He's friendly, attentive, responsive, reasonable and doesn't hesitate to share his feedback, good & bad, or just for things I hadn't thought of. I was looking for someone with an experienced perspective, not just a yes-person, and that was my experience with him. On the selling side, some of my family had agents in the past who went unreasonably overboard with staging or bending over backwards for prospect buyers, and that was not my experience here, which I'm very grateful for. We dealt with a Prospect buyer/agent combo who were at times unreasonable, waited until the last minute to ask for things & where the agent didn't do a good job at managing their clients' expectations, and Jason handled a lot of those tougher interactions before I even had to, and was instrumental to getting us through close. On the buying side, he was a great guide & we closed without issues, in the neighborhood I was shooting for & within my budget.

Only then did he disclose that he does not handle rentals below a certain price point, which he should have communicated upfront. He referred me to another real estate company that has been disappointing, and I am now stuck dealing with the consequences. Overall, an unprofessional and frustrating experience that I would not recommend.

From day one, Laura took the time to truly get to know us as people. She listened carefully to what we liked and didn't like, understood our goals, and took the time to learn what was most important to us in finding the right home. She didn't just help us search for houses... she became a trusted advocate who genuinely championed our interests every step of the way. Laura went above and beyond in ways we never expected. Every property we considered was thoroughly vetted, not only for its features and condition, but also for potential issues that could affect us down the road. Whether it was physical concerns with the property, deed restrictions, HOA requirements, or anything else that might impact our future enjoyment of the home, Laura dug deep and made sure we had the information we needed to make confident decisions. What impressed us most was the level of care she brought to the process. She evaluated each home as if her own family were purchasing it. We never felt pressured. We never felt rushed. We always felt protected, informed, and supported. Buying a home can be stressful, but Laura made the experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Her professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge, and genuine care for her clients set her apart. She isn't simply selling homes... she's helping people create the next chapter of their lives. We are incredibly grateful for everything Laura did for us and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you want someone who will truly have your best interests at heart, Laura Tomaszewski is the person you want by your side. Thank you, Laura, for helping us find not just a house, but a place we are excited to call home.

We came in not knowing the areas, the differences between neighborhoods, or even what type of home made the most sense for us long term. Julie helped us break it all down in a way that was easy to understand. She was very knowledgeable about different neighborhoods, school districts, and what each area actually offers. That helped us narrow things down quickly without feeling like we were guessing. One of the biggest things she helped us with was understanding the pros and cons of new construction versus existing homes. She walked us through taxes, long term costs, and what to expect in each scenario, which gave us a lot more confidence in our decisions. She also did a great job balancing both my preferences and my wife's. That's not easy, but she stayed patient and helped us find common ground without ever pushing us. We also spent part of the process renting, and she supported us through that phase too, which we really appreciated. Overall, she's thoughtful, informed, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit. Highly recommend.

I had a light remodel done by Komal and her team back in 2017. The project was a little bumpy (the…read morebacksplash Komal chose was very tricky to install and her tile guy didn't really know how to do it). Anyway, it's now 5 years on and I needed to add some window blinds and wanted to match the products Komal selected. I emailed her multiple times and received no responses, I tried the manufacturer but unfortunately it's one of those "call your dealer," type places. The stickers that might have had the info we're all sunbleached and unreadable. I finally gave up and ordered something that doesn't match. Not how I imagined this would work when I hired an expensive designer. Also, we just discovered Komal's contractors who installed our sink/kitchen faucet didn't cut out sufficient space for the faucet collet. So now the whole thing has come loose and is falling over, I paid Stand Brothers to find out that they can't fix it until I hire someone to cut into the drywall and open up the correct space. Frustrating. I didn't think I was paying for cheap work but here we are.

I'm fairly artistic, but I struggle with interior decorating to the point that a former Realtor…read moretold me that my house looked like a man lived there. I'm assuming she meant a utilitarian, straight man who still had his college furniture. On the bright side, I'm not constantly redecorating, and my husband is happy. So we finally decided that our house needed some color besides the neutral brown/beige tones bestowed upon us by our manly builder and our love of natural woods and leather accents. The only problem was that, having the decorating knowledge equivalent to two men, and the budget equivalent to a couple with two expensive children, we hesitated every time it came to decisions. I ran across a Groupon awhile back for a color consultation from Spaces Designed, and I decided to call in a professional. The young woman who showed up with swatches and color strips was calm, professional, and kinder than my Realtor had been, by far (maybe it helped to have long since given away my college furniture?). She asked me questions about what colors and styles I like and don't like, and then she confidently whipped out her tools like a magic wand and laid out a color plan for me. Within an hour, I had designer colors for my pseudo man-cave that actually made me happy, because they weren't brown or freaky pink or any other risky colors that scare me. They were an array of muted grey-greens. I hesitated a bit when the painter was working, because I wasn't used to color on my walls, but I bit my tongue. And when it was all done and everything was put back where it belonged, my house was beautiful. I know this, because several of my female friends with actual decorating talent told me so, and rather convincingly at that. So if you're ready for a change, even you don't have the budget or the stomach for a total remodel, you might want to check them out for something as simple as a color consultation. I know they do a lot more than this, and if I have the budget in the future, I'd give them a call again.
