There were so many issues, I can't even list them all. I complained about these issues and nothing was done to fix these issues. They told me a pest guy would come spray the apartment but no one showed and then they told me I had to wait a week for him to come back as he only comes on Thursday. The apartment was so awful, my daughter and I had to leave. I wasnt going to have her be in an apartment with roaches. Because I wanted to break my lease due to the conditions of the apartment and lack of effort to fix the issues, they're now trying to charge me $5k to break the lease when I was in the apartment for a total of 3 days which has now led to a lawsuit. There was several months I paid last year for rental insurance with them when I already had it through a diff company, so i double paid when I should not have had to. It is not the cheapest apartment in the area, but it is by far the nicest. I especially like having a private backyard and the tall ceilings give a feeling of spaciousness. They had all kinds of fees like valet trash even if you don't want it, technology fee, water for the whole complex which varies every month, pest control which does jack, service and facilities charge, common area gas and electric don't forget the taxes on all of it! So you need to add another $500 on to your rent to have an accurate cost. The front office girl Marisol is not helpful and clueless and loves her long lunch breaks. Management is never there is help or return calls. The security gate breaks often and last time took 3 months to repair. The only positive is the maintenance man is friendly and will wave hi to you.
