Not the best spot if you ask me. The beers are not consistently good and don't pour well. Most of the times I've been in it seemed to be more kids running around unattended. They also don't serve food and ask you to bring it in but when you do the staff is not very accommodating. If you are a parent looking to get a drink this might be the place for you but if you are looking to go out with friends I'd suggest someplace else. read more

Overall rating: A+ Small intimate brewery in an industrial area of Tuckahoe. A flight of 4 beers is only $8+tax here! You write your flight order on cute little chalkboards, pay, and take it back to your table of your own choosing. They also sell beer by the glass, growlers, and cans. I also saw they serve a specific brand of whisky too. I got a 4 pack of tall boy cans of Lucy's Sour Strawberry Wheat beer for $13.09. It was my favorite! You can bring in outside food or order delivery here. They have a food truck here some Saturdays. Great, chill brewery. Not too loud or crowded (though the rain could be the cause). They have boardgames you can play. Here's what I tried in my beer flight: -Lucy's Sour Strawberry Wheat/6.0% (This sour style wheat beer is strawberry blonde in color, and pleasantly tart with notes of lemon, rhubarb, and grapefruit.  Light and crisp on the palate, the fresh strawberries balance the acidity in the background, ending with a refreshing, dry finish.): I'm not usually a fan of sour beers but this was AMAZING! The tartness pairs really well with the strawberries! Very impressed! If you get the can for later, make sure you pour it into a glass. I drank it straight from the can at home the next day, so I didn't get as much strawberry flavor without the smell. I highly recommend this beer! A+ -Old Split-Foot Belgian Golden Strong Ale/10.0% (A full-bodied Belgian ale, intense and complex with a rich, creamy head. The nose is a fruity bouquet topped with honey and clove notes. This "devilish" beer finishes with a spicey alcohol warmth. GOLD MEDAL WINNER, The Great American Beer Festival 2016 - Belgian-Style Strong Specialty Ale -AND- Bronze Medal Can-Can Awards 2018!): I believe this is a pale ale base according to their can's labeling. I'm not usually a fan of pale ales, but this was a really unique and tasty cross between pale ale and a Belgian ale! Very flavorful and strong, but without the heavy floral taste of most pale ales. Not horribly hoppy! A -Red Ale/5.5% (Our Red Ale has a malty, lightly sweetened personality that is smooth & easy on the palate, subtle caramel aroma, topped with a cream-colored head, this beer is a jack-of-all trades when it comes to food pairings.): This was more of a full bodied beer to me. Very malty. Not my favorite personally, but still very drinkable. B+ -Kölsch/5.5% (A vivid, zippy beer brewed in the traditional German style. Brilliant clarity, subdued maltiness and a pleasant lemony tang all combine to make this brew utterly quaffable.): I found this to be a very odd Kölsch. The lemony tang really stood out to me. Not what I'm looking for in a Kölsch, but still drinkable. B I really liked how they combined different beer styles to create unique combinations! I feel like there is a beer here for everyone! Bring a bottle of water so you can cleanse your palate between beers. Best way to do a beer flight! Two clean gender neutral bathrooms. I spoke with an employee and he mentioned they're making a new beer with blueberries. Should be ready in a few weeks. I'll definitely be returning for that! read more

As breweries are opening up again, I decided to try out this place. They have outdoor seating in the beer garden in the back. It's pretty spacious with a decent amount of seating which is great. They have a great selection of beers on tap for a decent price, and you can also buy some cans/bottles to go. The staff were really friendly and knowledgable about the beer. I really appreciated that if you're unsure, they sometimes give a sample to taste before getting a whole cup. They don't serve food, but there was a food truck there when I went which was good. They sold chicken, fries, and a "make your own bowl". Overall, I would come back again! It's a perfect outdoor place to hang out with some friends or relax with great drinks and food. read more

Great beer, great people and great brewery. There are a few tables outside with umbrellas and they have a couple of baggo tables. It is dog friendly outside but not inside however they will let you bring your dog inside briefly to purchase and carry a beer outside. Mike was very friendly and provided bowls of water outside for the dogs. There are about 10 or less parking spaces in the brewery lot and there is also plenty of free street parking. For the beee itself, it was very good. Had the red ale and the Kolsch (seasonal). They will let you taste the beer before purchasing an entire pint. Worth checking out if you are in jersey/ct/ny area. read more

