I hired CMC Painting from a friend's recommendation and yelp reviews. I contacted the owner Mike and after a receiving the best proposal and assurance of quality workmanship, we hired CMC Painting and they started later that week. Since I'm a realtor and this was for my client, Mike assured me they would do an excellent job until my client and I were satisfied. He sent out his crew to prep, pressure washed the exterior, and painted the interior and exterior. The interior was not an easy job since all the furniture and personal belonging were not moved out yet. Exterior had lots of water rot on the bottom, CMC replaced the rotted molding around the house, moved personal items in the house, and did awesome work! I checked on their license and they will also send you their insurance information upon request. His power washer and painters came bright and early every morning and completed all that was written on the contract. However, after all those years, I thought it high time to have someone else do the work and so I selected Mike and CMC Painting after finding them on yelp and reading customer reviews. I couldn't be happier with the results. Mike, his lead man, Roger, and the crew were very extremely professional, easy to work with and very thorough in their work. They applied one prime and two finish coats to the exterior walls using both a spraying and rolling technique which really gave the house a better finish coat and appearance than I would have thought possible. I am very happy with the cleaning and paint job Mike and his team of professional painters did on my home. From the first meeting with Mike, who showed up on time, he was friendly, obviously knowledgeable, attentive to all of my concerns and confirmed everything that I wanted done. He was flexible with scheduling as I was concerned about the weather forecast for the tentative start date. The first day was a thorough cleaning that actually got the house looking really good. The next day a crew of three did an excellent job of prepping the house by taping all the windows, doors, all the light fixtures and even signs on my photovoltaic energy system. They even removed the address numbers and painted them! The biggest task that day was caulking and they did a thorough and complete job. They primed and painted all the gutters which was impressive as I have a two story home, followed by spraying two coats of paint on the body of the house.
