I found Brollagio through word of mouth from friends that had recently been TDY to Randolph, and I'm glad I did. LOCATION: You may have heard of the dreaded train that runs along the north side of base, which only seems to roll through when you need to cross the tracks! Lucky for you, all the Brollagio pads are on the south side of the tracks, so you'll never get stuck behind the train getting to work. For the locations on the south side of the base, you'll be able to take advantage of the South Gate which is open M-F 0600-1800 for a short commute (usually about 10 minutes door to door). THE HOUSE: The houses are very nicely furnished, and stylishly too. During my stay I felt like a million bucks. And when you're getting your ego crushed in training, anything helps. Let me tell you! Housekeeping stops by once per week. Each room has a status whiteboard by the door allowing you the option to consent to have your room cleaned or not. It was really nice to come home to a clean room with the carpets freshly vacuumed and bedsheets changed. THE MANAGEMENT: Top notch. Management was very proactive in reaching out to make sure my stay was enjoyable, rather than me having to nag them for any issues. During my stay, we had some issues with WiFi reception and management did not let up on resolving the issue with the service provider until we were satisfied. Any household supplies not restocked by housekeeping were promptly sent to the house via Amazon Prime upon request, or we were personally reimbursed for acquiring those supplies ourselves, but I never had to do this. If I were to get sent back to Randolph for TDY in the future, I'd absolutely stay at one of the Brollagio pads again!

He called us the other day and said that somehow a wedding booked through VRBO had been automatically canceled and was booked for the same day. Next, he told us that we could make whatever decision we wanted because it was our booking confirmed through Airbnb. He also offered to get us somewhere similar at half the price but sent two Airbnbs that we didn't like and called it a day. Later that evening he said he was going to cancel our booking because the wedding already had "several VRBOs booked nearby, 12 caterers and 60 guests with a good chunk coming internationally."
