This place is wonderful! Bobby Brumand runs a tight ship. He responded immediately to my email. I decided on a Deep Clean and was quoted a fair price. (He was also upfront that it might be less depending on condition and as he was sending one of his top guys who worked quickly.) The place needed general cleaning as we'd been relocated for 3 months due to virus but wasn't a horror show. Michael arrived on time, assessed the place and got to work. He was polite, knowledgeable and obviously experienced. He worked efficiently and diligently and the place looks great. He did finish in less time and the final cost was less than quoted. I'll definitely use Broadway Maids again. (And with Broadway and basically all theaters closed in nyc, it's a great place to throw business.) read more

We've been using Broadway Maids since earlier this year, twice a month. We're both senior citizens, and we finally conceded that keeping ahead of the dirt was too much for us--especially the hands-and-knees stuff, bending and stretching for scrubbing and dusting. When the cleaner from Broadway Maids arrives for his two hours of work, he has always been so focused on getting the job done, both the routine cleaning and special tasks (e.g., "This week we need to have the couch moved away from the wall for vacuuming the hidden corners.") Not really a big review writer, but these guys deserve it. With the holidays coming up, my wife and I needed a huge cleaning done in our apartment due to family staying with us. We hired Broadway Maids after doing some google searches and they got back to us promptly. A nice guy by the name of Khiry showed up 2 days later and our house is now spotless!! Apparently they only hire artists in between gigs so that they're not bouncing between minimum wage jobs, which my wife loved as she is a huge art supporter. I hired Broadway Maids to clean my apartment and attend the party during New Years Eve in my home. They kept the party flowing due to their fantastic work ethic. The kept the place clean as party goers left plates and cups around the place etc. After everyone left, the cleaned up in an instant, which made sense since they had cleaned beforehand as well.
