I only have an issue with the call center they use and how hard it is for them to put in a referral. It's a bit obnoxious having practically harass them to make any referrals they put in actually go through. They use a third party call center and it's time consuming to deal with them as they're constantly placing you on hold to talk with the medical center staff. If they cut out the third party I think that'd really help.
