As referred by my best friend, I tried Noah's team. I have never been this much relax in a construction project. Just let him know what you like, he can order, pick up and even return for you. All those extra services are NO CHARGE. Great service, top quality but a reasonable price. I have a 500 sqft garage, and want to convert to a two bedroom one bathroom ADU. Noah starts from the drawing to the final inspection, total only in 5 months(City permit takes 2.5 months). My another friend used another contractor at San Marcos for the same job and we started at the same time. Her project is just like a disaster. Underground, rough framing, rough electrical, and rough plumbing are all on at the same time, but not a single one passed the inspection in the last 10 months. Rough in materials were by the contractor (e.g. lumber, mortar, piping) and finish materials by us (e.g. tile, grout, vanity, fixtures). Their estimate was thorough, detailed and reasonable - should you get multiple estimates, you will find that this is seldom the case. Bro did everything they promised and stayed on or ahead of the promised schedule the whole time. The workmanship is generally good, except the carpentry and tile work, both of which are better described as exceptional. Where we had a mistake in the design, they pointed it out and suggested a fix. They staged the work so that we always had one functioning bathroom. They came highly recommended by one of my colleagues, so apparently satisfying quality and schedule objectives is their norm. I would give the Bros 500 stars if I could, these guys are awesome! Frankly with the name (thought they might be laid back surfer dudes), limited reviews and a their basic website I wasn't sure what to expect. Noah came for the initial consultation and was the most thorough of the four I had for my two bathrooms, including enlarging the master bath. He was informative, not pushy at all. The bid was the most competitive on costs and he also indicated that they would finish the job much faster than the timelines from the other companies. All good news but also had me a bit skeptical on the quality. Mr. Wang came everyday around the same time and stayed for a full days work, 6 days a week until the job was done. Noah came almost everyday to check in or at least touch base on the phone. They are very responsive, responding to calls and texts right away. Extremely courteous, polite, respectful and clean. As far as quality I couldn't be happier. I had custom shower doors made, the vendor came to measure and remarked how straight, level and plumb the work was...and it looks great, beyond my expectations! After being burned with two AWFUL home remodeling projects, we were very reluctant to embark on a third, which involved remodeling three bathrooms, installing hardwood flooring, and installing new doors throughout. You know exactly what you were paying for, which was unlike other quotes we received which just gave us a bottom line number that was far greater. We paid a small deposit to secure a start date, and when it was time to start, his crew was onsite and they worked full days every day (including weekends) until the job was complete. No disappearing workers and no projects sitting idle for days, which was our prior experience. The work craftsmanship was very detailed and high quality, and was good enough to satisfy my husband, who is VERY picky and extremely scrutinizing. :) And if there were any concerns, Noah was responsive and quickly addressed them.
