Taco Pizza
Samuel C.

My wife and I have driven past this place for years--16 to be exact--and finally decided to stop in after some of her coworkers recommended it. I'd always been curious about the name (turns out it's actually named after a Led Zeppelin song, which is awesome). Right away, the vibe was super chill and welcoming. They've got cocktails here too, not just beer, and I've got to say--the "Bad Santa" was incredible. Basically an adult hot cocoa, and easily one of the best things I've had in a while. Their blonde was a little hoppier than expected (in a good way), and the blueberry beer was really smooth and flavorful. But the real showstopper here is the pizza. These aren't your average bar pizzas--they're handmade, beautifully done, and full of flavor. You really have to see or taste them to understand how much love goes into making them. And the prices? Totally reasonable for how good they are. After all these years of driving by, I can't believe we waited this long to check it out. Great drinks, amazing pizza, and a cool atmosphere--we'll definitely be back.

Pound of wings

We found Bron Yr Aur while looking for a Harvest Host location to camp with our van for the night in the Yakima area. I ordered a pound of wings, and Hubs ordered pizza and beer. The wings were cooked perfectly, hubs also really liked his pizza and beer. The staff members who took our order and served our food could not have been nicer. In addition to their indoor seating areas and two buildings, they also have really nice outdoor seating areas, including some igloos. Highly recommend. .

Ranchero Pizza

Stopped in on a weekday for lunch and the place was pretty empty, which meant I got served very quickly. I ordered the Ranchero which comes with bbq sauce base, chicken, bacon, red and green onion, cheddar cheese, and I asked to add pineapple, ranch drizzle on the side instead. Turned out to be a pretty good pizza but I would have liked the cheddar cheese melted a bit more. If I'm back in the area I'd definitely stop by to try another pizza.

Bron Yr Aur is just the type of brewery we love! Lot's of space, family friendly fun, plenty to do and great beer and pizza!! Service is fine, we didn't really experience any other than the taking of the order since we wanted to sit outside. It was basically a fend for yourself experience for us! We ordered our pizza and beer then they called over a loud speaker when it was ready. We got our beers and headed outside on the lawn since it was a beautiful day. There were pool noodles for the kiddos to play with, sort of an easy fun thing to have, just not enough of them! Tons of lawn to play on but not much seating so we had a sort of picnic with a couple chairs! A local gentleman said we could move tables anywhere we wanted to so we took a small one off the patio when our pizza was called. The beer was great, some unique tastes and fun things to try. I'm not a hoppy fan so I got the Beaver Deceiver and really enjoyed the smoothness of it. The others in our party also enjoyed what they had and went back for more, mostly the double red! The pizza and meatballs were good but those cheddar tot things were weird! Not sure about the texture, the breading on the outside made them super dry. All in all, it was a great experience and the entire family enjoyed the opportunity to sit outside on a gorgeous lawn and relax!

Cheese small

Pizza was VERY good . We got two smalls (cheese and pepperoni) and then a half veggie half Italian. All were excellent, for kids and us. Very nice inside with outdoor areas too. And the service was wonderful! Highly recommend!

Bron Yr Aur's refreshing Beaver Deceiver Cream Ale!

I could have sworn there was a brewery here previously as I remember being to this location before but the name of the predecessor escapes me. So many breweries it all just blends to together I suppose when out on brewery adventures. I first had beer from Bron Yr Aur as a guest tap? (it was an IPA) at one of the breweries over in Packwood, Washington and was so very excited when I found out there was one in the Yakima area that I haven't tried yet. So on our next trip over to the area we made sure to come here. On my visit to the brewery proper I got their beer that was called the Beaver Deceiver. This was a Cream Ale that had a pleasant yeasty, subtle and creamy flavors to it. It was very light which was just right given it was a warm, summery day that we were out, trying new breweries in the area. I love the space here and I liked it the first time I was here and that is why I remembered it. A very relaxing place to go if you want a break from mountain and forest driving or the aridness of Yakima in which sometimes a nice cold beverage is in order.

I've been thinking about coming back to this place for years since 2021. Their pizza is just perfect after a long day of adventure. They have a huge outdoor space as well. Super dog friendly.

Casual atmosphere and delicious pizza! The wings were tasty but a little too "fluffy" for my taste. That doesn't mean they were bad. I prefer a more meaty wing. My teens loved the fries. Beer tasting flights are available. Good for families. We would definitely go back.

bring back the taco pizzzaaaaaaa im so sad it was soooo good im dying without it Came today which is Friday the 21st of October and the girl who was working was only by herself. She was super sweet and nice and I think every time I come in she is working and she is always super sweet. I got a half n half pizza and I have to say I'm not a fan of their red sauce. It needs more zest to it. Almost tastes too plain. Their bbq sauce and Alfredo or ranch sauce is AMAZING. But I do wish their red sauce had more to it. The meatballs are fucking amazing. Cheese balls or whatever they are, are ok. Cheeseburger pizza is so good and the two chicken pizzas are bomb. I come here every time I hike over here. So stop by. But be nice to the workers because they get busy

I really liked this spot. They have a large outdoor space as well as a restaurant and taproom. I had the cream ale it was light and refreshing. We shared the jalapeño tater tots, they were tasty! They were definitely homemade and came with a yummy sauce. They also have pizza on the menu. I'd definitely stop here again sometime.

We all ordered the small Caesar salads which were very good, they were good size and the dressing had a nice zing. We also ordered the steak with vegetables (lots of veggies)and my wife said it was delicious, my daughter had the fettuccine alfredo which she said had a great creamy sauce and I had the spicy chipotle linguine which was also fantastic. My only complaint was I would like it if the chicken pieces were half the size But overall we decided it's worth the hour drive to go eat.

This place didn't disappoint; I felt so accommodated. I was even brought my own little basket of table bread separate from the regular bread my husband got. I got the Eburg burger which was a July special, so delicious. There were no gluten free buns available so I was fine with no bun, but the staff were amazing and gave me some extra gluten free bread to add. Above what I expected. Will definitely visit again!!

The service is friendly and very good; I don't take these for granted. I get quick response from an eyelock from the guy behind the counter, who knows what I will be ordering. A homie. I can order with an eye lock. I like the food that I wouldn't make at home. Normally I would give 5 stars, but not tonight. The bar is a little awkward for a small person, but the staff know what to expect from a regular customer. So I sit at the small table in the window where I can order with an eye-lock and a raised eyebrow. The only thing that The Tav lacks is a place for a woman to hang her purse under the table or bar. This leaves me hanging my handbag off my knee. This is annoying, and completely unnecessary. I brought this to the attention of a courteous wait staff member previously. When I inquired again , I learned that the message had been relayed. Apparenly it has not motivated any plan of action. This is a problem I could solve in an hour, with the tools and hooks in my own house.

I upon entering, you are greeted with tables on the left side of the dining room, and a bar on the right side. It's probably seating for 40, and there are a large number of TVs for the size of the space. We stopped in on an evening when the Seahawks were playing, so it worked out very well! The bar is about two steps up from a dive, and had a nice array of nonalcoholic options in addition to the standard, small town, alcohol fare. The food was quite good, and pretty straightforward. It's pretty standard bar type food, with a couple of nice burger options, a couple salads, and a couple other fried options. We ended up with a number of different burgers, and a couple of salads. Everything was made when we ordered it, and was really good size for the price. Our waitress took really good care of us, and everybody left full and very happy with the decision to stop in! They're honestly was nothing we didn't enjoy it. The food, the service, the overall vibe and the price. We're all exactly what we were looking for. This is definitely a spot.
