at these pictures for the next 5 minutes or so, which to me could have been much quicker to get the appointment started. Fast forward to choosing some gowns to try on and we are in the dressing room, she completely pushed aside the sale gowns and kept going right to the more expensive dresses for me to try. Not only did she not think I should buy a ballgown, or a dress on sale, but she was overly opinionated about what didn't look good on me. During this time I also overhead another sales consultant bashing another bridal salon in town which is 100% not professional. About 10 minutes in to the appointment I had decided that even if I fell in love with a dress I would not be purchasing one from this shop, specifically with this consultant so I just let her finish the appointment as she pleased to get it over with. Once we left the shop I had family with me that also noticed her rolling her eyes at us, which I too noticed. Overall not a great experience. Luckily I left to get to another appointment which I found my dream dress and worked with a lovely consultant! read more

They ordered my dress in a size 14, I am a size 4 in jeans. The dress was huge on me, would literally fall off if I let go of it. They told me it would cost the same for alterations no matter how much they had to take off. Well first of all they wanted over $900 for alterations. Secondly, they needed to take over 2 inches OFF EACH SIDE; which totally would change the way the entire dress looked. I'm almost positive that when they moved locations they lost my measurements and just ordered my dress in a bigger size to be safe. The woman I worked with kept telling me it looked big because I lost weight..mind you I didn't lose any weight, let alone 50 pounds. I took my dress to crystal bride in Geneva, where their seamstress confirmed my fears that the whole dress would be changed with the alterations I needed, she was willing to do it and only charge me $175. I ended up getting a new dress, rather then butchering the one I had from BriZan couture. Ladies, if you want to be lied to and scammed this place is for you. If you want honest answers and quality service I HIGHLY recommend Crystal Bride in Geneva. Edit: I'd like to add that they did NOT tell me they we're going to order my dress in a 14, they took my measurements and told me that they were "ordering an appropriate size", it's my fault for not asking what size that was and for being naive in assuming a bridal shop had their customer's best interest in mind. They insisted they had ordered the correct size and kept pushing that it was I who had just lost that amount of weight, even if the scale was saying I'd not lost anything. Do not spend your money here, I cannot stress enough, they can and will scam you as much as they can. They also told me my dress was "last years design and was going to be not sold anymore, so I needed to buy it that day." Save your time, money, and heartbreak. I was shocked the other day when I went to pick up my daughter's homecoming dress and was hit with a $125 alteration bill. I had ordered her dress to size, based on a fitting, so I assumed the dress would already fit her when it came in. Since it was still too big, they altered it. Many dress shops we shopped at include alterations. So when I went to pick it up, I assumed the minimal alterations would have a nominal charge. $125 for a dress that was ordered based on my daughter's measurements is way too excessive. I learned my lesson about trusting a business to be fair. Next time I go anywhere that does a service, I will make sure that I ask for an estimate before I ever have the work done. read more

I loved my experience here! Sue is fantastic! I had been to six bridal shops looking for a mother-of-the bride dress for me and couldn't find anything that was right. She pulled six or seven dresses and three were nice and one was perfect for me. Sue is honest and really knows about fit and style. It is a lovely shop with gorgeous bridal gowns which we saw featured at a bridal fashion show in Oakbrook. I traveled 40 miles and it was worth it. My sister found a beautiful dress too (short and dressy). Sue helped her as well! I'd give ten stars if I could. Well worth the trip!!! Make an appointment! read more

Sue is extremely knowledgable about all things Bridal and Evening Wear. I have bought everything at Bri'Zan Couture from a fun sun dress to a short beaded cocktail dress to a beaded evening gown. When I was planning my wedding, I bought my wedding dress, veil, tiara, belt, and bridesmaids dresses here. I have even happily gotten a clutch and jewelry at Bri'Zan. I always walk out with something and never have had a bad experience. Everyone always treats you with personal attention, and everything is reasonably priced. read more

