Rino does a great job of blending multiple communication modes seamlessly (Yelp, person's cell, automated text number). This is a rare skill that should not be underestimated. Then the emergency was taken care of sooner than expected, so I contacted Rino again. We rescheduled service for the following day. An arrival window was provided; they arrived promptly.
