Really enjoyed doing business with Broga windows and doors. Working with them during COVID was amazing and the sales staff I dealt with (Evelina) was an absolute GEM and very knowledgeable. Knocking off one star because the "curbside delivery" is not to the floor, but the delivery truck showing up with the expectation that you have a crew to unload, and no liftgate service available. As a homeowner/buyer accepting 20 windows and doors, this posed a logistical problem. After enjoying my new windows over the hot summer months, I can tell you they have unreal air sealing qualities and the insulation in the triple glazed glass was phenomenal. -chris read more

I don't often write reviews but really wished there were more available when I was making my decision on which company to go with. So here is my very honest review - and I'd say 4.5/5 stars. I chose Boga for the price and available products (I really wanted tilt and turn windows). I ordered 7 triple glass pane uPVC windows with screens. I did not opt for additional colors, just standard white and silver handles/ hinges. My order was manufactured in Turkey and turnaround time was as expected, probably a little faster than expected by about 2 weeks. Overall I am very happy with my windows and would absolutely recommend the same to others in a heartbeat! Pros: * great quality windows * these are heavy duty with the triple glass panes, seal out noise and weather well. (first evening with them installed and closed was almost eerie how quiet it was in the house, first heavy thunderstorms seemed a lot quieter as well) * Broga rep was very easy to reach and didn't push products or tried upselling anything. She was very open to entertaining all my questions & concerns, including the ones about previous reviews I had seen * very willing to resolve an issue with one window Cons: (these are mostly inconveniences and would not stop me from buying again) * It was impossible to get a good idea of how the windows would be delivered and what equipment needed to get them off the truck. They are heavy and I was told they arrive in one box, so several people would have to lift the entire box off the truck. Not fully understanding what I needed to make sure they can be taken off the truck was a little stressful but in the end worked out fine. The order was delivered on a sprinter van (so much lower to the ground) with one very friendly driver who helped open the box so we could carry them one by one off the van. * Install instructions were a basic pdf, more info would be great, perhaps videos. The windows came with hurricane brackets and my contractor called to ask if they could install through frame instead but wanted to ensure it would not void any warranty. In hindsight they should have been advised to cut off the overhang of this bracket. Instead the contractor bent overhang and fastened to drywall in addition to wood frame of window opening, thus needing to trim out the entire window at additional cost to me. Thankfully it looks really nice with the trim but was an additional expense. Bob Ross would call these happy accidents :) * one window had internal scratches on glass and I was a little surprised that while getting it replaced is absolutely no problem, the pane would have to be swapped out by me by taking the trim off the window panel and removing the outer glass pane. These are big windows and it's a little more than what I am comfortable with doing, so I will have my contractor assist. Final recommendations: * If you are considering buying the screens, they are just ok and the installation mechanism is a bit flimsy and hard to install, not very easy to use without being able to assist guide the the screen into the bracket from outside of window. The plastic loop/ handle looks pretty primitive. Again, it is ok for the price but some may want a higher quality screen here. (Broga may have options so make sure to ask, I did not) *Splurge on the higher end handles. Again, these are perfectly fine for the price but the next model up would undoubtedly be a bit more heavy duty. So if you are in doubt, allow yourself to spend the extra money. read more

I ordered a window in September 2022. supposed to have arrived in November! Over 2 months late! I still don't have tracking for it! Now they are ignoring me and stole more than 50% of my money! on top of that they charged my card twice once without my consent taking more than what the window costed. if I didn't check my statement I would have paid even more as they told me I owed more once I get tracking! they are scammers and try to use the "language barrier" as a fake excuse! they have lied so many times and they keep saying they arnt yet I have a paper trail of them illegally handeling my card and money! going against the agreement that I signed ! they refunded me for some of the money but still have more 50% of the deposit! these people are crooks! read more

We learned about Broga through our builder when we were completing a large home renovation project. We were impressed by the design and functionality of the window, so we went with one of the tilt and turn, multi-panel windows. It took about three months for the window to arrive, but we expected this long delivery time. The window arrived with a broken latching mechanism. We have been trying to get the replacement piece from Broga for ten months (since Nov 2022), and it still has not arrived. We've been told by them since May that it is being shipped but still have not gotten it. We have repeatedly been given incorrect or irrelevant tracking numbers by Melanie in the New York office. Melanie has claimed multiple times that it will be shipped by a certain date or that we will get it soon only to find out it was not shipped for another new reason. We are frustrated with our experience with Broga. We want to love our window. It is gorgeous and has unique functionality. But the process to get this seemingly simple piece that was broken at delivery has been excruciating. I would be happy to adjust this rating if/when this issue is resolved. read more
