If customers can't even test the furniture you sell, perhaps you shouldn't sell furniture. It was the most condescending interaction I've ever had in a store. That associate should definitely not work in customer service. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she was an Asian associate. There are many ways she could have approached us, but she decided to choose violence by attacking my children. We saw a lot of stuff we liked and were going to purchase them, including the chair, but after her rude interaction with us, we decided to go to Home Goods and shop instead where my business is welcome. What a way to run customers out the door. If this isn't a family friendly store, perhaps put a big sign at the door that says "NO KIDS". This review is for the solid warranty service I received after purchasing the window coverings. One of my blinds broke, so I called Phil Wilson. He immediately arranged a time to come pick up the blinds in order to send them back to the company for repair. Other than a small shipping fee, everything was covered under warranty. They've shifted down a block to the old bank building which offers a much better (and larger) showroom. The owners have kept the spirit of the old location but have adapted it to a much much better building. no leaks, and it has air conditioning and heating which is much appreciated and is in no way underrated. Given the new digs it's much easier to see the variety and quality of the furniture along with easier pickup options. Overall there is a lot more to see from high end french styled house furnishings to smaller nicky nacky items and foo foo soaps. It still remains worth a browse for those looking for gifts or those looking to finish a living room set.
