Samantha Deckers office is on the third floor and honestly it has more of a spa feeling than a doctors office. The rooms are immaculate and freshly sanitized. The gowns and linens were pristine. The floors were sparking clean. I am a germaphobe so I notice the details especially during the pandemic. Samantha is the first medical professional I have seen in over a year but I was instantly at ease. All of the staff is vaccinated and that was reassuring. I called their office inquiring to see if they accepted my insurance even though they were not listed on my insurance's "preferred" list. After a quick fact check and a guarantee they had me scheduled for my first appointment and a cleaning within the week. Everyone was very helpful and friendly while I filled out my paperwork.
