We went for the 7-9 pm glow bowling with the kids . Keep in mind they are 2 and 4. It was 13$ each for them I couldn't believe it! They bowled 3 times and was done for the night . This is a good old-fashioned place to bowl it's definitely not up-to-date and it's not as fancy as other bowling alleys in the area but the prices are great. The food is good and bowling on Friday and Saturdays is amazing. I love that they actually have two different times a 7 PM and a 10 PM so that if you don't wanna bowl late, you don't have to. They need to improve their sound system and they definitely could update the music videos but overall it's a fun affordable night out. read more

Great place! We showed up and they initially told us it'd be a 15 minute wait but at the last minute, the group we were waiting on decided to play again so we were told it'd be another hour. No worries - we chilled in the bar. Within minutes, we were told there was a lane. They apologized for the inconvenience and comped our shoe rental (which they did not have to do - but it was such a sweet gesture.) We had a blast and we'd highly recommend coming here! read more

Great time! They took VIP like care of us. There for birthday party for the nephew and BA lanes didn't disappoint! They have food to satisfy your hunger. I only saw the menu didn't order. They have drinks to quench your thirst. I had a Miller lite and it hit the spot! Bathrooms were clean. The price was pretty standard $35 an hour for the lane. Shoe rental was under $5... I had zero complaints on this Saturday. Bonus points for having college football on the big projector TV's! If we lived closer we definitely would visit this place more. Bowling Center is always well kept. No problems with the machines at all. The Pro Shop was open early for our tournament and had enough people to handle the early crowd. The breakfast bloody marie's are great! from what I hear- wink wink read more

Unprofessional. Out of town visiting. Bowled the first weekend of the greater Tulsa Open. The front counter staff would ignore people waving their hands and demanded they instead press the service button. Not that it makes a difference. If your staff is aware of a customer that needs service they are suppose to tend to them not ignore them until they follow the "technical" procedure for assistance. Broken Arrow Lanes does the job. It's not fancy or anything but has enough lanes and the staff are reasonably friendly. My dad and I took my niece and nephew here for a play day, and they had a great time. I appreciated that the bowling ball collector (or whatever they call the thing that sends the balls from the back of the lane up to the machine) never broke. I feel like they break at least once a game at almost every bowling alley in America. They do have food, although even my five year old nephew was sort of like, "Umm, let's eat somewhere else." I thought this place was well-priced but I've lived in D.C. for years now, so my price gauge is set to "east coast ridiculous" LOL. Note if you bring kids along that the lightest ball is seven pounds. Our five- and seven-year old gang were fine with them, but it's something to keep in mind for younger kids. read more

This bowling alley was pretty much perfect. Clean, SMELLED CLEAN, germx everywhere, super friendly staff, and great bowling lanes. We even went on a Sunday when they were busy with a league, and still had a awesome time. Bathrooms were nice, and super fun arcade area. They even have a bar that's kind of secluded!! I was visiting the area with two teens who asked if we could go bowling. Not being familiar with the area, we went here just based on it being in a convenient location near our hotel. The parking lot area looks a little rough--nothing fancy, but some of the best bowling alleys where I live are older and non-fancy. I was hoping that was the case here. Still not "fancy" on the inside, but definitely not a trashy place by any means. We bowled three games and had a great time. What really impressed me was a) the very nice and attentive workers at the front desk, and b) the cleaning measures they were taking because of Covid--the entire place just smelled clean. I saw a man spraying and hand cleaning a lane right next to our (instructions were to leave all shoes, balls, etc. in your lane when finished to be cleaned and sanitized by staff). read more

My kid and I are "regulars" here. The staff is always very nice. We usually do the $10 special which is 2 hours unlimited games with shoes for $10 apiece. The food is good, and the atmosphere is fun. I recommend this place if you like bowling and have a budget. Also, I read a review that the lightest ball is 7lbs. It's not. The lightest ball is 6lbs. read more

We booked a group for bowling and spent approximately half our bowling time waiting on the balls to return. 6 people per lane and we bowled 12 frames in about 1:45. We were told the balls wouldn't return because they were too oily and that we were allowed to use house balls only. I bowl in a league and there is nothing wrong with my bowling balls, I use them on a weekly basis. I will have no reason to go back. read more

The manager denied us 6 pound balls because we were 'too old'. Also said that we are not allowed to use the bumpers for the same reason. There were a few people that had never bowled before but she didn't seem to care. I was personally really looking forward to bowling here but I may never come back because of this fiasco. read more

Their glow bowl isn't even that cool. Attended a birthday party there tonight and it wasn't great. First the manager ID was all to buy drinks (duh) but then came and ID us all again even those that weren't drinking (in the middle of bowling) to give us wristbands and everyone in the party was well over 25. I'll admit we were a little lit but we were also the only ones at the lanes and they were far from helpful when we needed help. TRASH! False advertising out the wazoo. It's not charged per game, but per person and they do NOT ADVERTISE THAT. Paid $40 for ONE GAME through their false advertisement. Horrible customer service when I brought it up. They talked to me like I was stupid and as if it was advertised, and it's NOT. They say "per person" underneath the shoe rental but not the game rental. The lady checking us in even said "We recommend starting at three games because the little ones get distracted after that." (we had our 4 year old with us) So why would they not TELL ME AHEAD OF TIME that this was charged per person?! As someone that believes in complete transparency, I feel like these people lied through false advertising just to scam us out of more money. Avoid this place at all costs because it'll cost you out the A for one game and then you'll get talked to as if you're stupid when you bring it up. Next time my family and I will go to a LEGITIMATE bowling alley instead of this hole-in-the-wall garbage place with garbage customer service and garbage staff. read more

Horrible experience. Came with my family and played three games had three pitchers of beer. The bartender from the beginning said, "why are you guys here? Are you just bored or something? Have nothing better to do?" Then after two pitchers and two fifty I percent tips, I asked for a glass of water. She told me no. So I said I would pay for it. She continued to raise her voice at my brother and I and say no and that I needed to go to the restaurant to have a glass of ice water because it was 27 cents. So I offer again to just pay. Still no. Still argumentative and rude. So I tell the manager. He says, "just go to the restaurant." The a person comes over be tries to take our pitchers and Rush us out. Dont go here. The website makes it look great but the lanes are way to oily, the approaches to sticky and the people who work there are rude. Tonight I saw on the website it was guys night. Guys bowl free from 9 to 11. When I got there I was rudely informed that had ended in August. When I told them they needed to update there website I was informed that was corporate job and then he turned his back on me. No the first time I have gone there.
