He gave me a great price and I brought it right home. My tile installer said it was some of the best tile he has seen. Not only did I get showroom quality tile but I got it at wholesale prices. Me not wanting to talk to you after seeing your disrespectful demeanor isn't an attack and neither is me writing an honest review. As per my original review, if you weren't so rude from the beginning and politely told me I was misinformed I would have been willing to have a conversation. Lin set up the appointment, Michelle came over to price out the job and take measurements and design the layout and Mr. Xeno and his crew did the work. Amazing people and amazing results! Lin keeps all the details straight, she's organized and smart. Michelle is the kitchen and design whisperer, with subtle suggestions on color, design and layout even when we changed things around multiple times. Then Zeno and his crew - Argentina, Socrates, Brian, Luis - neat, efficient and respectful of our home. So nice. Plus when our scope creeped to include a new foyer, staircase, master suite, roof repair AND wallpaper install - they took it all in stride and finished all of it in under 5 weeks. Shout out to Socrates who finessed the paint on the walls and the stain on the new staircase. Mr Fu, who assembled the cabinets with such care and precision, just worked non stop to make it all fit, function and look great. XENO!!! You're the captain holding it all together.