Came here on a Saturday night around 7 with a friend and first impression was its in a nice quiet area and is a nice family oriented brewery with a good selection of craft beers. There's a beer garden in the back and a good selection of board games to occupy your time. The staff is friendly and can offer some suggestions for all types of tastes wether your an ipa person or a lager. Also takes cards if your like me and rarely carry cash. Parking in the rear but you should be able to find parking on the street. It can start to pick up after 8 but its not too crowded. They also have comfortable chairs if you want to sit back and watch the game. Will definitely come back. read more

Fun place for daytime drinks! I prefer the saison. The broken resolution IPA is also a favorite but very strong - be warned. Dogs aren't allowed inside which is a bummer. They don't sell food, but usually some sort of food truck or event. Last time I went, there was a pizza truck outside. I brought my dog and we were able to sit outside, weather permitting. They also had corn hole to play. You can purchase nuts inside, but no food. I think they're open if you want to get food delivered or bring your own. read more

It is great to see breweries opening up again. And as we were in the area, we decided to give the Broken Bow a try. Located in a small commercial / industrial area in Tuckahoe, NY (which is right next to Eastchester, the Broken bow is a nice sized place, which is able to serve people in their outdoor beer garden. The main brewery itself is really nice, a very comfortable feel which they have translated out into their beer garden. Beer can be purchased inside or out. Outside it is served from the back of a vintage pickup truck converted to a tap wall, which is beautiful. Inside the owners recovered an old sink and drilled it out to use as their tap wall - charming. The beers were good. The two IPAs I had were tasty, but a little bitter for me, but thats me. The selection of beers offers something for everyone and once you add in frozen sangria (looked yummy) and some wine that they have it is a definately a place for everyone to go. They had a pizza pop up at the end of the beer garden. I was considering getting a pizza but then I noted that the pizza people had several friends who had come around to get pizzas and talk, and they were standing close to the food prep area and ingredients talking with NO masks on. In some cases walking back behind the prep tables. And it did not seem that the people running the food tables cared as they just kept talking to each other. At one point one of the chefs also took his mask off while behind the prep table to talk. That blew it right there for me to even consider getting a pair of pizzas. read more

This was my second time here. First off I just have to say this brewery is a complete waste of your money and time. It smells like toilet water the moment you walk in, one of the sour beers we got tasted like straight up vinegar for $10 and the glass was only half filled. Customer service was terrible. Everyone had such a sour puss attitude. This place really needs to get their act together. Plus they didn't have any hard seltzer on tap and wouldn't let me buy a can of it from the fridge area and drink it there. DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE. We purchased the broken bow brewery Groupon for a flight and a pint. It was a great deal and worth the money. I like this place because although they don't have a good menu you're allowed to order from outside restaurants so bring some munchies. There wasn't a huge selection of beer but the flights allowed me to pick the more flavorful one. However, I was extremely disappointed that on our night out there were over 6 babies in the brewery. I think it's completely inappropriate and honestly put a damper on the night. read more

One of the best Breweries in Westchester County. The service is great. The workers are very nice and informative. The seating is pretty cool, bar tables and leather chairs by table stools. I am President of Eastchester Tuckahoe Chamber of Commerce and we are so proud to have such great brewery in our Village. BBB recently won top honors at a national beer competition. They won a gold medal in the Belgian-style strong Specialty Ale category for its Old Split-foot. The chamber members had such a great time when we held our Lobster Bake party at Broken Bow Brewery. What a great place to have events and just enjoy a wide variety of delicious beer. I also belong to another business association and we had our social event at Broken Bow Brewery and we had local Pizza which also goes well with beer. Best craft beer I have ever had. Great selection from heart stout to coffee stout. Loved each one - especially the 8.0 abv Broken IIPA. Family owned and run, they brew everything from scratch. Their brewery's tasting room is amazing and you can see the beer being brewed. Pints are $5 and taste better than Captain Lawrence. Ask for Mike, he is funny looking but a good brew master. read more

Several of the beers I tried here were great. Did two tastings and got to try 8 of the 10 they currently had. Atmosphere was cool.

