I had to return twice for the work to be repeated because not only did the technician not do his job or maybe they just dont know what they are doing, but the person in charge of checking didn't do his job. This is just a feeling I had but I dont think they did the work they claimed and charged for it. I have never encountered such incompetence in a repair shop/work . My car was repaired here after a rear-end collision in early 2024. Approximately two years later, I noticed my muffler was damaged and making noise. Remembering their warranty, I brought it in for inspection. They informed me that they had used a non-OEM part that failed and needed replacement. While they agreed to the replacement, they never followed up as promised. After a week of no contact, I had to call to follow up. They then claimed the part had been ordered and would contact me the next day, which never happened. I had to call again. After repeated attempts finally the part arrived and appointment was scheduled, they provided a rental car, but I still had to repeatedly check in throughout the day for updates on the repair. Upon picking up my car, it was not cleaned after the repair, and I was sent home without any paperwork. I called the next day requesting the paperwork, and the manager promised it the following day. The next day, I received an email with outdated paperwork from 2024. When I requested a receipt for the recent work, I was told that they were unable to provide one. I raised concerns about the unprofessional behavior of the client representative, Brian, and how I had to repeatedly follow up, only to be sent home without the necessary documentation. The manager, Damian, responded with, "We have concluded business with you and will agree that from here forward we will not be conducting business with you again."

They may take a little while if your car is super damaged from collision like mines but overall, I recommend them for their family friendly service. Parts are not an easy thing to find right now with our market and they did the very best in my eyes finding all the necessary parts that I needed to have.
