Broadway Deli is a little deli/store on the bottom floor of the Omni Champions Gate has n Orlando. This is the best place to get a bite if you are strapped for time. There are a few tables on the patio. On occasions I have seen a table or two tables inside. The store has visually appealing displays of candy and snacks. The menu is rather limited. For breakfast there are baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. Later on there are two soups of the day, prepackaged salads, and sandwiches. You place your sandwich order on a prepopulated order sheet. We have gotten quick breakfasts several times at Broadway Deli. The egg sandwiches and baked goods were good. If there is an event at the hotel it can get very crowded. Recently we went for lunch. I was very impressed that there were about seven people working behind the counter. Our order was ready quickly. I was less pleased about the tuna in my sandwich. It was swimming in mayo and kind of disgusting to me. Next time I would stick to a plain turkey sandwich. Husband and 13 year old ordered the special, a Philly Cheesesteak. This was a Philly Cheesesteak disguised as a Roast Beef Sandwich! Plus my husband's sandwich was not constructed per his specifications. Hence, he was not thrilled with the sandwich although my son enjoyed it. The sandwiches are pretty big but they are on the expensive side (this is the Omni after all!) Although we struck out on our sandwiches, it's still nice to have the option for a quick meal or snack while staying at Omni.

Good for a relatively quick sandwich lunch. I came here with a friend on a Sunday afternoon; there is no place inside the actual store itself to eat, but tables are around the store, indoors and outdoors. There are sheets of paper in the front where you circle what deli meat you want along with what bread, cheese, and condiments you want on it. I didn't see much else to order other then sandwiches, and maybe some pre-made salads and other small goods. It took a while to make the sandwich, which was surprising, because there was no one there. I had the roast beef sandwich, and it was very good quality. Decent portion size which filled me up. The combo comes with a canned drink, and your choice of cookie, made in house. Ended up costing $25.80 for two sandwich combos. I enjoyed it here; good place if you are looking for some sandwiches. I didn't see much else here to eat, so if a deli sandwich isn't your thing, might not be the place for you. Food (B), Pricing (D+), Atmosphere (B), Service (B-)

Other than actually eating the food, it looked great. We tried but man this place is bad.

They charge 10.00 for a snores kit with one Hershey bar and 3 marshmallows and Graham crackers. Completely over priced

The Vibe: From the outside, the shop is pretty unassuming, tucked into a strip mall--but that's often where the best deli spots are hiding. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a busy lunch rush and a fast-paced New York deli vibe, with staff cranking out sandwiches left and right. Always a good sign. What We Ordered: * Hot Rachel * Classic Italian * 1/2 lb pesto macaroni salad * 1/2 lb redskin potato salad We took everything home for lunch and... Every single thing was delicious. Sandwich Highlights: The Hot Rachel was exactly what you want from a deli sandwich--tender pastrami, melty Swiss, tangy slaw, and toasted rye all working together perfectly. Stacked high and full of flavor. My husband's Classic Italian was also fantastic, loaded with meats and that classic deli balance of flavors. Both deli salads were great, but the pesto macaroni salad was the standout--creamy, herby, and packed with flavor. We're honestly so excited to have discovered a great New York-style deli less than 10 minutes from our house. Safe to say we'll definitely be back soon to work our way through the rest of the menu. Pro tip: Don't skip the deli salads--grab one or two to share with your sandwich.

Yes, the food is great. Is it themed excellence? Yes, this is a destination... on a nice day though. Boardwalk has no quick service option inside of the building, so if it is a cold morning or rainy... you are trekking down the ambience to get your food through the elements. That's the only reason I moved it down to 4 We grabbed a chocolate croissant, coffee, orange and breakfast sandwich through mobile order. With excited, hungry hopes after a red eye flight, my family and I scurried over to the Boardwalk Deli excited for the usual resort quick service options of Mickey waffles, eggs, bacon, and typical quick service options the WDW resorts have to offer. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Breakfast sandwiches (mostly on limited bagel choices) and pastries were all they served. They were above average tasting, so taste was not that big of a factor. Totally bummed out at the lackluster choices for breakfast, we ordered what we needed to satisfy our hunger and had high hopes for the other meals of the days during the rest of our stay. To our dismay, the choices during lunch and dinner were also really disappointing. (Avoid the grilled cheese. Completely disappointing!) We ended up only utilizing the deli to fill our refillable drink cups during the trip. For what it's worth, the Boardwalk Deli did have the mobile order or standby options available. There are no inside options to sit down and eat your food, so rain or heat, you can only sit in the outside tables and chairs along the Boardwalk if you don't want to take the food back to your room to eat. Everything about our stay at the Boardwalk Villas was amazing except the Quick Service options. With a baby in tow now, our days are a little bit different and we find ourselves not spending every second at the parks. Having a solid quick service option on property is important. This was the only con of the property for us.
