Used to skate here on a derby team. Have epilepsy now & don't skate as often anymore. Went back here where I skated years ago. Had a water bottle and a gift in my skate bag. Only parking in back is dark at night & was only parking available tonight. I was ordered to take those things back to my car and when I told the young lady that I would leave items in my bag she told me I had to leave. Great skating rink for all. It was clean and easy to get around inside. Shoes were clean and the food was good.

Long review but please read before going: I just went to a birthday party from 4-6pm and the customer service was terrible, the pizza was not good either. A friend's mom hit her hand with one of the arcade games that was working because some of them were not working or took your tokens, the one that has balls (like a bowling) and she went to ask for ice at 5:56pm and they said they were closed and they could not give her ice. She complained with the "manager" and she said she will take actions on that. My friend left and while my daughter was getting candies from the tickets she earned on the arcade I saw how the so called manager was making fun of her with the people from the cafeteria. I told her that was not a nice thing to do but maybe a bad review will be better. Immediately another woman came like a lion and she asked the person giving candies to my daughter to stop and she asked me to leave. I told her I was going to check I did not forget anything on the table and she told me LEAVE NOW. The party was over so I was already leaving and she was waiting for me at the door. I told her a few things in Spanish to maker her "happier" and I blew a kiss and left. She continued yelling at me and asking me not to come back ever again. Would give it zero stars if I could. You can't bring food or drink in (they've taken my water jug before without saying anything) and you can't get refills without paying. You have to pay to use the pvc pipe skating aids also. So kids are holding them hostage because their parents have paid. Even if you wanted to pay for one they don't have any extra around to give you. They literally try to make money wherever they can even if it's something petty and normally free elsewhere. We're only here for an event - other wise we'd go somewhere else. read more

Wow. After reading a lot of horrible reviews I feel compelled to write mine. We have been here on more than 5 separate times. All the visits have been wonderful. We have attended 2 birthday parties and used Groupons as well. We have enjoyed the staff and the referees in skating area are always helpful and alert. The staff running the confessions were friendly and took care of us with our Groupon pizza drinks deal. Sure the pizza was from a frozen selection but it wasn't Tostitos as someone else mentioned. It is more of a thick crust variety. Pepperoni is the only option but its not a big deal if you enjoy it for what it is...a skating rink offering some food options not a restaurant with a rink. The interior is well maintained and all the carpet is new. We have not played the arcade however so I can''t comment on that. We just had my daughters birthday party here. Some reviews I saw before I booked were alarming however, we had a GREAT experience! The staff were all so kind and helpful. The party helper was amazing and made things go smoothly! Everything was pretty organized! The skating rink itself is the best that I've been to around here. A great fun place to bring my grandkids. The staff are always friendly, courteous & helpful. The food, snacks & drinks are geared toward kids so don't expect gourmet or even healthy, but the kids enjoy it & it's really all about them & their kind of fun. Rude management. My daughter really wanted to come here with friends. I sucked it up and put up with it but I would've walked if it hadn't been for her. The "snack bar" is a joke. They charge $10 for a Tony's pizza. I saw her take the plastic off before putting it in the oven. That pizza is $1.25 at Walmart. Do not give this place your business. We took a 14 year old girl and her two friends here for her birthday. We pulled up, got out and this old man at the front door immediately said to the girls, who were wearing normal short shorts that most 14 year old girls were who get good grades and don't dress slutty, "Your shorts are pretty short. You'd better pull them down." and "you're too pretty of a girl to being wearing shorts that short." It was so creepy and pervy. A manager came out and aggressively said, "Her shorts are too short. And you know what, so are hers (the birthday girl...whose shorts were basically mid thigh shorts.)" So now the birthday girl is standing outside crying in front of her friends because she just wanted to skate with her family. Her dad and brothers were already inside. Her mom and I couldn't get in because no matter how much we talked to them, they put up an even more aggressive defense. On our way out the birthday girl's mom told the old man he shouldn't be saying creepy things like that to young girls. Instead of apologizing he started yelling at her as I pulled her away and back to the car to leave. Again, don't give this place your business. Worst skating rink I have ever been too ! I'm from California and have been skating for 15+ years at many different roller rinks. This by far was the worst I have ever been too. I was in a tank top and shorts and was told I had to got change before entering so I did and when I was in there girls and parents where in shorts and dresses way shorter than my own and then when I left the owner called me a slut. Over the past two years we have faithfully patronage this establishment with my wife's daughter and my stepdaughter due to the location. We have directly and indirectly provided more than 1000 dollars during this time. Tonight, when entering the, the young man at the window was notified by my wife she might not be able to skate and asked if she could still bring the skates in just in case. She never put them on. When she spoke to the office they did provide a card for a free skate. This was not the problem. The problem was the owner's teenybopper daughter accused my wife of being a liar, stating that because she brought the skates in that a couple that has spent hours socializing with her was lying to get a wild sum of money, 7 dollars. That is a problem. Even more so because we were given the impression based on conversation with the young man at the window that my wife could switch to observation if she didn't have the ability to skate because of an inflamed condition medical condition. We were there for the kid and her friend, not ourselves. We will never enter this establishment again, nor will we suggest it to friends, family or church members. We will be going elsewhere. Been coming here since it opened. I love it. Always clean and well taken care of. The owners are awesome and always friendly. My son has a blast every time we go. We also like playing the arcade games. The concession has many options for cheap. I love how the rink workers help out littles who have fallen get back up. As a experienced skater I can't say I've skated on a better floor anywhere else. They also sell skates and parts. The owner is happy to explain anything you need and will help you build personal skates, which I've done there. read more

