Stop looking. You've found the right place to take your vehicle. To me, the sign of a great establishment is how they they respond if things don't go as planned. That could be taking your plate and bringing you eggs like you wanted, etc. With my 2006 .Beamer I kept having trouble connecting to the stereo via Bluetooth. Well,I ended up bringing it back two,three , maybe four times. They didn't drop what they were doing to help me, but that would have been unreasonable of me and I didn'texpect them to. However, they gave me a date and time to come in, and when I did and they were on it. It turns out that the "brains" of my car are in the trunk, so the Bluetooth connection was spotty at best. They never had the the "Ahh shit! It's him again" attitude. Instead, I was greeted like a friend. They never charged me a penny for the hours that they put in after the installation was complete. Anyone can work under perfect conditions, but to be cool about something while you're banging your head against a wall trying to figure out why something isn't working, that's the kind of people I want to associate with and the kind of peopleI want to I do business with.. So if you want to get a kick ass installation by good people who will stand by their work, look no further. Your quest is over. Broadway auto sound does not stand by their products. I bought a stereo for $1300 they Install it In my truck. this is when covid happened, I rarely drove my truck.the year of warranty passed. At 14 months the stereo started giving me problems not working. I ask them if they could help me. they took this stereo out and kept it for 2 months never even send it into Pioneer They said there was nothing they could do. IOh I could buy Another stereo and they would try to give me a good price. I was so mad!! I took the stereo home called Pioneer Told them what was happening they said send it in we will see what we can do. In 3 days of receiving the stereo they called me with a cost to repair "$160 "they could fix it and send it back Within 2 weeks! I'm getting it put back in my truck From somebody else!!! they could have helped me but they seen that I was a elderly lady and they just left me hanging I would never send anybody to them. They don't stand by their Products! They weren't there to help their customers they're there just to make money off of us they don't stand by their products. read more

Just had a new radio installed in my older BMW X3. The old radio did not work with my Iphone and I wanted to use my Itunes and Pandora as well as my phone. OMG it is amazing now. These guys are really professional and even though I did not change the factory speakers they set the EQ to enhance the sound to an astounding level. I want to just sit in my vehicle and listen to my music now. Plus everything works with the controls on my steering wheel as well. Came in for a quote and they assumed that my existing radio made it impossible to install my new equipment because they said my dash was cut into but that's not the case. I just took it in with someone else and they showed me that the dash was actually never cut into. The dash is nice and smooth behind the face plate and was never touched. So, I went there today and got a quote on a Rockford fosgate a 10inch sub/amp combo that is built in. Slim. The guy there tried to sell it to me for $599, and it doesn't even cost half the price of if was purchased at Amazon. Hell I was just on FB market plate and someone was selling a 12" for $150!!! This isn't the first time he tried to sell something to me twice the price.. Do not come here!! This place is a ripoff, and only wants to ripp you off!!! Went.. Not honest at all!! I can see why no one was there for the second time I went!! If you want to give good service and for customers coming back, be honest and don't ripp off people!! Don't assume that people don't know anything about car audio, cuz once they know you're lying, they're out the door!! Honest and good customer service is the key buddy!! Eddie is very helpful and is willing to answer every question to help you find what you're looking for, and offers ideas and solutions you might not have even considered based on his experience. The owner- Ahmed- is very involved with the whole process if it's an unusual or custom project, and DEFINITELY makes sure his customers are satisfied with the service they get. The whole team in their service area was very friendly and seem to take pride in their work. I came in wanting a head unit that hadn't yet been released, and Ahmed corresponded with me via emails regularly until we got my car audio configured exactly the way I wanted it to be. He was willing to do business on my terms and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the whole transaction. This is the coolest place I go for auto tunes it changed my life. My sound system went from broken to state of the art and now I can party in my car with the music blasting to my favorite tunes. The graphics on the building take the cake. Snakes are killer and this is a real viper one of my favorite snakes.
