My husband and I stopped for a quick bite while out on errands. We came in and placed order to dine in. Their lunch prices were very affordable. Order was ready within minutes and it looked and smelled amazing. Their tables were pretty clean, we sat and enjoyed our pizzas. We had a cheese and a ham pizza combos with drinks. My girlfriend and I came in for a pizza sit down in a booth. The management allowed a couple to come in with a large Doberman pincher. The couple sat down beside us with their large dog inside the restaurant. It was unacceptable. They then proceeded to put a slice of pizza on the floor for the Doberman to eat. It was a disgusting experience. I will never go back. The lady told me it was a service dog . I doubt that there was seating outside. The dog was eating the pizza and slobbering all over the floor it was unacceptable. I will never go back. VERY disappointed. I walked in today around 7pm and as soon as I walk in a worker( in black polo- possibly a manager) immediately screams 35-40 minutes to my bf and I. I politely restated and asked if he said that time because I thought for sure he wouldn't talk to customers like that. he continues to give attitude and screamed I have 14 pizzas ahead of you and I've been slammed for the last 2 hours. I completely understand that he was busy and stressed, however, his attitude and screaming at customers was very uncalled for and inappropriate. The two pizzas were very good, it tasted like a Neapolitan pizza probably because the pizzas were cooked in a hot brick oven. The guys behind the counter were very friendly and efficient. Great idea, total lack of execution. Having never been there, it was a bit confusing and not one staff member was helpful, kind or welcoming. There was nobody in line yet we were rushed through the order process without any help or explanations, not really any words at all from the young gal taking the order. Not a good experience at all! One of our pizzas was okay, the other wasn't really edible except the edges. The signs say the pan pizza is new so perhaps they haven't perfected the cooking process but it was way undercooked. Fired Up was a pleasant surprise, considering I had driven to the plaza it's located to mail out a package from the UPS Store two storefronts over. But I had been fasting due to blood work I had to have done, and with the blood work complete, I could now eat. My decision on what to eat was made for me when I saw this pizza joint, with its posters on the storefront windows of various pizza sending my senses into overdrive. While the interior wasn't anything extraordinary -- white walls, red-colored booths and counters, the pizza was right-on. The staff behind the counter were amicable and patient as I tried to figure out what crust and sauce I wanted, what toppings, whether I wished to order meatballs on the side. Fired-Up has a lot of good options without it feeling too overwhelming for a first-time customer. I didn't wait too long for my pizza to be ready (maybe a few minutes after ordering the pizza was ready from the oven). They run a smooth operation from when you order, to preparing the order while you pay for it, to when you receive it hot and fresh out of the oven. I ended up ordering a pepperoni and spicy sausage pan pizza with spicy tomato sauce. I enjoyed every bite. The staff baked the dough to perfection, with the sausage and pepperoni balancing well with the mozzarella cheese and spicy tomato sauce. Deeply satisfying and delicious to the last bite. Fired-Up has some good specialty pizza as well as a-la-carte topping options for a terrific deal. My pan pizza (individual-sized) was well priced at under $11.00 after tax. The crust, I have to reiterate, was crispy on the outside, warm and chewy on the inside. They have some excellent crust options overall between their traditional crust, pan crust, thin crust, and cauliflower crust. Sauces range from regular tomato sauce, chunky tomato sauce, spicy tomato sauce, and alfredo sauce. You can have fun ordering a variety of different combinations if you're inclined and have a few friends with whom to enjoy them. I don't have pizza often and disdain most places that do because they aren't great, but Fired-Up makes great pizzas for a great price. I will return. read more

Cool concept, with some room for improvement. Felt kind of like a SubWay but for pizza. You choose your crust, sauce, cheese and toppings. I went with the gluten-free cauliflower crust, which was surprisingly good. Excellent flavor and texture. Regular tomato sauce - fine, definitely canned and not freshly made. Vegan cheeze was not quite a mozzarella knockoff but the texture wasn't bad, the flavor was just a little more like a cheddar. Jalapeños are from a can so I went without. They didn't have cilantro, so I added basil to mine. Wish they added it after firing the pizza so it retained some flavor. The bacon was also pre-crumbled. In fairness, the pineapple and red onion did taste fresh. Service wasn't super friendly, and the toppings weren't as fresh as I would hope for a craft pizza place. For a little over $20 out the door for a small pizza, I don't know, I guess I had just hoped for toppings that hadn't come out of a can. I'm working out in Loxahatchee and I stumbled upon this place the first thing I have to say is when you walk in the door you're at immediately greeted by a sink soap and paper towels. This in my opinion is the most ingenious idea in any restaurant where you go in and just grab food and go especially if you're in the construction industry as I am kudos to them for coming up for this idea, I hope it catches on and other restaurants. They make your pizza right in front of you with 100 things to choose from hot steaming in about 7 to 8 minutes at a great price lunch specials are 999 love this place not sure of all their locations but if you're in Loxahatchee on Southern Boulevard got a try it. read more

I ordered online so I could have a quick, limited contact experience. The website was very user friendly and easy to navigate. I chose an 11 in. Thin crust Buffalo bacon ranch pizza. Normally at an establishment like this I would have opted for a create your own pizza but reading the description of the Buffalo bacon ranch pizza was convincing enough. I selected a pick up time of 4pm and arrived a few minutes early. When I entered the restaurant I was greeted by a friendly employee at the "order here" counter & upon giving my name she brought my pizza right to me. She did check the quality prior to handing it to me which I appreciated & saved me from having to do so inside or when I got back to my car. The taste of the pizza was impressive. As some people believe it's hard to mess up a pizza...I largely disagree with that claim. The crust was thin but still remained flavorful with the right amount of crunch. They did not skimp on the portion size of the chicken and bacon. The ranch & Buffalo sauce were delicious & evenly spread throughout the entire pie. I just moved to the area and happened to stop in a couple months ago; me and my daughter had their regular pizza + Ceasar salad which was decent; but recently I went back and tried their pan (deep dish) pizza and it was so good. Every time I go in I've always been well taken care of. The gentleman who usually works the oven and used to work at Imos is awesome and always cuts my pies into squares for me. The spicy sauce here is ACTUALLY SPICY unlike at blaze pizza where I've still gotta put red pepper flakes to even get a bit of spice on my pizza. I've tried the stromboli as of last night and definitely large enough to share between two people as I shared it with my dad. Also the salads are huge they are willing to load up on the toppings. The cauliflower crust pizza is honestly a whole lot tastier than i ever anticipated it would be. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. read more