Rude! Rude! Family member booked a party and the pizza came out burnt. Asked if they could make new ones and the girl gave a smirk look like and then stated the pizza was not burnt in her opinion. I said so the whole pizza is burnt black on the top. She said you can pay for one and we will give you one. I said, wait the pizza came out burnt and we have to pay for it? That is not how you get a client to come back. She then said for the sake of arguing she would give us two. I explained if we would have been told the pizza would come out burnt the. My son was told by the "owner" to either pay or leave tonight. It was storming really bad outside and we live about 30 minutes away. I called and explained that he had gotten the wrong idea because the flyer said 15 and it was really 17. I said he better be allowed to wait inside because I was coming from a whole different town. We have spent alot of money there and my children have made friends with everyone including staff!!! BA Roller Sports is great! I grew up skating at the rink and have so many wonderful memories there. The rink is always clean, the staff and management are very friendly and helpful, and it is very family oriented. The rules are enforced by the management and I don't have to worry about my son getting run over by the big kids. We have had several birthday parties there and they take care of all the details so that I don't have to worry and can enjoy the day. I highly recommend BA Roller Sports as a great way to spend with family and friends or to just beat the heat! read more

Me and a group of friends went to skate. A couple girls were wearing crop tops, and when we first got there they were denied admission becuase of the dress code policy, and instead of politely telling them to find a jacked or change shirts, the owner told them to "get out of the building" and started counting down from 5 until they walked out the door. not the right way to handle the situation but they found jackets and we all stayed to skate. we all payed our money to get in even though we were already treated poorly. after a couple hours of skating, we were standing by the snack counter and there was a pitcher of water on the party tables. the children's parties were OVER and the kids were putting their shoes on and leaving. my friend poured some of the water into a cup and drank it. A mom then proceeded to get up in my friends face and yell at her for drinking said cup of water. It was very immature but we continued about our skating. A couple minutes later the owner and another female worker approached us, and yelled "get out of my building!!!" the mom had told the owner about us DRINKING WATER OFF A TABLE. the owner questioned all of us and let me tell you it was not in a nice way. we went to take our skates off and leave just like they told us, and they came back and stood right over us as we changed shoes. as we were walking out the door they were walking RIGHT behind me almost touching me, trying to force us out faster when we were already doing exactly what they told us to do. once we got away from the crowd both the guy and the girl proceeded to cuss at us ( I have it on video) and told us to never set foot back in the building again and kept asking if we wanted to "say that sh** again" anytime we said anything. i am appalled at the unprofessional manner of the ADULTS in the situation. I am a teenager and my friends and I just wanted to go skating, have fun, and take some cute pictures. Both the mom and the staff just thought we were bad teens trying to cause trouble, and that was very transparent. This situation was handled in the worst possible way and i will never set foot back in BA roller sports again ( plus i'm not allowed to!!!) read more
