If you're searching for authentic New York bagels in Florida, look no further than NY Bagel and Deli! This gem ships in bagels that are boiled in the iconic New York water and then baked to perfection right here. I can confidently say these are the best bagels I've had in Florida--truly a taste of the Big Apple. What really sets them apart is the quality of their toppings and the skillful toasting. Each bagel is not just a vehicle for toppings but a canvas for deliciousness, and they know just how to get that perfect crunch on the outside while keeping the inside fluffy and warm. While the location next to a convenience store might not win any awards for ambiance, don't let that deter you. The bagels are worth it! The pricing is also very reasonable, making it easy to indulge without breaking the bank. I'm already contemplating a return visit for dinner--maybe their pizza--and of course, another round of those amazing bagels before we head home. NY Bagel and Deli is now at the top of my list for every visit to Orlando. Highly recommend!

Have been going here for like two years already, it's been a while since I've been but I love it. The service was so fast this time that I went and very nice. Inside they have enough space for people to be able to stand and they also have coffee and tea. The bagels are very yummy, I got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and 3 bagels to go, French toast and two everything's. The apple juice is delicious and they have all kinds of different flavored NY cheesecake. I will be back soon!

This is what they called their Porkroll/Taylor Ham. Everyone knows pork roll isn't sliced like this anywhere and it tasted like ham.

Well I wish I could say these taste like NY bagels but they don't. And I'm originally from NJ AND what we ordered was the Pork roll and it was slices of ham. Not sure if they got the order wrong but it was not the same. My daughter enjoyed her toasted bagel with cream cheese but not the hash brown. The bacon egg cheese bagel is alright, but like I said the bagels themselves are not big and fluffy. Fred's has better bagels but they were closed and don't make sandwiches. I would go to Fred's and make my own next time. And the area was not a place I would want to go to on the regular, there was some kind of car thing going on in the parking lot and my husband was looked at like he didn't belong there. Oh and the hash brown was soggy and had to be tossed.

Rainbow cookies from the cooler. I do not recommend purchasing them because they taste like everything in the cooler.

The bagels were decent, but we picked up some rainbow cookies out of the cooler and they tasted absolutely disgusting. They definitely need to put some baking soda in that cooler because it absorbed the flavor of everything in there and they were absolutely vile. The problem is, we live 35 minutes away and we were back home before we tried the cookies, so we couldn't even return them. The worst part is, the rainbow cookies were $10 for six tiny little cookies. Inedible cookies.

Great food. Ordered a Taylor ham and cheese sandwich & egg bacon cheese sandwich. Both were delicious. Pretty cool place.

The bagels here are so delicious we stopped here on our trip to Orlando and they get there bagels straight from NY! They a par baked in New York and finished in Orlando to keep that delicious bake. The pork roll egg and cheese on a jalapeño bagel was sooooo good And I brought the rainbow and New Yorker bagel back home and they were still fresh and delicious after a little toaster time. Definitely coming back!

Nice little spot connected to a gas station. If you didn't know about it, I our pass right by. It's these little gems are what make Yelp great. Good prices, good service, good food. No frills. Very NYC vibe.

I'm visiting from NY and was in the mood for a New York-style bagel. After some Google searching, I found NY Bagel & Deli. I wasn't expecting much since I'm from NY, the home of the bagel. Upon entering, the place felt clean but was quite small inside, with limited seating outside. The NY-themed decor was a cool touch. One of the workers was nice and made my bagels pretty quickly, especially since it was getting busy. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a toasted garlic bagel and an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. So, the bagels were edible but definitely not New York-style nor even fresh. My bacon, egg, and cheese on a garlic bagel was cooked way too hard. The contents weren't bad, but they were just iffy. My everything cream cheese bagel was better, but nothing special. This place, to me, is a solid 3 stars. It's connected to a gas station, and there was also a convenience store next door with additional grab-and-go options. I don't think I'll be back though.

It was bagged nicely and well organized. The omelette was a generous sized portion with plenty of tender chicken, peppers, and cheese. My mom enjoyed the banana pecan waffles, and I took a couple bites as well. It was sinfully sweet and enjoyable, especially the bananas. For a simple meal for two people, the service was unreasonably slow throughout the evening. Our server, Svet, was polite and personable, but friendliness alone could not make up for the delays. The hummus appetizer was excellent and was easily the highlight of the meal. It was flavorful and served with pita, cucumbers, carrots, and red peppers. The food presentation overall was attractive and showed promise. The most serious issue occurred when my son ordered a refill of his virgin mojito and was served a drink containing alcohol. He immediately noticed something was wrong after taking a sip and handed it to me. I tasted it as well and confirmed that it contained alcohol. Serving alcohol in a child's drink is a significant mistake and should never happen. We also ordered the steak frites based on a recommendation and were told it was exceptional. Unfortunately, the steak was extremely tough and chewy, making it difficult to eat and far from what was described. Management apologized and removed the steak from the bill, but the combination of excessive wait times, the alcohol mix-up involving a minor, and the disappointing entrée left a poor overall impression.

Let's focus on the positives first: the atmosphere is incredibly fun and the live music Saturday night was a perfect touch at the bar. There were plenty of fun activities for the kids and there was an all-you-can-eat buffet for the kids with fried chicken and shrimp, macaroni and cheese, fries, and red velvet cupcakes. $25 is a deal if your child would chow down on shrimp, but it might not be a great deal if your child is usually full after four bites. Our server was absolutely fantastic, friendly and very attentive. We started off the dinner with some fantastic deviled eggs and a lemon cello cocktail. I ordered the shrimp and grits and was really disappointed with the tiny, overcooked shrimp and crawfish that accompanied the slightly bland grits. The shrimp on the kids buffet was at least four times larger than the sad little shrimp in my dish. I think the sausage was cut into smaller chunks just so it wouldn't be so obvious how small the shrimp was. My husband didn't love his heirloom tomato salad and said the Wagyu appetizer was disgusting. Dessert was mediocre. The macarons that accompanied my crème brûlée were stale and chewy. This is a fun spot for a drink and appetizer, but I would skip eating dinner at Highball & Harvest.

One can argue it's still that way, but I didn't think that this place was as nice as it was! We parked at the parking garage and walked over instead of doing valet. Even at 9pm this area was very busy, including this restaurant. The bathrooms were nearby kinda. You had to walk down a long hall to them but once you get there they are gorgeous, spacious and clean. I personally got the half dozen raw oysters, half east coast and half west coast. I had ordered the Seafood Gnocchi (pillowy asiago gnocchi with shrimp, calamari, and P.E.I. mussels in a calabrian chili tomato garlic sauce) and he got the Blackened Sea Bass ( barramundi with coconut rice, broccolini, mango salsa, and spicy mango purée ).
