Jennifer is non-existent. Before signing a 2 year lease with these folks, Mollie, the agent that showed us the home, assured us that the falling, dilapidated fence would be repaired, as well as the gutters that are broken, missing and in dire need of replacement would be repaired, as well. The carpet was stained with pet feces and urine - we were told that would definitely be pulled up as it was ruined. Nothing was done. No repairs, after multiple requests, were ever made. When I attempted to contact Jennifer, I was met with "I have been out and inspected the house and no repairs were needed." I sent photos of the fence that was literally falling over in several places. No response. The neighbor repaired the fence on her own and is seeking half the cost from the management company. I've been told by another neighbor not to expect anything from them, as a large tree limb fell on their car, totaling it, from this lawn and it took almost a year before they were even able to communicate and remedy the situation. 1.8.25 I have been out of the house for a year now. I cannot even being to tell people to PLEASE avoid this company at all costs. The ridiculousness we were met with when we left and wanted our deposit back? They couldn't even return a phone call. Just avoid these people at all costs. They're full of malarkey, they don't want to repair or do anything to help you, and they will never return calls in a timely manner. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