ladies beware, my experience started out great.... but please go elsewhere. this place deserves 0 stars, and sue, i genuinely hope you go out of business. nothing says more than actual pictures, so when i have time, i will post pictures of my wedding dress. that's right... this immoral, disgusting, money hungry store ruined my wedding dress experience at my wedding. i didn't write a review at first, b.c i went in there after my wedding.... livid.... but tried to remain calm. sue's response made me lose my mind, i had to threaten to sue, and believe me... i was ready to drag her ass to court, and take her for everything she was worth which is how i got her to refund $1,775 that they charged me for alterations that fell apart within 5 minutes of my putting on my dress, and continued to fall apart the entire day and night... walking down the aisle, sitting at dinner, taking pictures.... in my pictures. again, my wedding was over a year ago, and i've waited until now to post bc i didn't want to be too angry when i wrote a review. i thought i would have calmed down by now, but i am actually more pissed. having just had our 1 year anniversary, it upsets me that i feel depressed when i look through pictures and see the beading hanging off my straps, or when i look back at the memories of my 1st dance, and daddy/daughter dance with a bustle that did not work!! that's right people, even the bustle didn't work. every one of my bridesmaids, and the director of the venue (who's bustled a ton of dresses in her career) tried to get the bustle to work but couldn't b/c the seamstress (i better find out you actually let her go like you said you were going to or i will make it my mission to let every person on this planet know what an immoral, heartless, money hungry, greed ball you are with terrible, terrible, work. but, this is very important... as if ruining the beautiful feeling you are supposed to get in your dress wasn't bad enough, the way it was handled when i went to talk to sue, and her talentless seamstress was the absolute worse part of the whole situation. these people will say, and do what they need to get your money, but could care less once they are done with you. again, i didn't write a review at first b/c i felt i was too angry, and disgusted. i realize now, i will always be disgusted. you ruined my wedding dress. i hate you. please women, they don't have anything you can't find anywhere else. if they tell you they do, then they are lying. important to note, my experience in there started out amazing!! i did not see this coming! i thought sue was so nice, and awesome! i did not have trust in the seamstress, but sue, the liar that she is, kept insisting that she would make everything turn out perfect! at one point, the seamstress told me that i can't get my alterations done elsewhere! don't let this happen to you. please. stay away. sue... i'm still disgusted with you, that will probably never change. this was just an angry rant... but when i have the emotional energy (b/c seriously this is like an emotional scar that will stay with me forever now, especially when i look back at pictures) i will spell out the entire story, including pictures for proof, so that other women can avoid this happening to them. stay away from these immoral liars, they are thieves!! oh man, i need to calm down. hey sue, i hate you. you're a piece. this is your karma. i'm letting everyone know what you people are like. i will be back to tell the full story, including how you charged me for alterations twice a week before my wedding making me feel like i had no choice but to pay them. i hate you. have a horrible day, you horrible human being. i see your booth at the wedding expo's, and want to warn everyone what you did. i'd feel terrible if i didn't save at least one woman from the same fate. everyone should feel confident and beautiful in their dress and the store you got it from should care about that too, especially if they are the ones who did the alterations. i need to calm down, but i'll be back. there is no response from this store that could ever change my mind. hey sue, karma will get you, you're the devil. read more

My daughter bought her Prom dress here and it has been a disaster. First the good, the dress is beautiful. Now the bad- after saying that they would make the dress perfect with some alterations they never once mentioned the cost of those alterations. The sales person did a great used car sales routine, everything would be perfect and not to worry, then picking up the dress they hit us up with a $200 alteration bill. I don't know of any service that does not give you an estimate first, we were lead to believe that the alterations were included because "they will take care of everything". I'm in sales, and this was a horrible misrepresentation. I cannot recommend any place with these types of shady sales tactics. In regards to the owners comment below, so do you not think providing an estimated cost might be important??? Smh, obviously you might need to work on your signage, we didn't notice the signs at all, but it's cool blame the customer. read more

