Came in with what sounded like an exhaust leak, was told lifters paid $4600 got a 12 month 12k mile…read morewarranty on an internal engine repair. Lifters failed at 13 months 4500 miles to the point the truck had to be towed back to their shop. The truck arrived back to their shop first week November after a bunch of failed back and forth, with their excuse being they can't control parts quality because they order everything from orielys and amazon. Their original deal was I would only pay $2600 labor cost for them to fix the truck again, but I rejected that after the 3 months of no communication, and after they refused to tell me what parts they would be putting into the truck to prevent the same poor quality parts being put back into the motor but this time with a 6 month 6k mile warranty. They have decided they don't care and told me to go elsewhere. oh! Almost forgot they charged me up to 3x the price of the parts they listed on their original invoice for the first repair.
