It feels more like a city park than a quiet garden. I personally would not return, though I see why neighbors enjoy having green space nearby. When I visited, a large group had formed a circle that occupied an entire section of the small rose garden. There were no signs indicating the area was reserved, and their gathering unintentionally made the space feel closed off to other visitors. In shared public spaces like this, especially in smaller gardens, it is important for any group, whether local or new to the community, to be mindful of the park's norms and not treat the small public garden like it's only for them. Many people visiting or living here may not be aware of how these spaces are typically used, so a little consideration goes a long way in keeping the park welcoming for everyone.

Cigars ARE a healthy alternative to cigarettes, don't let the mainstream media fool you... you won't catch me with a vape though I'm a grown ass man lol. Halfway through my cigar, the headrush starting to rattle my prefrontal cortex, I stumbled upon this "park." I guess we are using the word "park" as loosely as we are using the term "GOAT" now lol. This triangular "park" probably spans 500 ft in total surface area as it is essentially just a small intersection of 6th Ave and W Broadway. I'd take my estimate with a grain of salt though as Pythagoras had my number in high school geometry aahaahaha. I sat here ripping my cigar on one of the many open benches enjoying the architecture in the skyline, as the Jenga building stands tall watching over the "park." I think if I didn't have severe hyperhidrosis of the hands I would have been an architect. Seems like such an enriching profession, just seeing your work go from drafts on paper to actual buildings must be a beautiful feeling. In my humble and holier-than-thou opinion, staying in on New Years is a life hack and will be a chapter in the book I will continue to draft but never finish. There's lots of things around it. It's located in the middle of Broadway. It usually doesn't have too much going on inside. The attractions around it are what make it a good visit. Small calm space inside Tribeca Park via 8 Beach Street in Tribeca (close to Soho). Separated into…read morethree different sections next to each other. Many wooden benches are clean and found outside and inside of Tribeca Park. Funded by a city-owned company called Lower Manhattan Development Corporation (LMDC). Opened to the public from 6am-1am. Right across the street from this blue-scheme coffee shop called Grandaisy Bakery. Additionally, it's easily accessible by public transit. You can find the A/C/E trains on the other side of the resting area. Not much to look at in the park, but can't deny that it's a decent area to eat a quick lunch. I like that a lot of shady spots are under the tall huge trees throughout the triangular strip. There may be some people smoking weed or something but thank goodness the smell isn't all over the three separate stripped areas. On a sunny day like today, you can enjoy eating quietly during lunch break under the shady trees. Haven't seen too many squirrels or roaches coming out to look for bites. So, you can sit down in peace.

You get views of New York City from here. There is a small fee to park in the parking lot here. During my last visit, we encountered a friendly trooper who gave us a park map. We didn't need it, but it was a nice gesture. There is a beach like area along the trail and I enjoy stopping in this section and looking for seashells. If you're not into hiking or biking, this still seems like a nice park to sit and enjoy the day for a few hours. Pack a picnic lunch and go!

It can get a little crowded during peak hours but besides that it's a great place. Parking is available when you show up, not many cars can fit in the lot. If you ride your bike here the parking is by the jungle gyms. Bathrooms and water fountains are by the parking lot. If you're going for a run you can start by the baseball field and loop around behind the jungle gym. Park has a section of cherry blossoms which is nice too. If you picnic please take your trash with you, it's not a cute look. Enjoy your visit ! I know I did!