I would just like to say before I write my review, that every time I came into Bri'zan, I was greeted the minute I walked in and was given the attention needed during all my fittings and that is a HUGE plus in my book. Nothing irritates me more than not being treated properly in a store you are patronizing. I met the lovely ladies at Bri'Zan at one of the Bridal Expos held in the Chicagoland Area. While I was NOT a fan of the expo, I really liked the dresses that were on display at the Bri'zan booth since I was specifically looking for a lace dress. They offered a nice promotion for booking an appointment that day and since I had to start hunting for a dress I figured why not start there. My best friend and I went to my first (and last) try on appointment at Bri'zan (Because I found my dress here!!! Keep reading....). I was teamed up with the consultant Jen, who by the way was very very nice and made conversation with the both of us. I tried on about 6 out of 10 dresses that I selected. I refused to try on dresses that weren't my size because I didn't want to run the risk of ordering something and not liking it when it came in, regardless if I liked the pattern or not. I didn't really have a budget when it came to my dress, it was the one thing I didn't mind splurging on, but I did know that I did not want to go over a certain amount. I explained this to Jen and she helped me pick out the right dress, especially after showing me that what I really wanted wasn't very flattering on me at all! LOL!!! When it came time to putting down a deposit, I explained to Jen that I didn't have the full amount on me and was hoping they would at least take half. She was hesitant and said they don't normally do that and that my promotion probably wouldn't count since I wasn't purchasing the dress in full that day. (who carries more than $1k in their purse on any normal day??) I was pretty upset because I really wanted that dress, I mean....why go through all that trouble to be told "Sorry"? (I immediately went and grabbed the chocolate they had nearby in the try on area -which is absolutely beautiful by the way!!). So she said she would have to talk to Sue and they were able to work with what I had. By the way, Sue is an amazing manager! She really does go out of her way to make sure you get exactly what you want for your wedding day. I was not a fan of the belt on my dress and I wanted to add sleeves. Her and Jen both helped me customize my dress that brought the tears to my eyes when you know that dress is "the one!" She was there every time I came in to try on my dress and made sure that everything was perfect! When I came in to pay off the rest of my dress, I wanted to see how much alterations would run me since we were making some changes to the dress (different belt, sleeves, etc) The girls at the counter would not give me a quote ( and some of them are not very nice and seem aloof.) I explained that I do have a budget and i was not going to walk in and be surprised with a super high bill. They advised it would cost anywhere between $500-$1000!!! I thought that was outrageous. So I reached out to a friend of mine who is fashion designer and she said for a boutique that is pretty standard, especially for everything that is being done. Wedding dresses can be pretty complicated and depending on the dress (she did look at the picture of mine) it can be pretty costly. When it came time to alter my dress, I met with Vera, who at the beginning I thought wasn't very friendly but after meeting with her a couple more times, she is actually a very nice lady and really liked what changes I made to my dress. The sleeves were a struggle and if I could offer any kind of advice, DO NOT bring an entourage with you for alterations. Bring your maid of honor or mom or just one friend. You will thank me later and not waste tears because your bridal party wants to voice their opinion. Remember it is YOUR day!! I did end up paying $1k for alterations, but let me tell you, that dress is going to look amazing on me....and you get what you pay for. The only downside is that you have to make sure you follow up with them because calling people back is definitely not one of their strong points. That is the only reason why I took a star off. Other than that, they make sure your dress is what you wanted. (Just look into alteration costs before settling. If you have a simple wedding dress, making simple alterations, and the price seems to much.....Shop around. I chose to stay with them because I was making customized changes to my dress and I just didn't want to leave my dress in someone else's hands who had no clue what I was trying to do and me explaining it wouldn't of helped!) read more

This place is amazing!!!! My mom and I were there yesterday looking for a wedding dress and i was specifically looking for Maggie sottero because her gowns are gorgeous! Lo and behold they had a huge selection of her wedding gowns and they were organized in her own section easy to find and Alisha was beyond amazing!!! She knew so much about the dresses and was incredibly helpful in finding the right one and her opinions were so so so helpful! She was truly amazing and the whole experience was just that! We ended up finding an amazing Maggie gown, and I'm beyond excited to be working with the girls at bri'zan couture throughout the process! Everyone was very nice there, and we just LOVED Alisha! Beautiful dress, horrible alterations, holes in bustle...buyer beware!

Ordered my wedding dress.... 9 months later when it arrived it didn't want to zip up... 3 months later I had tummy tuck surgery (I was smaller) and the dress STILL DIDNT ZIP UP!! And the employees words were "well alterations start at $500 and you have to pay for it" WHAT!!!! And they also refused to bring up my measurements from the day I picked my dress... it's a joke... why charge customers for alterations starting at $500 for THEIR MISTAKE?! read more

