My husband requested a quote on Thursday night & within minutes he received the quote! So yes he is available 24/7 just like his website says! 2. Then i got to deal with Joseph directly on the phone. He is so friendly and very nice! I texted him pictures of the 2 bedrooms i wanted painted. The bedrooms had stickers & all sort of stuff on the wall from 20 years as it was my daughters' bedrooms! He got back to me immediately and said he could honor the quote he gave my husband! So i texted him my understanding of his quote which included all paint, materials & even moving the platform beds, dressers & bookcase! He confirmed my text in minutes!! "That's correct!" 3. Joseph called me on Sunday afternoon to confirm date, time & place! He asked me my preference of paint too! So pleasant to talk to! 4. Joseph showed up promply at 8:30am with Tony and explained to me what would happen. Being a woman, you know how we like explanations since i never deal with contractors! 5. Tony is so deligent and worked really hard doing the whole job himself! He rarely took breaks despite how HOT it was! It only took him 2 days to paint the ceiling, 4 walls, closet doors & back of door to the room twice! 6. Joseph called to update me that he would be by the next day to help Tony move back my furniture! 7. Joseph just called me now to say he & Tony will be by in 1/2 hour! Besides, Pop's Painting being impeccable, i love Joseph's professionalism & positive attitude! Ive finally sat down to do a review that is long overdue many times over. We love Joseph and Pop's Painting! We own a rental unit and our tenants that have lived there for about 10 years decided to move out because their family was growing. There was a lot of wear and tear but Joe and his crew patched and painted the place so professionally that it made the place look even better than it ever did! Joseph "joe" is an awesome guy. Not only is he an awesome person, his company is awesome. He can be reached any time of the day. If he doesn't answer when you call he'll definitely return your text in a timely manner. Joe has a very small team but his team member do quality work! I needed my 1500 square foot town house repainted within two weeks and he was able to fit me into his busy schedule. He even sacrificed his thanksgiving in order to make sure my place was done in a timely manner. I thought he did an excellent job until he pointed out his own error and fixed it! Most would have left the job as is but Joe and his crew are protectionists and fixed what they saw to be wrong. The price was very reasonable. I was quoted two different prices about a eleven hundred difference between the two because of what i thought i needed. I went with the higher about $3k thinking that I needed everything that was quoted. Joe said he would do touch ups to make sure everything was good and saved me over a thousand. He matched the paint because i was unsure of what color our house was, he texturized all areas that were patched and made everything look like new! I would definitely recommend Pops!! Told him I wanted to try to have it done before my furniture came. He sent me an estimate a couple days later and boom! He was able to start my job right away. Friendly and efficient workers. Two came by, for two days. Awesome job! I didn't have time to take everything off the walls, but those guys did it for me and even placed what the could back up. If I could give more stars, I would. It was a pleasure having Joe (owner) and his crew do the eaves and undersides of the awnings. Joe communicated quickly, from first quote to completion. His price was competitive against other companies' quotes. He came to the house to view the project, and sent the estimate by the next day. His time estimate was right on, pending weather. Once we accepted his estimate, we went to Sherwin Williams to pick out the color. All I had to do was sent a photo of the paint chip and he took care of everything. We noticed that our cost for paint and the supplies was below retail. His crew was meticulous in prep and cleanup each day, and took their time to make sure caulking and paint coverage was excellent. It took a little longer because they had a trainee who had to be supervised each step, and the rest of the small crew was delayed by another job. There even an area that was not in the original quote that we wanted done, and they added it on at minimal cost. Easy electronic communication. We highly recommend Pop's painting. read more

We had an excellent experience with Pop's Painting! We were preparing to sell our house and we needed to do extensive and complicated interior painting, everything from 20-foot cathedral ceilings to a stair railing. My husband is a former contractor accustomed to doing his own work, but we had so much to do, we feared we'd never make our deadline if he did it all himself.
