I went in to grab it and true to form, I end up buying items for myself ‍. Great selection of clothing and accessories. I sometimes avoid boutique like stores cause employees can be so pushy. Not that I have a problem with saying no it is just they do not realize it takes me out of my zone, I get annoyed and leave ( take note Evereve not all ur employees " get it"). Nancy was a pleasant exception. Even suggested items ( which I ended up buying) that busted through my comfort zone. Looking forward to going back in the near future!

A Caucasian lady walks in right behind me and she is asked if she needs anything and is greeted politely. I walked around the entire store and not once did any sales person acknowledge or ask me if I needed help but they fawned over every other customer there. I was the only non Caucasian customer, btw. And every salesperson there is Caucasian. Like I said, this wouldn't be so obvious if it didn't happen EVERY SINGLE TIME I have walked in. Never again. Mediocre overpriced clothes anyway. I'd rather take my business elsewhere where people aren't so blatantly rude and prejudiced. And not that this matters, but I was dressed properly and had on a designer handbag (in case they were wondering if I had any money to pay for their items )

Last weekend, I came into the Chicagoland area from Denver to do some wedding dress shopping with…read moremy family and Bri'Zan was my first stop. My party was large - sister, mom, my future mother and sister in-law, aunt and grandma. Bri'Zan and Alice did a great job of taking care of my whole party and myself. Everyone had a comfortable seat and my dressing room was spacious. I loved that we started the appointment by going through the racks and picking out dresses that we were drawn to. We got in and out of dresses quickly and Alice listened intently to what I was and was not looking for. In order to help me visualize the dresses in different lights, she even turned down the lights for me so I could see what it would look like as the sun set at our mountain venue. Talk about dedication! At the end of the appointment, I was torn between two very different styles of dresses and expressed that I had another appointment that I wanted to go to the next day while I was in town. Ultimately, I ended up finding my dress at a different place but I really did love my experience at Bri'Zan and would've happily purchased my dress there if we had found "the one" during my appointment. Thanks Bri'Zan - we will definitely keep you in mind for MOB/MOG dresses as we move forward with wedding planning!

I stood at the register waiting to be greeted while numerous employees (including the owner) walked past. It was only my group & another group so they were not busy. When I finally got helped we were told to pull what I wanted to try on so my MOH became the worker instead of them. My sales associate was completely unhelpful, disinterested & awkward compared to the other associate (who we are basically on top of because the place is super small). The dresses are all dirty & makeup stained, you cannot take photos & they upcharge all of the gowns compared to the other store I went to. I would never recommend the vibe or service here to anyone.

The letter I wanted was sold out everywhere, but the girls at this store helped track down where I could find a few and were super sweet about explaining where I could go and who to talk to. They also let me purchase the mug letting the store know that I came in wanting the special price. I really appreciated them vouching on my behalf for this particular circumstance and would/have definitely come back in at this store for anything else! Tip: they also put quite a bit on sale after the holidays. Great time to purchase a dress for $40 if you wanted to ;)
