Spent almost $1,000 on Viper alarm and kill switch the car has a brand new battery He tried to say that it was faulty battery the battery isn't even 6 months old the alarm was in the car for 2 months and I was locked out of it I couldn't start it the kill switch ceased my car I had to tow it to him to get it started NO REFUND OR ANYTHING ELSE All wires are pressed on and easy to remove for almost $1000 is crazy and I was not able to start my car for A WEEK. (Never had the issue on my other car I took here over 2 years ago for the same service) read more

Came in yesterday to discuss the installation of the JBL BassPro Hub that I purchased elsewhere. The unit is designed to sit in your spare tire but I wanted to have it mounted directly to the floor with Dynamat applied to the bare surface. Mo, the owner, met me as I entered the store. I described what I wanted and we discussed options after he assessed the equipment and location in my car. He was brief, to the point and gave a quote and appointment right away. Today, I couldn't make it for my 1PM appointment so I asked if I could drop it off early. Mo said no problem and I dropped my car off at 11:30. He said it'd take a couple of hours and sure enough, I get a call about 1:30 and the car is done. I couldn't pick it up until after 4PM. When I did, Mo showed me the work they did and explained the remote control functions. I paid for the service and I was off. Let me tell you... What an phenomenal impact the JBL subwoofer made to the sound quality and listening experience with the factory system in 2021 VW GTI. It was completely transformative. Mo's easy going demeanor and high quality work is clearly why he is very highly rated and reviewed. I will be returning to Premiere Auto Sound for all my car audio needs in the future. I had purchased speakers and a sub on a Black Friday a couple years ago and finally got around to getting them installed. These guys made it real simple from a quick estimate over the phone, to matching me up with a reasonably priced amp. We had everything installed the same day. Unfortunately, I bought the wrong sized rear loud speakers and couldn't have those put in. I was surprised to find that I was going to be served the same day and just waited in the shop during the installation. While there, I got to observe their customer service. They treated everyone with the same professionalism and great attention they gave me. All while juggling 2 service jobs. They are bilingual Spanish btw, so they're definitely able to serve Spanish speaking customers as well. Getting towards the end of the install, I was exciting to hear them test out the new fronts and sub, and then finally getting to hear them myself. I'm just blown away by the difference. When I get the correct sized rear speakers, I'll definitely be back to have them installed by Premier Auto Sound. read more

He told me he would try and fix it without having to replace the whole thing (it's a 2008 Pioneer radio touchscreen plate thing) well he tried and it was working then didn't. So we ended up replacing the whole thing because it was so old. The biggest thing was is that we are leaving for Montana and he was able to squeeze us in and get it all fixed up!
