The first appointment went fine, so I scheduled again a month in advance. She did not show up, provided no notice, and did not respond to my initial text. When I called, she gave an excuse about being busy the day before, which made no sense given how far in advance the appointment was scheduled. I gave her another opportunity and rescheduled for the following week at 9:00 AM. At 9:06, I called and received no answer. I texted and was told she was "on the way," but no ETA was provided. By 9:26, I followed up again asking for an ETA and received no response. At 9:40, 40 minutes late with no communication, I canceled because it no longer worked with my schedule. She responded within two minutes with "Ok, no problem," with no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. This was not a one-time issue, it was a pattern. We had agreed on a tentative arrival time between 2:00-3:00 PM, and she said she'd call that afternoon to confirm her ETA. I never heard from her, so I texted around 2:00 PM to check in -- no response. By 3:15 PM, I called her directly, and she told me she didn't come because she "didn't have my address," which made no sense since she never reached out to ask for it. I immediately sent it to her, but about 30 minutes later she texted again saying my location was too far and asked if she could come the next day instead. By then, it was way too late and extremely inconvenient. Very unprofessional communication and complete lack of follow-through.
