From Fire Station #3... We ordered on a whim after encountering a driver for the location who said the dough was hand tossed and delicious. We all agreed, the dough was light, flavorful and delicious. We got the Meat Lovers, Very Vegetarian and a Cheese. All 3 were loaded with toppings! Final thoughts... Fire House approved and we will be back.

We ordered from here through Door Dash so part of my review may be skewed as a result. We ordered pizza, a Philly cheesesteak and wings. The pizza was half pepperoni and half cheese, however upon opening the box we saw the toppings had all slid to one side. I assume this happened as a result of the driver placing the box on the front seat at an angle instead of in the floor. I didn't taste the pizza but I could definitely smell the garlic, which from what my family said was a bit much for their taste. The wings were laughable! I don't think I've ever seen chicken wings that small. Needless to say, if we return to the area again, we will not be ordering from here!

I never received my pizza and wings. Their phone number indicates no mailbox has not been set up. I am unable to make contact with this restaurant to receive a refund. I tried contacting them via email that didn't work either. Sadly I will have to dispute this charge. read more

We will not be eating here again. Tonight was the second time in a row we called in an order, showed up and they forgot to make it.... tonight the guy blamed the driver for not telling him about the order, then proceeded say "I don't know if you still want it". After not ordering for a long time because of the mix-ups with orders and customer service (that is lacking or non existent), I went back to my old standby pizza yesterday, the Broadway Special. It's so good, with sausage and pepperoni, green peppers, onions, and black olives. I love that pizza. The crust is great too. If you don't order online or with a food delivery company and you call them yourself and speak clearly, all is well. I've learned to go by the pizza taste alone. Ha! read more

Was gonna give them 2 stars just because I ordered 2 pizzas and the delivery people made sure they got to us but they messed up my order after waiting and hour for it I paid cash and the delivery person asked if I wanted my money back but didn't want to take money out of his pocket but the restaurant itself fucked my ores up and the one that was right was horrible They offered to send me a new pizza 1 hour later when we all were about to fall asleep after work in the hot sun all day on a tugboat so I told them make the pizza and give it to the less fortunate read more

Yesterday they never answered the phone, today someone answered the phone with just a hello. I advised I wanted to place and order and the person hung up the phone. Absolutely terrible service and they appear to be having business issues considering they closed randomly Friday. read more

I placed an order through Yelp for takeout. Received an order confirmation saying it was received. My husband went to pick the food up and the restaurant told him they never received the order. Ordered a couple pies for delivery this afternoon. Guy on the phone was very friendly and efficient. Turns out he was also our driver and we had pizza in about 40 minutes, which is about what he said on the phone. The bbq chicken pizza was delicious as was the Broadway special. This is one of the best restaurants in the entire area of Downtown West Palm Beach even though this is located just north of the old historic district where they have Shop's write on a main road it's Broadway which is Dixie Highway what's great about this restaurant is it is old style restaurant where you can get pizza sandwich the specials are excellent the amount of food that I received every time I go there whether it's pizza or a sub is amazing the way they package everything and the people that work there are really nice it's nice to go to a place where people have a positive attitude rather than a place where people have a long face and then they hand you your food you know what I mean so I just want to say that you will be satisfied when you get your food from Broadway Pizza sobs it's excellent I recommended read more

Finally tried the Detroit Pizza and it was AMAZING! the outer crust was cheezy and crisp while the rest of the the pizza crust was soft and delicious. It's called the "561". Hands down one of my new favorites...... and when I picked up my pizza it just so happens they had cookies coming out of the oven so I added one of those for a sweet finish! This place is a great find and I really appreciate that it's all homemade. read more

One star is too many. Ordered wings, pizza a philly and desert the wings were the only eatable thing we ate and the order was wrong. It was supposed to be hot Garlic and mango habanero they were all Mango but okay.. The pizza was cold it was as if it was sauce on cardboard very tuff to even chew. Then there's the Philly..Were can I start??? It was hands down the worst I've ever had I don't use beef dip so I ordered marinara it wasn't needed it literally sat in a grease filled box!! When the sub bread is so soaked its soggy and one bit grease is dripping off your chin you know you're going to live a short life if you can even finish half.. I honestly would hate to see inside this kitchen. I can only imagine.. I'm sorry for this review I'm actually embarrassed to be writing this but as for being in the industry more then half my life I try to find the positive.. But simply put it's awful. Pizza was overall pretty good. Got an XL meat lovers. The pizza was massive. Bigger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Toppings and sauce had a good ratio and were tasty. I am currently staying in Palm Beach for vacation for a few days and my brother and I were looking for something quick and yummy. He wanted wings but I don't really care for wings so we saw Broadway had a great variety to choose from and we decided to try it out. I got the chicken alfredo and let me tell you it is currently the best chicken alfredo I have ever had! I very highly recommend! My brother also loved his wings and he got the meatball sub that he enjoyed just as much! Wonderful food and great people and service. Just moved to town and needed a quick dinner to take home. Ordered a large half cheese half pepperoni pizza and Greek salad. I judge a pizza place on their basic cheese pizza. The crust is perfect: crisp on the outside but fluffy on the inside. Usually it's one or the other. It's brushed with something like garlic/Parmesan that makes it even better. Really delicious! Glad we stumbled across this pizza gem. Growing up I loved BBQ Chicken Pizza but when I moved to Florida, it was hard to find a good place for it. So much flavor! I'll be coming back here, it was delicious and took me on nostalgic culinary trip. Will try wings next time. Service was great, very attentive and friendly. They also have catfish, tilapia, snapper, shrimp, conch balls, and more. Hooks are individually owned franchise restaurants so each location will usually have the same menu but the quality may vary. This location has been consistently good for years. The prices are good too. You can get 6 whole wings and fries for $10. Can't beat that deal anywhere! They have lots of combo options also so you can get fish, wings, shrimp and fries etc. FYI...This location is not in the hood, but it is nearby. But so is the outlet mall, and the Intracoastal. However, the overall experience still fell far short of what should be expected at this price point and reputation level. What disappointed me most was not simply the food itself, but the complete lack of genuine hospitality and ownership from management. Strong restaurants understand that service recovery matters just as much as the meal. There's a reason establishments like The Capital Grille or Flagler Steakhouse have earned reputations for professionalism and customer care. Sometimes I genuinely think managers at places like this should spend time training in environments where hospitality is treated as an art form rather than an inconvenience. The following day, I was still disappointed enough to write this review. At a certain point, guests should not have to spend over $200 while simultaneously educating a restaurant on how to deliver proper service and quality control. With an abundance of superior restaurants nearby, this is not a place I would return to, even if offered a complimentary meal. Don't chance it.

Placed an order for 4 subs....Italian....meatball...suasage oeoper and onion...and ham and cheese with lettuce and tomato only...got a call a short while later saying they had no marinara...could not make the sausage or meatball subs...an italian restaurant without marinara sauce....WTF So I order a pizza....food arrives 30 minutes later than was told...so we tear into the food...the ham and cheese with lettuce and tomato.....came as ONLY LETTUCE AND TOMATO! No meat....No cheese.... they agree to send another in 10 minutes....and it took 30 minutes....and the guy agreed to giving the right sandwich and refunding money for that sandwich...they never refunded my money, and the cheese on the sandwich was cheeze whiz...