This was my 7th store for dress shopping. Sue, was so incredibly helpful and knew exactly what she was doing. I ended up finding my dress here. I came back to look for bridesmaids dress, and this time Libby was the one who helped me. She was so patient, so helpful, and spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and concerns. This is a long review. I want to be fair and let people know exactly what my issues were. I personally will never go back to this store for a dress but what upset me may not bother you. I went to Bri'zan to look for wedding gowns 6/2015. The experience that day was fantastic. The girls were knowledgable and it was a fun and exciting time. They listened to what I wanted in a dress and found me the perfect one for a decent price. They have a beautiful area for brides to try on their dresses. My only complaint with that day is they measured my waist to be really large and recommended a dress size 2 sizes larger than I typically get. My waist is not the largest part of my body, my chest is. My chest is typically the area that forces me to up the dress size and then I have to alter the dress smaller. After going back and forth with the girls about the waist sizing being wrong, I finally just gave in as I figured that the dressing being too large is better than being too small. About 6-7 months later I decided I wanted a swatch of the dress because the outer layer was shear and champagne. I wanted to have a sample of this material to match the flower decor, as well as the flower girl dress. When I first called to get the swatch I was told that I should have ordered it the day I got my dress (I'm sorry I've never done this before, that would have been good to know that day). I was also told that I could still order one, id just have to pay for it and that the swatch would take about 2 weeks to arrive. Almost 2 months later I was still waiting for my swatch. I had called the store about once every 2 weeks asking about it(so maybe 6-8 times). every time I called I spoke to someone different and they told me 'I'll have to ask the manager and I can call you back later today.' I never once got a call back, after 6-8 calls. Lucky for them I have a life and couldn't call to bother them every time they didn't call me back. The last time I called, about 2 months after I had requested the swatch, I was told it finally came in. I told the girl about how difficult of a process getting the swatch was and she read through the entire record, every day I called, who I spoke to, and how they looked into the problem. They did actually try to get the swatch and unfortunately the designer delay was the issue. That's all fine and dandy, but when you tell a customer, 6-8 times, by 6-8 different people, that you are going to look into it and call them back, you should call them back. Just common sense and good customer service. I was so upset with them by that time and all that anger could have been avoided if they had just communicated with me like they said they would. After I got the swatch I was extremely disappointed. The whole point of getting it was to have the outer layer shear sample, which is what I was told I was going to get. Instead, I got the under ivory layer, which in my eyes was not helpful and really not worth all the trouble. When I called those 6-8 times, occasionally I asked when my dress would b in. At this pt, as you can imagine, I was a little nervous about them actually getting it when I was told it would be ready, in February-March. Multiple times the girls I spoke to were clueless. One told me that they typically come in about 2 months before the wedding (may) despite the fact that I was told February- March. Finally came the day the dress had come in(early March)! made an appointment and went in to try the dress on and pick it up. Remember how they made me get a dress 2 sizes to big? well guess what, it was 2 sizes too big! I was swimming, which =$$$ for them to alter. By this point I had already decided I'd go just about anywhere before id give them more money to alter my dress. Honestly, I just didn't trust them to get the job done correctly in the appropriate time frame. When I went in to try on the dress there were multiple beaded parts of the embellishments that were already hanging off. One of the beads for the back corset was even hanging off. What is interesting about that is when I tried the dress on that day, I had gone by myself, so the store employee (who I will not call out on here) had buttoned me up and un did it. I noticed the button falling off when she was zipping it back in the bag. When I mentioned the button she was like what? O my goodness, I didn't even notice! Hmmmm...you just buttoned and unbuttoned me, highly doubt you didn't notice. I talked her into getting their seamstress to fix, although I was given a hard time that I wasn't getting all of my alterations by them. Was told I can come back in two weeks and the button, as well as the embellishments would be fixed. Went back 2 weeks later. The dress was 'ready'. What that really meant is that I wasted my time leaving the dress the last two weeks because no one had fixed anything, including the button that was falling off. Never realized how happy I'd be to have the dress in my possession. As I said, never going back there. read more

This sparkly little gem only deserves so much more praise! I LOVED my experience with Sue. She had me try on all of the dress styles, and patiently asked for my thoughts. She used her expertise to direct me into finding THE dress! One that's uniquely me; something I honestly didn't think I would ever find. Sue was WONDERFUL in keeping me within my price range. She was honest about my body type in regards to the styles/cuts, and helped me be so positive about my body image. My mom and aunt LOVED the experience. Sue helped me feel like a "real girl", and helped me feel really comfortable and excited about being a bride! It is a special memory for me, and I am so excited to have Bri'Zan as such a special part of my wedding day! read more

