Went this morning with a friend and had a great experience. Wait time wasn't long (told 30 min so went to target and was called in 10 min, didn't make it back in time and was taken off list but easily added back on). Our server Ruth was great, attentive, accurate, fast and helped us decide what to get! I ate here a couple weeks ago for my first time since they opened, and the staff was very upbeat and hilarious, making it a great experience and the food was scrumptious. Walked in about 1pm today on a Saturday and we were asked where we would like to be seated, and we requested a booth, they replied, "just a second" while they wiped down a booth and seated us in a timely manner. Our waitress today was Terecita, and I asked for the mimosa flight as I'd had that previously, and then my friend ordered an ice pumpkin latte, so I asked if I could switch the flight for a hot pumpkin latte, just in case pumpkin drinks are seasonal, so I didn't want to miss out on pumpkin...I ordered the Classic Eggs Benedict, (as they have a variety of 6 Benedict's to choose from), my friend ordered the club sandwich with onion rings...those pumpkin drinks were delicious, my friend loved his club and said the onion rings were the "BEST" he's ever tasted :-) , my Benedict was scrumptious, eggs were soft poached, and the hash browns were just the way I like them...it was about 20 to 3pm when I had paid our tab, I wasn't sure if they were winding down, and then I called home to see what the love of my life wanted me to bring home and she said text a copy of the menu, and she picked the tuna melt, and asked for onion rings, unfortunately when I got it home they had put in regular fires, but she loved the tuna melt...the service was friendly & great, the place was about 3/4 full, sunny day and people dining outside, they have a bar and tv's... again, I look forward to coming back to a 3rd time to this location, clean interior, good & upbeat service, and so far delicious food, inside or outside dining, or booth, table or bar seating, I want to taste more :-) , can't wait to come back :-) read more

One word, rubbish. I ordered the corned beef hash with hashbrowns and toast. The corn beef hash was barely cooked and not crispy, the same thing with hash browns, not crispy and barely cooked. The coffee was intensely strong and I had to add water to dilute the beverage. I don't understand why it was like this because it was super early in the morning, barely any customers and it took quite some time for my meal to come to me. Don't understand why this would take so long if it's barely cooked. If I were you, I would eat at Gillespie Cafe for breakfast. read more

Now I have been a Broken Yolk lover for quite some time now and this new location is absolutely beautiful inside and out. My go to order is the California omelette with crispy hash browns of course but I decided to change it up this time with the Ranchero skillet which was essentially the breakfast bowl of my dreams. Super flavorful and the perfect hint of spice. The menu is large so you may want to take a look in advance or else it is hard to decide on what to order. This place is definitely worth 5 stars. The biggest perk was that you can join their live wait time on Yelp so that you don't have to actually wait in person. They tell you a specific time to check in and that's when you arrive at the restaurant. We got seated within 10 minutes of waiting and it was perfect! The owner was a very nice, down to earth, high energy dude. He came to our table and greeted us, and came back a few more times to see how things were etc. I appreciated that because I own my own business and it's all about having happy, satisfied customers. I hate leaving bad reviews but In situations like these it has to happen. Our waitress (an older gal with blonde hair) was horrible. She seemed like she didn't want to be there at all. It was uncomfortable having her as our waitress. after she took our order she never came back again. We had to Flag down who ever passed by to get assistance. There was an older gentleman walking around to a lot Of tables introducing himself - figured he was the owner or GM. He never came to our table. The whole vibe here was just off. Service sucks!!
