She has been amazing. She followed up with me yesterday, knowing my move was 2 weeks away. She then reached out today to let me know the dmv was back logged and I should schedule my appointment to renew my license. For a person who is moving 2200 miles to a new city and knows no one, this bit of information is priceless. As it turns out, the 1st appointment at the dmv is 4 weeks from now. So far, now that we have conquered time zones, Erica has made this experience a dream.

We termed our policy and was charged a penalty for doing so and when I didn't pay it because we found we had paid for a car we didn't even own for over a year and Allstate owes US money.... she sent us to collections for the $37. And they still owe us a couple hundred... but of course she does nothing about that. 3. Customer service is non existent with this company. Agents are a dime a dozen... and I am sure there are much better people out there. BEWARE! Needless to say.... We are no longer with Allstate because of this agent!