I purchased my wedding dress here back in August and everything from my first visit ( I came back twice ) to my first fitting have been excellent. Sue was my consultant, and she was great about not pushing anything on me and really listening to what I liked/didnt like. They didnt mess around about pricing, very up front from the beginning. If something wasnt in my price-range, they didnt show it to me. I just had my first fitting, and that was quick and painless. I scheduled my appointment for my next fitting right then and there, and only two weeks later which I thought was a great turn around. I went here over the weekend to go shopping for bridesmaid's dresses. There was a group of 5 of us (bridesmaids) and the bride. Our consultant was kind and listened to what the bride wanted in a dress, but was not much help in finding us dresses that fit the style we were looking for. Instead, she told us to just start pulling dresses off of the racks. There is only one of each type of dress, so each of the bridesmaids had to take turns trying on the dresses that we liked. 5 bridesmaids all trying on the same dress? It takes awhile. There is also a no-picture rule that they are very strict about. We ended up finding a potential dress, but wanted to look at a few other places before making our decision. When the bride asked for a swatch of the fabric color so she could match it to the groomsmen and decorations, the consultant informed us that they do not have swatches to give away. Therefor, the bride asked to take a picture of the swatch color. However, she was denied this due to the strict no-picture rule - they won't even let you take pictures of color swatches! We left and did not end up going back for the dress we found. While it was a beautiful dress, the service here was less than desired, and we did not want to have to deal with the company for the rest of the ordering and alterations process. read more

Worst experience ever! If I could give them less stars, I would in a heartbeat. I made an appointment to go wedding dress shopping while I was at a bridal show. When I got there with my mom, future mother-in-law and sister, we were left wondering the store looking for someone to help us. About 10 minutes after my appointment time, we finally found someone to check us in. She told us to wait here and she would go and grab our consultant. 10 minutes later, we went looking for someone again. 20 minutes after my appointment, I finally met my consultant. Without introduction, she handed me a clipboard with questions for me to fill out. One of the questions was asking my budget for my wedding, not wedding DRESS, my wedding. I wrote "N/A". After she saw that, she asked me for my wedding budget. When I told her that it was not important for this appointment, she seemed annoyed. The consultant told me right off the bat that she had pulled a dress that morning that she knew would be perfect for me. Funny, since we had never met or spoke before. Nor have I ever told anyone who worked there what my style or likes were. After shopping through the racks for things we liked, we headed back to the changing rooms. The first dress she put me in was the "perfect dress" she had waiting for me. The only think about it I liked was the lace and the sweetheart neckline. But in the spirit of the day, I tried it on anyway. It was heavy and uncomfortable. After about 2 minutes I told her that it was not for me and that I wanted to try on something else. Instead, the consultant asked me to wait and she added a belt, a veil and bouquet. I then asked her again to take it off, but instead she had me walk around the store to get a "better feel for the dress". Once I was finally able to try on the other dress that I picked out, She was very vocal about how each and every one was not right for me and that the first dress is the "one to beat". Throughout the 2 hour appointment, I learned all about her personal life and all the drama she has to deal with at home, but not once was I asked about me or my up coming wedding. Not knowing that they have a policy that says we can not take pictures of the dresses I was trying on, my sister took a few. The consultant came up behind her and yelled at her after trying to grab her phone right out of her hands. The last dress I tried on was my favorite. My mom was ready to write the check on the spot. Instead of helping that sale, the consultant pointed out all of the things wrong with the dress on me and why the first dress is the dress I should buy. Before you think that she was trying to make a better sale, both dresses were from the same designer and were the same price. I wrote down the name of the designer and the style number of the dress I loved and searched other shops that had that dress and bought my dress else where. I have never been more infuriated in my life!! The best part about my appointment was walking out of there knowing that I will NEVER give them a dime of my money. read more

