Only one mentioned she was leaving for an appointment. I was then directed to take a self-guided tour, but encountered issues with the access code. The departing staff member came to assist me, but even then I struggled to lock up properly as I was unfamiliar with the door mechanism. To my surprise, I found myself exiting through the pool or fitness area and was unsure of how to leave the premises after 6pm, past closing time. Fortunately, the gate opened and I was able to exit. Personally, based on this experience with the staff, I would not choose to rent here despite the nice housing. I gave a rating of 2 due to the quality of the housing.

Including the maintenance crew. Once I accidentally left my key phob in garage. I didn't know how to access garage without key phob. Steve happened to be passing by, he immediately sprang into action. Had my garage opened it minutes. Not only did he open the garage. He was kind enough to show me how to program pin number on keypad so this type of thing doesn't happen again. Thanks again Steve! Besides the awesome crew. This place has it all. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The biggest issue was the constant noise. Our neighbors were frequently fighting, slamming doors, and being disruptive at all hours. We reported this to the leasing office multiple times, but nothing was done beyond basic warnings, and the behavior never improved. Maintenance was also very frustrating to deal with. Requests would be submitted, but there was little to no communication about when someone would come or what the status was. Most of the time, you wouldn't hear anything until the day they showed up, which made it hard to plan around. The cleanliness of the property was another major problem. There was often pet waste left around the buildings, and the dog park was especially bad. Trash in that area wasn't consistently taken out, leading to strong, unpleasant odors. I also had a very concerning experience involving someone connected to the leasing manager, Esther. After our car was hit, we found out the person responsible did not have insurance and still attempted to shift the blame onto us, which added a lot of unnecessary stress. Lastly, don't expect to get your full deposit back. We were charged for cleaning and carpet fees regardless, which felt excessive. Overall, while the view was nice, the ongoing issues with noise, maintenance, cleanliness, and management made this a disappointing place to live. I would not recommend it.

This place is wonderful. The grounds are well-kept and always in excellent condition, My unit is huge for what I pay with enough room for all of my furniture. And I have no idea what I would ever do with all of the closet space! It is quiet, perfect for students hoping to get a lot of studying done. My neighbors are also polite and respectful, even the children. What has impressed me the most, however, is the maintenance. They are always timely in fixing things. The most current example happened a few days ago... I came home after being gone all day, only to find that my AC was not working. It had gotten to approximately 95ª inside. The office was about to close so I rushed over to place a ticket. The maintenance people were gone for the day so I honestly wasn't expecting anything to be done until the following day but about 15 minutes after returning from the office, there was a knock on my door. The office called a maintenance guy in to fix my AC which he did in no time at all. It was an absolutely awesome and very kind thing of him to do. I couldn't be happier living here and highly recommend it to anyone moving to the area.

The apartment staff are amazing, Melissa and Mercedes are so friendly, always very helpful and welcoming. Maintenance was also very responsive but rarely needed them. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is upon move out I was surprised with cleaning fees that weren't specified when I moved in or when I moved out, and unfortunately still fighting a cleaning fee despite leaving the apartment cleaned and in great condition, nothing apart from the normal wear and tear. Hoping this gets resolved soon.

Having to move out of your house due to sale since 2000 (Y2K) is bad enough and finding a NON Hotel to save funds for the next home is crucial. Well our experience with our small dog was nothing but great the leasing person she helped us get it together and gave us insight on how to better find a temporary place that we love and not so shocking from our new home we had! Actually it was better ! ALot more electronics and advance tech that we did NOT have just miles northwest of here. SO NEW and SO CLOSE to everything as we did have. We liked the care put into our new apartment, no one else had lived in this one. AND it met our needs with OUT the shock of a overbusy apartment community we chose! Sorry we forget to Yelp so busy in our transfering and moving again to our new home. We just wanted to say how great ALL the Staff was during our six month stay and how gorgeous the place was NOT just inside our apartment home but the whole community, we did use a garage and paid extra, but worth every penny! It made our life much easier during our transition. The Maintenance service folks were great, even the lawn grounds guys were nice and greeted us during our stay. Moving and moving again isnt fun, but they all took the stress out and made us feel welcomed while there. Even neighbors were nice and said hello just like our Dove Ranch community. We didn't expect such a great rental period at an apartment community but P85 Courtland at P83 and the grounds and office folks were just tremendously helpful, even during our mail changeover and not many people were here still so new, buy made it more than liveable. Thanks to the team at Cortland @ P83 such a positive experience we won't forget.
