We gave them a $200 deposit for a tree removal, however the town denied the tree removal request and so we let Tico know the situation and asked for the deposit back. After a week ignoring us, we were told that they put a check in the mail. After waiting a week, nothing appeared so we followed up with the office who continually delayed and made excuses. We were told the boss, Alfredo, would follow up with us. One month later, we've yet to hear from Alfredo. We spent another 2 weeks following up and waiting for a check, but again, nothing. Over a month into following up, we finally received a BLANK check. We immediately notified them and asked for Alfredo to contact us.. to no avail, Alfredo has not contacted us and we are left with a blank check. Absolutely ridiculous and malicious business who was quick to respond when they are looking for money but won't give back or even give us the respect of a response. We will not stop trying to contact them until we get our $200 back. We do not recommend doing business with these types of people.