I had an AWFUL experience at this bridal store from the very first time I walked in there until the very end. I went it to try on wedding dresses and look for bridesmaid dresses and was treated so poorly. When the consultant working with me saw my budget for my wedding dress, $3000, she looked at me and said "that is?" Then when I ordered my bridesmaids dresses the lady doing measurements announced all the girls sizes in the front of the store for every one to hear which is very unprofessional and insulting. Then I had to call NUMEROUS times with no returned phone calls to try and schedule for my girls to get in and try on their dresses. Then even received a nasty voice mail from the owner! I got my mother of the groom dress at this beautiful boutique! Sue, the owner, gave me a lot of personal attention, and made sure I was satisfied every step of the way! She went above and beyond to make sure my dress was perfect - a level of service I've never received at any other dress shop. Her designer custom made my dream dress for me, inspired by a famous designer! I look forward to going back there for my other children's weddings! First review ever and sad that it had to be a bad one. Went to bri'zan 2 months ago to look for my gown and left so disappointed, not by the selection that they have (I actually loved a gown) but by the treatment they give you. The minute I walked in I saw the owner, said good morning and did not get a reply, thinking she didn't hear me I said it again but no response... Oookkk I was then greeted by my consultant which was somehow nicer. I did not last more than 30 min there, I couldn't take more of that arrogant attitude of the owner who kept walking past us (my friend, her daughter, and I) like we weren't even there. Can't even comprehend how people can do that when they have a business. Maybe my ($1800) budget wasn't good enough for her? Idk but thankfully after the bad experience I had here I found the perfect gown in another GREAT store in Naperville and walked out of there with my gown in hand the same day. read more

They constantly rolled their eyes and made rude comments about dress sizes and body sizes/shapes. Just went to Bri'Zan Couture to try on wedding dresses. This was the first store I walked into on the search for my dress. I was very impressed with the whole store. The dresses are beautiful and reasonably priced. Tara, the bridal consultant, was fantastic! From the second I walked in the door she gave me her undivided attention. She helped me find several gorgeous dresses. The only problem was trying to narrow it down to just one! Because it was my very first stop, I didn't want to buy right away, but something tells me I will be going back there! :) read more

Fabulous dresses for homecoming and prom! Service is great! We purchased my daughter's homecoming dress here. While the dress was not available in store, they measured her and ordered the dress. Initially started out as a fun and positive experience and ended in a yelling, crying experience. Run in the other direction. They will rape you with their alteration fees. Unbelievable how much they want to charge you for alterations. Made me sick to my stomach. Had my daughter in tears on what should have been a happy time picking up her dress. read more

This place is awful. It deserves zero stars. The owner treats her employees like crap! She also marks up all the dresses more than what should actually be marked up. Don't even get me started on the veils. Do not, I repeat DO NOT!!! Buy your dress here!! I am all about supporting small businesses, but ones that are honest and caring. The alterations lady is the best ever, but the owner more than doubles every alteration bill. She bases it on whether or not the customer looks like they have money. She threw a huge fit and yelled at my friend because we didn't like the slutty dresses she pulled for us to try on. Bri'zan does not even deserve 1 star that is how horrible they were. Went here to look for a wedding dress and had a great experience up until they hit us with the alternation bill. I would give Sue, the consultant a 5/5 stars as she was great and extremely helpful in picking out my dress. However, DO NOT get alternations done here!! They go through "a separate company" but will not disclose any information regarding pricing until everything is complete. At first they told me the alternations on my dress were $650 for five things that were done on a dress that was "measured and sized very accurately" according to them when I placed the order. I refused to pay that much and left without the dress until they could provide specific pricing on each alternation they performed. However, when my mom called a few days later they told her it was now $735. On top of that Vera the lady that does alternations was rude to my mom when she suggested an alternative bustle and was not a very pleasant person to work with in general. Moral of the story: don't commit to alternations unless you can agree on a price or flat rate ahead of time as they will take advantage of you and charge outrageous prices read more

I went to the shop in April to look for a dress for my daughters wedding. I found a dress that I absolutely loved! When I went back to purchase the dress, it had been sold. I asked the girls if the dress could be ordered and they said "YES" it was in stock on line so I purchased the dress and paid for it in FULL! I called the shop on May 25th to see if my dress had come in or to see if they knew approximately when it would come in and I was told the dress is no longer available! WHAT I asked. It has been 5 weeks and nobody ever called me to tell me this information. I bought shoes and a purse and jewelry to go with the dress and now I don't have a dress. They did nothing to try and find the dress elsewhere or call the manufacturer to see if they would special order the dress for me, NOTHING! I called to speak to the manager, Susan, and got the run around for that too. I don't know of a manager in a bridal salon that has locked door meetings like I was told she was in. If this is how they conduct business, I don't think they should be in the business! Going back to get my money and would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. read more
