During the process of opening my sewer, parts of my patio was tore out unnecessarily. I was PROMISED this would be fixed once the ground settled. After three months of waiting, I called the office and once again I couldn't reach a live person so I left a message requesting a patio repair. Nobody called me back. A week later, I called again, left a message stating they had 10 days to fix the patio or I was going to have it repaired myself and send Summer's the bill. The plumbing manager, David called me back stating the patio would be framed on Thursday and cement poured on Friday OR the whole thing would be done on Friday. Thursday came, nobody showed. Friday, two men showed up stating they would frame it that day and come back, "Sometime next week to finish it. I said, "NO it will be done today as promised" as I had scheduled someone to plant grass the following Monday." After one worker trying to wiggle out of it, I insisted the cement would be poured that day. The cement was poured but on Sunday when I was told I could take the frame off, I saw they only poured 1.5" of concrete on a 4" slab!! This isn't even up to code and the work was sloppy! This serves no value to me as I am now going to have to have this fixed by someone who actually takes pride in their work and knows what they are doing. I would give zero stars here if I could but I don't have that option.

After looking things over, they quoted us around $2,800 and told us it would take two technicians most of the day to complete. They also said they would have to cut into our bathroom wall, which immediately made us nervous. Before committing to that kind of expense and disruption, we decided to get a couple of second opinions. Both plumbers we called came to the same conclusion: the repair was simply an elbow replacement under the house. Neither of them could understand why opening up the bathroom wall would be necessary. We ended up hiring one of those companies, and they had everything repaired in about an hour. The final bill came to just over $750, and the repair was completed without cutting into any walls or creating unnecessary damage. I'm glad we trusted our instincts and got other opinions. It saved us a significant amount of money and avoided a much bigger job than what was actually needed.

It wasn't sealed right because they came back out to seal it again. It was before the seal getting water all over our basement. So fun to clean . Luckily the gentlemen who came out both times were professional and SO kind. The manager at Rolf Griffin, who is incredibly nice, called me. He is calling me on September 18th to talk about what the company can do to make it right . My water main was in the front center of my house under my patio so they relocated my water main so they did not have to mess with my patio. I called two other plumbing businesses so I had three estimates all together. The first two estimates were more than double what sheets estimated me to do the exact same thing. What could have caused me over $6000 had I gone with different plumbers, sheets did it for less than half the first two estimates. I highly recommend sheets!!
