My husband and I purchased a bike from here and we felt we got our moneys worth. The owner and his staff were very friendly and informative. They were able to answer every single question and took their time with us even though the Store was pretty busy with other customers. I would give them 100 stars if I could. The owner not only helped lift the bike up into our truck, but went an extra step to put cardboard down in the trunk so the gasoline wouldn't leak out into the car. He also didn't just sell us a bike, he went through maintenance, and proper care of the bike with us. We left away feeling good and our son has been enjoying this bike ever since. We will definitely be coming back once our other kids are age-appropriate to ride a bike.

Previously my mom had bought a bicycle here but I had never visited the store. Since I was in the need of a new bike, since my original bike was accidentally donated, I figured this was a great place to start after my mom had such a good experience. Social distancing measures are still under affect so when I stopped by only four customers were allowed in at a time. While I did have to wait a bit to be helped it was worth it for the customer service. When I mentioned what I was looking for the employee (who I believe was one of the owners) was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. Of course it is best to test drive a bike just like a car so I rode around the parking lot for a couple of laps while he explained how to shift gears and shared other information about the bike. I ended up trying two the second being the one I ended up buying! It rode similar to the first but has that retro look which I was sort of looking for. Overall the experience was amazing and I will definitely stop by again especially because I want to try one of their protein shakes.

I had to seek out the cashier and start the conversation. Hmmm that's not normal for an H-D shop. I was told, because of the festival, the sizes were pretty picked over. True that. This facility does sell clothing, parts and had a few bikes on the floor, so they had that going for them, but overall, not a location I would hurry back to.

The feed and hay is always top-notch and the horses are carefully monitored with regard to weight, not too lean, not too heavy. Supplements and meds are given per request, without question. Turnout is daily, with careful consideration of inclement weather. All fencing is safe. Horses are closely observed in case of illness. There is a stall that has a video cam for 24 hour monitoring of horses if need arises. Stalls are large and airy, cleaned daily and well-bedded. There is a large indoor arena and 10 miles of state park riding trails across the road. I have never had an issue with anything in seven years. This is as close to perfect as it gets!
