My wife met Tiffany one of the owners when she drove up in her pink van as we were at the grocer store. We have just moved and needed a great cleaning service. Tiffany came a few days later and gave us a quote of $165. Then her team showed up and that's when it went down hill. I sent her photos of soap scum on the shower, mirrors still dirty, blinds broken, one of our portraits was off the wall on the floor, our Alexa was un plugged and left on the living room floor. They dropped our sons Mac book which he open to finish a project for his school and found the screen cracked and the corner where they dropped it. My $165 turned into me having to clean all the stuff they didnt do and putting pictures back and $1200 for a Mac Book we just bought for our son. read more

The intital deep cleaning was very good. We needed it. They arrived on time 4 people ready to work. I didn't know they would need rags but I had them. Using our vacuums was no problem. I REALLY wanted to like this service, but as time has gone on, I'm still finding signs of a really sub par job. This was for a first time detailed clean. I was looking for a service to come In regularly. First off, I had to supply them with a LOT of cleaning rags. This meant that I had to wash all of them myself so they had clean rags to use for each visit. They had me purchase my own hardwood floor cleaner (I didn't care for the product, but I wanted them to have what they needed). I had to supply my own descaling spray for bathroom and pre spray my oven before they arrived. They did an OK job at first glance. However, as I looked at the details I was very disappointed. The hardwood flooring showed several splash/overspray marks where the floor wasn't wiped down. The oven had similar results with LOTS of oven cleaner smeared inside with some stains not wiped up. Cabinet fronts weren't wiped down, the scale along the bottom of the shower door was still there. They graciously offered to come back and try it again. I thanked them but declined. I got the impression that they were brand new to the business and had not trained with someone else in order to learn tricks of the trade and how to do certain things. The girls came today and cleaned my home from 11:15 until 3:30pm for a first cleaning. I'm planning on using them biweekly after. Some people complained that they don't use they're own rags but they did for me. And they had me double check after they were done. Anything I felt they missed, I communicated and they fixed it. For the people complaining that they didn't do a good job, did you communicate that? Because they guarantee their work. So if you have an issue just tell them and they'll fix it. I had my house cleaned lately by the two girls from Broke Sisters. My previous cleaning lady was busy at that week and they have time available to fit in my busy schedule, so I decided to give it a try. Talking about the job... It was fast, faster than their estimated time. The areas I requested special care 'look' clean. Other than that, the other places are not touched and even dirtier than they were before. As if they couldn't see it. After a closer look at the 'cleaned' areas, I have to say it's really a mediocre job.At an hourly rate of $60+(cash!!!) per person, this is way out of my expectation. Jackie and Tiffany are the owners of this amazing company. My home has never looked so awesome and has never been so fresh and clean. First of all, I believe in the saying, you get what you pay for. These ladies and their staff, are worth every penny. They have options for cleaning depending on your needs. I wanted cleaning top to bottom the first time. It was worth it! Base Boards, oven, fridge, cabinets, and of course the usual, bathrooms, dusting, hard core cleaning of floors, the house looked perfect! Then I went to regular cleanings every 2 weeks. My house always smells great and I have 3 dogs. If you want to use your own products like I do, from the Grove or whatever, they will do that. If you run out of products they have some as well. The ladies are ALWAYS respectful, courteous and LISTEN to your needs as the client. I really admire these 2 young women who are aspiring to be entrepreneurs and they are very reliable. But, I think that they have some kinks to work out with running a business in the customer service industry. They request a hefty 1st time "deep clean" but I didn't notice it to be any different than what I considered a basic cleaning. Initially they were good at cleaning and each time Tiffany and her Sister would come with one other person. Then as time went on they hired new people and without asking they dropped off the cleaning staff whom I had never met, instead of TiffAny and her Sister. People who had never been in my home. They expect me to clean my rags and use a lot of them. They charge extra for every little thing.like baseboards... never had a cleaning service ask extra for baseboards that's usually included. They are not flexible AT aLL if I ever need to switch a day or have them come later it's always NO and we will charge you $50 if you cancel under 24 hours. So I'm looking for new cleaning services. It's unfortunate because I liked them and would have liked to had it work but there was no flexibility and I felt that I had to cater to them. read more

I would highly recommend Broke Sisters Cleaning Services. To start, they came to our house to do a quote and went over all of the services they offer. It felt like we were able to create a custom package for what our needs were. Leading up to the cleaning they made sure to take the time to communicate with us such things as arrival time, special requests, etc. Knowing that we have a baby in the house they made sure to take COVID precautions; wearing masks to protect themselves and us. We decided for the sake of everyone involved in the cleaning, we would stay out of their way. No one needs to hear a crying baby while working. About 15 minutes before they were done with their services, I received a text letting me know they were almost finished. When we came back, they were packed and ready to leave. Then they communicated that if there was anything not to my satisfactory I should let them know so they could take care of it. Then they also recommended some ways I could maintain the cleanliness of our house. Lastly, I have read reviews about things being taken and having to lend vacuums/rags. I'm sorry. Admits all the glowing reviews. We found our experience to be unpleasant. We had to provide tons of towels on our "deep cleaning" service which was expensive. We also had to provide our own vacuum cleaner as well as it appears all the rest of the cleaning supplies. This just wasn't in any sense of the word "deep" cleaning. Under the couches were never touched. Our bath shower was cleaned using an entire "refill" of Shower Clean. These are nice girls. I really liked them as people. However, I'm uncertain as to what they call cleaning. I have many photo's on my phone I don't want to post because they'd never have another cleaning job. Again; they are nice girls. Tiffany and Jackie from Broke Sisters Cleaning Services were wonderful! I contacted them on very short notice and was in need of some help cleaning my house prior to a party I was hosting. I got in touch with them via the email form on their website and they got back in touch with me to schedule a free estimate very quickly. The estimate went very well and we decided to go ahead with them. They were very busy and fully booked for the week prior to my event (my fault for contacting them with such short notice) but they went above and beyond and were able to fit me in by doing an early morning visit the day before my party. They showed up on time early the morning of the cleaning and worked very hard for six hours to make my home look and smell fantastic (they cleaned the kitchen, dining room, 3 bathrooms, living room, family room and the master bedroom)! They were very quiet and respectful and you barely noticed they were around while they were cleaning - which I loved! My husband and I were so happy with the job that they did that we decided to continue with their services every 3 weeks or so. When I broke my foot this summer, I knew I'd need some help with housecleaning. Last month, I tried one of the big maid chains for a one-time cleaning, and they were fine, but didn't do as good of a job as I do myself. Searching on yelp turned up Broke Sisters, and I decided to give them a try. They got back to me promptly and came out right away to give me an estimate which was very reasonable. They were willing to schedule around my baby's nap, tackling her room first so that our normal routine wasn't messed up. I pointed out a couple things the previous cleaners hadn't done well that I can't do myself right now, and they worked extra hard to make sure my shower track and kitchen floor were spotless. With four kids dropping food all the time, the floor under my kitchen table is always especially bad, and a basic mop doesn't get it all up. They were down on hands and knees scraping up every last bit of kid mess, and my kids came in and exclaimed at how clean it all looked! Since I've only hired cleaners when I'm physically unable to clean myself, I guess I had low expectations. Now I know better--the right cleaners are totally worth it! Tiffany and Jackie cleaned my house better than I do.