We hosted my husband's 30th birthday party (9/20) at this great establishment and the planning and the party could not have been better. I reached out through email about hosting an event at the brewery and I received a quick response and was able to set up the event smoothly. The venue had fun games such as corn hole and large size jenga. All the beers I tasted were delicious. We were able to set up food at the back of the tasting room for our guests. Kathy, the owner, gave us an informative mini tour of the facility and it was fantastic. Thanks Broken Bow Brewery for making my husband's party a blast! read more

Broken Bow may not be the very best brewery I've been to but I certainly can't think of a reason why I wouldn't give them 5 stars.Broken Bow is easy to get to by car but even if you don't have a car it's a reasonable train ride and walk from metro north. They don't serve food but let you get food delivered and even have some local menus to browse through. They do have free peanuts at all their tables as well. In addition to the few hightop tables and stools they have half a dozen comfortable leather chairs. I really liked their industrial yet comfortable layout with having the tasting room among the brewing tanks. If you're like me and love a brewery with activities, they do have a couple drawers filled with board games and a dart board in great shape off to the side where you're not in anyone's way. For beers they had about a dozen on tap. They do carry a limited selection in cans or large bottles and of course growlers are also an option. Though I've been to about 50 breweries Broken Bow is only the second brewery I've ever purchased a growler at. The reasons are because they had a unique growler that looked like a mini keg and because their Pumpkin Octoberfest beer was excellent and it wasn't an option they had in cans and I didn't want to have to hunt down a bar that may be serving it. It was $18 for the Growler and $15 to fill it (some of their other less specialty beers were $12 to fill and their regular glass growlers are $16). Unlike many other pumpkin beers that only really taste like cinnamon and nutmeg this one actually tasted like a pumpkin and of course beer, the combination was very well balanced. Of course pumpkin beer is a seasonal thing and not for everyone so the good news is that they had a lot of other great beer options. Whether you liked stouts, lagers, IPAs, or reds, or sour beers they had something available for you. None of the beers were a disappointment. Flights include 4 beers for only $6 and come with a little chalkboard identifying them. It's also worth noting that the service here was excellent and being open 1- 10pm (Fri & Sat) was awesome. They're closed Monday and Tuesday but open 5-8 Wed/Thur and 1-5pm Sunday. I'm definitely planning on making a return trip here and as they don't have any outdoor space (a shame) there's really no reason not to wait for warm weather for another trip up to Tuckahoe for a couple more beers at Broken Bow. read more

I came here for a fun night with friends and left so disappointed. The staff kept making nasty comments to us about having a big group. There were 10 of us and on the website it says reservations are only for groups of 20 or more so not sure what that was about. Also the place was fairly empty and we sat at a table big enough for everybody. We all had 2 or more drinks and therefore gave them plenty of business but they just continued making sarcastic remarks to us. We had a small bag of garbage and when we went to throw it out one of the workers said we couldn't throw it in their (empty) garbage can bc it was outside food even though on their website it clearly says you can bring outside food. It was super frustrating being spoken to the way we were when we were just following everything that is on the website. Will definitely not be returning. Those drinks were way to expensive to be treated like crap for no apparent reason. read more

It's a local, family-owned business - doesn't get much better than that. Very nice, varied selection of beer. Love the space, especially the comfy chairs and video game set up. Although it is located on a still very industrial street, it is walking distance from the metro north, which makes getting there super easy. Needs more of a presence in the local communities (i.e. more events, availability at local bars and retailers) and social media. Hopefully positive reviews like this will get Broken Bow the attention it deserves. read more

Been to Broken Bow several times now, since discovering it a few months back, and it's quickly becoming one of my favorite places in the area! They've got a great selection (usually ~6-10) of beers on tap, anchored by their Lager, Stout and American Pale Ale. There's also typically an ever rotating selection of "pilot batches" (ideas the brewers are playing around with... often aged in wine or whiskey barrels) as well. The vibe is very fun and relaxed, with a comfortable seating area seamlessly integrated into the brewery floor, complete with tv's to catch the game (or challenge your friends to a round of Super Mario Bros. on an original NES!) & even some super comfy club chairs hiding towards the back! It's a great place to meet some friends to while away an afternoon with a few pints and some good conversation. read more

The interior of the building is awesome. Very cool vibe and beautifully designed. Plus, is a brewery in town - they could pour water and I'd probably still go there just because it's so close and what beer geek doesn't support a local brewery?? You can order food from surrounding restaurants while hanging out in the brewery which is very awesome. People are really nice, but there's really no beer-geeky vibe. The beer is okay, nothing too special... it's kind of watered down and there is no great color or mouthfeel. It's easy to drink, but not very memorable. I think they'll get better - it's already significantly better than when they first opened. They are learning and I am certainly willing and happy to support them as they do so. read more

I was glad we made it out to Broken Bow when we were in the area. On a day when we were already visiting two other breweries, it made sense to add this one to the list, even if my boyfriend and I had never heard of it before. The beers we tried were all very good - my boyfriend got a flight, and I got a pint of something with a hint of cranberry that I really liked. We sat at a side bar, which had a great view of a big screen TV and several little buckets of free peanuts, which we enjoyed.
