The studio is run by two nice trainers: Sally and Jordan. They are very open and all about helping you. They tell you their story and listen to yours. It's all about setting goals and appreciating the little accomplishments. First thing when you walk in is that it's one big room. Not little alcoves here and there. Just a huge mat for you to get sweaty on. I did notice there's not one mirror- which is quite interesting. There is complementary child care and very nice locker rooms. They are like to do one on one meetings to check in with you every other week. Their hours are a bit wonky so check the class schedule each week before coming in. But what I like most about this place is that if you can't do a conventional push up, they find another way to get your body to work the same muscles. My advice? Come try it out!

I've been going to Sonic Boom for about 6 months now and I can't believe how much time I wasted at big brand gyms doing ineffective work outs. Before joining Sonic Boom I was getting pretty upset about a weight gain that kept on creeping up no matter how hard I tried to stop it. It was making my clothes uncomfortably tight and putting me in a bad mood all day. Fast forward to today and I'm back to what I weighed years ago, except now I'm stronger and my range of motion has greatly improved.
